In view of the existing problems of traditional interventional catheters, particularly poor activity, operation difficulty and mass blind area, a novel interventional catheter with a cable-driven active head-end is proposed, and a prototype was built to verify the performance. This paper deals with the kinematics and dynamics of the cable-driven prototype, a dynamic model based on Kanes method combined with screw theory was presented in this paper. According the mathematical model and the prototypes structure, the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of active head-end-end is done in the environment of Mathematica. The needed driving forces of every joint when the system moving along planned trajectory are calculated. The results can provide a basis for the structure design and motion control of the interventional active catheter.

Virtual reality (VR) is a computer-simulated environment that can simulate physical presence in places in the real world or imagined worlds. It is new comprehensive information technology which enables users to "access" to the computer-simulated environment through the use of standard input devices and realize the direct interaction between users and the simulated environment. With a case study by using the theory of visual reality technology, this thesis analysises the application types and application methods of visual reality technology as well as the existing problems and solutions during the application process of visual reality technology.

Doping is now a global problem that follows international sporting events worldwide. International sports federations, led by the International Olympic Committee and World Anti-Doping Agency have for the past half century attempted to stop the spread of this problem, with little effect. It was expected that, with educational programs, testing, and supportive medical treatment, this substance-abusing behavior would decrease. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In fact, new, more powerful and undetectable doping techniques and substances are now abused by professional athletes, while sophisticated networks of distribution have developed. Professional athletes are often the role models of adolescent and young adult populations, who often mimic their behaviors, including the abuse of drugs. This review of doping within international sports is to inform the international psychiatric community and addiction treatment professionals of the historical basis of doping in sport and its spread to vulnerable athletic and non-athletic populations. Keywords: doping, harmful aspects, existing problems, control of doping, ethics of sports

The debate about developing countries having to choose between economic growth and biodiversity protection has been going on for a long time. This paper sought to add to existing literature written on that topic by exploring the relationship between economic growth and biodiversity loss. It argued that in the long term, developing countries need to protect biodiversity as a prerequisite for economic growth to occur and that the severe impact of biodiversity loss on vulnerable indigenous communities is a reason enough to make the protection of biodiversity a priority. The researcher first identified the primary reasons for why biodiversity occurs, then advocated for the prevention of biodiversity by exploring two impacts of biodiversity loss: the impact on indigenous communities and the impact on economic growth. The paper then briefly also explained the policies that both governments, as well as nongovernment actors, can implement in order to tackle biodiversity loss and protect our environment.

This chapter is an illustration of feature extraction for working with large datasets. The basic definition of feature extraction, selection of effective features, and the existing problems and solutions are provided. How feature extraction maps the high dimensional space to smaller space is explained.
