An important role in academic supervision at MA Al Muhmmad Cepu is an effort to improve the quality of education at madrasas, researchers use exploratory case study research methods, through observation, interviews, and document studies on the implementation of supervision at MA Al Muhammad Cepu, the data is analyzed descriptively. The results of the study are; 1. In carrying out supervision, the madrasah principal makes plans, schedules, and instruments, and implements the principles of supervision. 2. The implementation of educational supervision in improving the quality of education at MA Al Muhammad Cepu encounters various problems the kinds of problems include Human Resource Problems, Funding Problems, Facilities and Infrastructure, and the Commitment Problem of the Ministry of Religion

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

AbstractThe purposes ond conclution of this research are to find out how the application of interpersonal communication between teachers and deaf students in Nurul Iman extraordinary school in the utilization of social media, to find out what factors hinder and support the application of interpersonal communication in the utilization of social media in Nurul Iman extraordinary school, and to know what impact occurs on students in the utilization of social media in interpersonal communication with the teacher, which is the overall purpose of this research by paying attention to the quality of supportive attitudes. Abstract One strategy of communities to easily embrace ecological awareness is by involving directly in the improvement of their environmental quality. This paper discusses the case study research of the co-design process of the neighborhood regeneration project in Kampung Tongkol at the Ciliwung riverbank, Jakarta. This project is carried out collaboratively involving residents of the area and facilitated by ASF (Architecture Sans Frontières) Indonesia. The main important object of this regeneration project is the construction of a self-supporting sample house. This house aims as an ideal model which another neighborhood can replicate. Residents are directly involved in the organizing, the design process, to the construction stage. The primary purpose of regeneration is to improve the quality of the residential environment. The principles of sustainable design are employed as the main guidance from the beginning of the process. This study concludes that the final achievement of this project not only results in a higher quality environment but also raises the ecological awareness of the residents of the neighborhood.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

This study aims to describe a number of things that include planning processes for improving management quality through school programs, the process of implementing school programs, evaluating school programs, constraints and solving problems encountered in implementing strategies to improve management quality through school programs. The type of research used is case study research using a qualitative approach. In case study research, researchers go directly to the field to observe and explore data from research objects. Data collection is done using interview techniques, observations, field notes and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained. First, planning activities for improving the quality of management through school programs is a design to follow up on previous programs after program evaluation. Secondly, the programs included religious formation, intelligent child development, sympathetic teacher formation, and the creation of a beautiful environment. Third, supervision of program implementation is carried out internally and externally. Fourth, the constraints faced in implementing school programs to improve the quality of education management are the management of human resources and management of facilities and infrastructure that are still weak so that it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of school programs and make improvements with more disciplined management of human resources and management school facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: strategy, quality management, and school program
