The paper presents the transmission and absorption spectra of electromagnetic radiation for thin films obtained by pouring from solutions of fullerene-water system and N-isoamylisatin 4-methylphenylhydrazone in chloroform. The method of obtaining, synthesis, microscopy of carbon and organic films is described. Shown are the spectra of the interaction of electro-magnetic radiation with thin films in the vision (400–920 nm) and IR (650–4000 cm-1) ranges. The optimal thicknesses of the active layers of the heterostructure based on aqueous solutions of fullerene and N-isoamylisatin 4-methylphenylhydrazone were determined, which made it possible to obtain the maximum increase in conductivity.

An organocarbon heterostructure consisting of thin films of fullerene and 4-methylphenylhydrazone N-isoamylisatin was obtained from a solution by irrigation. The procedure for obtaining the samples, the microscopy, and synthesis of the initial powder material have been described. The results of an alternate X-ray phase analysis of the substances used has been presented. The analysis of changes in the electrical and optical characteristics of the active layers, depending on the mass of the solid phase has been carried out. The relationship between a sequential increase in film thickness and an increase in the absorption coefficient of infrared electromagnetic radiation has been revealed. Having determined the optimal thicknesses of the active layers of the heterostructure, based on fullerene C60 and 4-methylphenylhydrazone N-isoamylisatin, we achieved an increase in photoconductivity by two orders of magnitude. The obtained light current – voltage characteristics of such thin-film structures are rectilinear in nature with a direct load of up to 10 V.

ABSTRACTThe (100), (111) and randomly oriented PZT thin films were fabricated on Pt/Ti/Coming 7059 glass using sol-gel method. The thin films having different orientation were fabricated by different drying conditions for pyrolysis. The preferred orientations of the PZT thin films were observed using XRD, rocking curves, and pole figures. The microstructures were investigated using SEM. The hysteresis loops and capacitance-voltage characteristics of the films were investigated using a standardized ferroelectric test system. The dielectric constant and current-voltage characteristics of the films were investigated using an impedance analyzer and pA meter, respectively. The films oriented in a particular direction showed superior electrical characteristics to the randomly oriented films.

The photoconductivity of a nanocomposite MEH-PPV:TiO2 thin film is investigated. The nanocomposite MEH-PPV:TiO2 thin film was deposited on a glass substrate by spin coating technique. The composition of the TiO2 powder was varied from 5 wt% to 20 wt% (with 5 wt% interval). The concentration of the MEH-PPV is given by 1 mg/1 ml. The current voltage characteristics were measured in dark and under illumination. The photoconductivity showed increment in value as the composition of the TiO2 is raised in the polymer based solution. The absorption showed augmentation as the amount of TiO2 is increased. The escalation of the current voltage is then supported by the results of surface morphology.

The patterned growth of crystalline rubrene films directly on electrodes is demonstrated. In addition, organic films with close packed and porous structures are locally achieved by controlling the electrode spaces, resulting in a two orders of magnitude difference in carrier mobility.

The purpose of this work is to study of phenolic compounds in the dry extract of dandelion herb and large burdock leaf tea.Materials and methods . The separation and identification of phenolic compounds of dry extract of dandelion herb and large burdock leaf tea by thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography with UV-detectionhas been carried out. Results . As a result of research, it has been established that during TLC the optimal system for the separation of phenolic compounds is the ethyl acetate – formic acid – water system (10:2:3). On the chromatogram four spots were found corresponding to the value of Rf and fluorescence in UV-light to flavonoids of the flavone group and phenolic acids (chlorogenic and caffeic acids). For further identification of phenolic compounds using HPLC, eight peaks were found, which in terms of retention time and spectral characteristics correspond to phenologlycosides, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid derivatives, ferulic acid, umbelliferone. Conclusions . Thus, the dry extract of dandelion herb and large burdock leaf tea contains hydroxycinnamic acids and their derivatives, compounds of coumarin nature, phenologlycosides.
