Aerobics can through the big load workout, consumption of excess fat in the body, the body form and body composition have greatly improved, and this can help shape and size of the strong and handsome youth healthy physique. The author through the contrast experiment method to young students body composition and cardiopulmonary function measurement, in order to understand the aerobic exercise to young students' physical effects. The results showed that after aerobic exercise of young students measurements close to our country race standards; BMI, WHR, body fat rate are significantly lower; Cardiopulmonary function increase apparently.

AbstractPurpose. Hypercholesterolaemia is a highly prevalent condition that has major health- and cost-related implications for the society. Aerobic-type exercise improves lipoprotein-lipid profiles, cardiorespiratory fitness and body composition in healthy young women. Thus, the aim of the study was to assess the impact of 9 weeks of low-high aerobic-type exercise on the lipid profile among young women. Methods. On the basis of the lipid profile, 64 women (median age, 21.8 years; range, 19.0-24.7 years) were divided into two groups: with low (LRH) and intermediate (IRH) risk of developing hypercholesterolaemia. The participants completed a 9-week-long low-high aerobic exercise programme. Before and after the training programme, we determined the lipid profile: triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), lipoprotein cholesterol: HDL-C and LDL-C, and glucose levels. Selected cardiorespiratory fitness variables and body composition were also determined. Results. It was found that aerobic-type fitness exercise in the IRH group caused statistically significant decreases in TC and TG levels in comparison with baseline values. Significant increase in maximum oxygen uptake and decrease in HDL-C in the LRH group were also observed. Conclusions. Aerobic fitness exercises, a combination of two alternating styles, could influence the blood lipid profile by decreasing plasma TC and TG levels. In non-athlete women, physical activity may be a good tool to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Obesity is a modern disease and the cause is quite complicated. This study explores the effects of aerobic and resistance exercise on weight loss and their relationship with the PGC-1α/Irisin/UCP-1 signaling pathway. First, we selected 52 obese students for aerobic and resistance exercise. Second, we established an obesity rat model, and then subjected them to 12 weeks of aerobic and resistance exercise. The body weights and blood lipid contents of all the subjects were measured, and mRNA and protein expressions were determined via real-time PCR and western blot. In obese students, aerobic exercise and the combination of aerobic and resistance exercise significantly reduced body weight and blood lipid levels. In obese model rats, aerobic and resistance exercise significantly reduced the body weight, blood lipid levels, and increased the PGC-1, Irisin, and UCP-1 levels. Furthermore, the combined effects of aerobic and resistance exercise were similar to those of prolonged aerobic exercise in both human subjects and model rats. The mechanism of weight loss via aerobic and resistance exercise may be related to the PGC-1α/Irisin/UCP-1 pathway, and the combination of aerobic and resistance exercise may be a more suitable weight loss option for obese patients.
