The article describes specific features of the organization of training at the Academy of the FPS of Russia in the interaction of a teacher and cadets in the context of restrictions on contact work associated with countering the spread of the new corona-virus infection. The aim of the work was to substantiate the effectiveness of using the algorithmic method for the formation of sustainable skills in the implementation of the educational process through the use of distance technologies. The methodological framework of the study was made up of analysis, synthesis, induction, systematization and generalization. The study was carried out throughout a year at refresher courses and classes conducted by employees of the Department of Mathematics and Information Technologies of Management of the Academy of the FPS of Russia. As a result, it was found that to maintain the quality of education at a proper level, it is necessary to develop the computer literacy of teachers, familiarize them with modern innovative pedagogical technologies and features of their application; expand the variety of methods, forms and means of teaching used in the interaction of a teacher and students through information and communication networks. Conclusions are made about the importance of combining organizational, information-technical and methodological measures to improve the professional competence of the teaching staff and ensure the proper quality of education when switching to e-learning. The fact of maintaining the quality of education at the Academy of the FPS of Russia at a proper level was confirmed by the commission of experts, which in 2021 conducted an accreditation examination in relation to the educational programs implemented. The described experience will be useful to the teaching staff of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. One of the decisive directions for solving problems of improving the quality of education is the development of pedagogical systems and their components, the use of new approaches and teaching methods, which are implemented in close interaction with the latest information technologies. Increasing the motivation of students, involving them in interaction within the educational process, can improve the quality of education, develop the necessary competencies. It is proved that interactive learning technologies have great educational and development potential, provide maximum activity of the participants in the educational process, optimal training time and its effectiveness. The article highlights the essence of innovative educational technologies, examines the peculiarities of pedagogical technology "learning in cooperation" as an integral part of the personality-oriented approach in teaching. It was analyzed author's research about training in cooperation with the use of computer technology. The article describes the structure of conducting classes in the form of training in cooperation, the stages of teaching communication, didactic conditions that can provide an effective organization of the stages of learning communication, taking into account the specifics of the learning process. The possibilities of using online tools of interactive learning for the implementation of educational cooperation are demonstrated. The possibilities of using online tools and resources that allow organizing cooperation during the educational process are analyzed. The stages and directions of cooperation with the use of online services are considered. An overview of the tools was carried out and examples of their application were prepared at all stages of the educational process. The advantages of using the described services are demonstrated.

This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. Modern information technologies in combination with pedagogical technologies can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process; to achieve a solution to the main problem: the development of cognitive skills of students, critical and creative thinking, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate in the information space.

The article highlights the results of the research on information and communication technologies potential possibilities for preschool education quality improvement. During conceptual-diagnostical, organization-preparational, formational and test-generalizing stages of pedagogical experiment in educational establishments there were created necessary material-technical conditions for effective use of ICT in different spheres of preschool education. The research of pedagogical software required for qualified preschool education and other digital educational resources was carried out. It was provided teachers training to use ICT in organization of preschool education and in personal professional development, as well as created methodological support for the implementation of ICT in sphere of preschool education. It has been proved that the quality of preschool education characterizes both the educational process and its results, reflects the level of achieving the aim and tasks of education, upbringing and development of preschool age children and also the level of fulfillment of teachers’, children’s and their parents’ expectations from the use of ICT in the educational process at preschool educational establishments. This article ascertains a significant potential of ICT in the development of preschool teachers IC-competency, organization of education, upbringing and development of children of the upper preschool age, testifies to the importance of cooperation with parents of preschoolers. It presents the experience of using ICT as a didactic tool, which contributed to a more effective realization of the tasks of the main lines of education, which are defined as a basic component of preschool education: “Child’s personality”, “Child in the society”, “Child in the environment”, “Child in the world of culture”, “Child’s game”, “Child in sensory-cognitive space” and “Child’s speech”. The article reveals the significant potential of the use of information and communication technologies for raising the parental awareness about the quality of educational services in the preschool educational institution, as well as for establishing a partnership between the teaching staff and the parent community on all issues of preschool education.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

