The article reviews the scientific literature on the quality of distance learning. The forced temporary transfer of the educational process to a distance form is considered as an unplanned event to assess the quality of education, which allows us to assess the effectiveness of the management system in education for all participants in educational relations, as well as to determine the directions of modernization and development of the education system as a whole. The use of digital technologies in the educational process helps the teacher to more fully build interaction with students, improve their methodological and organizational skills and competencies, use visual formats for presenting various information, which, in turn, contributes to the development of cognitive activity of schoolchildren and students. Educational interaction in the framework of distance learning has a special specificity and special qualities that place increased demands on the professional competence and pedagogical qualifications of teachers, as well as on the personal and professional competencies of all subjects of the distance educational process. Distance learning now allows interaction between the trainers and trainees, but not fully appropriate to ensure the achievement of learning objectives, learning content of the subject and control assessment of knowledge, skills, competencies. Distance learning technologies should complement (and this is their significant functionality and potential), and not replace the already established traditional face-to-face forms of educational interaction, models and methods of teaching.

In modern conditions of reforming the system of higher education, the introduction of time-based blended and distance learning, the mission of higher education is to ensure the efficiency and quality of university education. Therefore, the problem of using blended and distance learning technologies becomes relevant, which, taking into account the peculiarities of the conduct, should ensure the quality of educational services for students. Blended learning is defined as a hybrid of traditional face-to-face and online learning so that instruction occurs both in the classroom and online, and where the online component becomes a natural extension of traditional classroom learning. The article highlights the peculiarities of the introduction of mixed and distance learning at the university, analyzes and clarifies the essence and content of the concepts of « blended learning», «distance learning», identifies the main approaches, methodical principles underlying the organization of the educational process, the priority tasks and advantages of the introduced forms of education are singled out, the tendencies of their development are outlined, in particular in modern conditions. The methods, organizational forms and means used during blended and distance learning are described, specific examples of their introduction at Kyiv International University are given, as well as the schematic structure of the methodical system of the proposed forms of education that ensure the quality of university education. It is proved that blended and distance learning solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of education, is the most effective evolution of the traditional model of learning7

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

Opportunities and perspectives of the use of distance learning technologies (DLT) in the process of professional training of military experts are considered in the paper. DLT allows to carry out educational process at a distance without losing its quality. DLT even improves quality due to individualization, active teaching methods, bilateral interaction between teacher and student (cadet). The distance learning form will be considered as an additional system that is used to supplement the academic disciplines taught by the Secondary Schools for applicants’ education in full-time education. The main aim of the using distance learning technologies at the Secondary School is providing students with access to electronic educational resources through the using modern information technologies and telecommunication networks. The educational process in distance learning for a cadet have to include all the main forms of the traditional organization at the educational process: lectures, seminars and practical classes, laboratory workshops, control system, research and independent work. All these forms of organization of the educational process will allow to implement a flexible combination of independent cognitive activity of students (cadets) in with different sources of information, operational and systematic interaction with the course teacher and group work of students (cadets).The advantages of using distance learning technologies in the training of military specialists are various, namely: flexibility, modularity, technological approach, increase motivation and self-motivation of students, new role of the teacher.The process of using remote technology is considered as an integral part of the assessment of the quality education and information during the educational process. The new possibilities of practical application of remote technologies in the organization educational process in the Secondary School are formulated in this paper.

The relevance of the presented article is determined by the widespread use of online distance learning technologies in the educational space of higher education in Russia. This process is supported and initiated, among other things, by the modern Russian authorities, whose actions are based on the presumption of the ability of online education to provide the same quality of the educational process that takes place in the classroom-contact format. The authors ‘ hypothesis is based on the fact that the widespread introduction of online education cannot be evaluated positively, since its quality has not been tested empirically. Institutionalization should be carried out only after it is scientifically confirmed “where”,” for whom”,” by whom “ online education can be implemented. For this purpose, the authors study the types of online education, its content, and assess the readiness of students to study online. The goal is formulated as determining the segments of the educational process in higher education in which online education will improve the quality of training of qualified specialists.

The formation of students’ geographical competence against the background of clarification and deepening of general geographical knowledge, skills and abilities, the formation of their own system of scientific judgments and values occurs during the study of geography. Students study a variety of geographical phenomena, processes, and patterns allowing understanding their dynamics and creating conditions for critical and sound analysis and comparison. Distance learning technologies include an individualized process of transfer and acquisition of knowledge, skills, abilities and methods for cognitive activity of students. Such techniques can be seen as a natural stage in the evolution of the traditional education system from chalk board to electronic board and computer technology. They provide the opportunity to conduct distance learning via the Internet; diversify the means of communication between student and teacher (e-mail, chat, forum, file sharing, etc.); activate the role of the teacher and exercise full control over the learning process; apply a multilevel testing system; Distance learning opens access to better; higher quality education for all participants in the learning process, but learning with the help of the Internet technologies is not sufficiently researched. This especially applies to the methodological development of educational support for e-learning courses, the operation of platforms for distance learning, the availability of professional staff, command of information technology for all participants in the educational process and more. The study compares the results of the formation of geographical knowledge in students in the control and experimental groups. The pedagogical conditions are substantiated and the main structural components of the organization of the process of formation of geographical knowledge in the institution of general secondary education are determined. Criteria and levels of formation of geographical knowledge of students in the learning process are determined. The effectiveness of the proposed teaching method in the implementation of distance education technologies using modern interactive platforms has been experimentally tested. The level of formation of cognitive interest of students in the process of studying the school course of geography in the 10th grade is determined. Modern methods of active learning are reflected in one of the most successful ways to develop the training of future specialists. The urgency of the need to improve the quality of teaching economic disciplines is not in doubt. The use of active methods of teaching economic disciplines stimulates the cognitive activity of students, respectively, forms important practical skills of researching situations, problem solving, improves the ability of reasoning and a clear statement of students’ thoughts. In general, today there is a need for non-standard-minded individuals. The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the digital tools that a modern teacher should possess to implement the educational process using distance learning technologies. Based on the conducted research, the main competencies that a teacher should have to conduct professional activities from the point of view of students were established. Digital tools are urgently needed to implement these competencies. In this paper, we will show our view on the algorithm for using digital tools in the educational process. A teacher should have a wide arsenal of digital tools: be able to use office programs, be able to search, to select, to analyze and to interpret information. To be able to create a teacher’s website, record digital audio and video content, to be able to place it for easy access for students, and, of course, be able to use the University’s learning management system.
