A project in Xiamen setting three basement, the surrounding environment is more complex.the depth of the foundation pit is 11.0-16.1m, considering the duration, cost, environment and other factors, different positions of the foundation pit is respectively realized by adoption of double-row piles, pile-anchor retaining, pile-strut bracing structure and other forms of support, excavation practice proved that this composite support effectively support the pit, facilitate the construction, and the cost is relatively low.

The excavation of deep foundation pit is very complex in the field of geotechnical engineering, how to control the deformation of deep foundation pit and protect the environment is of great significance. This paper analyzed the deformation mechanism of pile-anchor joint supporting structure in detail, established a model for deformation controlling based on the reliability theory, and then analyzed the sensitivities of prestressed, pile stiffness, spacing and soil properties to foundation deformation. Combined with an engineering example, this paper verifies the stability and effectiveness of the model for deformation controlling. This study will provide some reference to similar projects.

The rapid development of deep foundation pit engineering, has become an important part of the urbanization construction, which brings deep excavation support of geotechnical engineering problem research also became a major issue. This paper uses the international well-known geotechnical engineering numerical simulation software FLAC3D, through 3D finite difference numerical calculation and analysis, to better simulation calculation and analysis of deep foundation pit construction site condition, forecast after excavation of the deep foundation pit deformation displacement and dangerous position, analysis of deep foundation pit excavation process isolation pile - steel shotcrete combined support effect. Three dimensional numerical model analysis and calculation in deep foundation pit engineering design and construction scheme optimization with economy is convenient wait for a obvious advantages, can for deep foundation pit excavation of deep foundation pit support design and construction to provide effective basis.

Based on the impact of deep foundation pit excavation to the adjacent history style construction, FLAC3D was adopted to establish the excavation and supporting calculation model of a pit in Tianjin. The excavation deformation was analyzed, and the contact slip effect of the supporting structure and soil was considered. The results of study are as follows. (1) The pit has been dig to the third layer, and the values calculated are consistent with the monitored ones by comparing simulation values and measured results on B1 section. (2) Digging to the bottom of the pit, we can predict the biggest horizontal displacement of soil is 34.6 mm, and the value is 11.2mm in the history style construction. Therefore, the results of the study can play a guiding role in the engineering construction safety.

Because of the excavation of deep foundation pit will have an important impact on the surrounding buildings, causing serious safety risks, In this paper, though the deformation monitoring of deep foundation pit engineering in No.1 Hospital of Jilin University, It has an in-depth analysis and research on the deformation law of foundation pit and surrounding buildings at the stage of foundation pit construction. The results show that the deformation monitoring analysis of deep foundation pit engineering can not only realize the construction information of deep foundation pit , correctly guide the engineering construction, prevent engineering accidents, but also help to further improve the theory of foundation pit deformation, provide reliable data for the design.

Taking a project of Hangzhou as the example, a new management method named oppression construction method was proposed in soft soil of deep foundation pit engineering management. This method was based on the foundation pit excavation by layer and section. Through timely supporting of foundation pit and construction information management, the foundation pit supporting exposure time and exposed to the breadth and height was decreased. Thus the excavation process to the periphery environment influence was effectively reduced. It provided beneficial reference for the future of deep foundation pit engineering construction management.