The article reviews the scientific literature on the quality of distance learning. The forced temporary transfer of the educational process to a distance form is considered as an unplanned event to assess the quality of education, which allows us to assess the effectiveness of the management system in education for all participants in educational relations, as well as to determine the directions of modernization and development of the education system as a whole. The use of digital technologies in the educational process helps the teacher to more fully build interaction with students, improve their methodological and organizational skills and competencies, use visual formats for presenting various information, which, in turn, contributes to the development of cognitive activity of schoolchildren and students. Educational interaction in the framework of distance learning has a special specificity and special qualities that place increased demands on the professional competence and pedagogical qualifications of teachers, as well as on the personal and professional competencies of all subjects of the distance educational process. Distance learning now allows interaction between the trainers and trainees, but not fully appropriate to ensure the achievement of learning objectives, learning content of the subject and control assessment of knowledge, skills, competencies. Distance learning technologies should complement (and this is their significant functionality and potential), and not replace the already established traditional face-to-face forms of educational interaction, models and methods of teaching.

The article considers the application of information and communication technologies in the professional training of future of physical training and sports masters in modern conditions. It is noted that informatization of higher education is one of the most important means of improving the quality of training. The main parameters for the classification of information and communication technologies used in the masters’ training are determined. The main distinctive features of e-learning and distance learning are analyzed. The purpose of the study is the application of information and communication technologies in the training of future physical training and sports masters in terms of modernity. Theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature on certain issues, data comparison and generalization, comparison of different views on the research problem is used. Information and communication technologies used in the training of future PT and sports masters are: text editors, Power Point presentations, spreadsheets, online tests, Internet resources, training programs, multimedia dictionaries, electronic textbooks, distance learning, online competitions and contests, student research papers. The main directions that require additional research on the application of interactive learning technologies based on information tools are summarized. Information and communication technologies can significantly increase the efficiency of the educational process, solve the tasks set before the education institution to educate a comprehensively developed, creatively free personality. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the research problem shows that in modern conditions of educational development the interest of scientists in information technologies, their didactic potential and possibilities of application in the field of physical education and sports is being growing.

In this article, the problem of knowledge quality has become a subject of public attention in recent years. The creation of organizational models for quality control of education and the regulatory framework for the national system for evaluating the quality of education is one of the priorities of the educational policy of our Republic. The creation of such a system, on the one hand, forces the need to ensure state guarantees of education, and on the other-stimulates the legitimate interest of clients in quality education. The quality assessment means the evaluation of educational achievements of students, quality of educational programs, implementation of educational process in a particular educational institution, the educational process in the whole country and its territorial systems. The theoretical basis of these sets of core competencies are the provisions formulated in psychology. It is indicated that the subject of human communication, knowledge, work is manifested in the system of human relations to society, to other people, to themselves, to work; human competence has an axiological vector of development; professional competence includes competence.

The article raises the problem of teaching hearing impaired and describes the experi-ence of the application of methodical system of student-oriented training to graphic disci-plines.Ways to increase the efficiency of training for people with hearing impairments are considered, the importance of knowledge of graphic disciplines in the technical education for this category of students is shown, features of teaching engineering and graphic disciplines for students are analyzed.We consider the educational technology of graphic disciplines using innovative teach-ing methods that contribute to the informatization of education for this category of students; conceptual basis for improving the quality of graphic training of young professionals with technical education; innovative methods of lecturing, conducting practical classes in graphic disciplines; applied computer programs and their practical application in the study of graphic disciplines. Various approaches to teaching graphic disciplines for students with hearing impair-ments are shown, and the chosen teaching method training area is substantiated. It is most efficient to organize the learning process in parallel, optimally connecting the manual and computer execution of the drawings. The use of information and communication technologies in special education opens up new perspectives for training, to optimize the process of learning by students ; stimulating the emergence of new learning technologies facilitates the communication process allows to realize their potential , promotes the expansion of social ties.
