Islam is a complete view of life, that is the integral of religion with politics, law and community. The reform of society requires referring to Islam that is a reform of religion-politic taking inspiration from the Quran and Sunnah. In this current situation, the unfinished problem is the practice of corruption that takes personal or group advantage. It happens because of the disappearance of values of aqida and the way of thinking which contain s Islamic purposes, tillit destruct s the moral system of society and economic gap. The improvement of Culture and political purpose fundamentally are needed both philosophically and practical. The term politic means care (ri'ayah), reform (ishlah), establish (taqwim), guidance (irsyad) and educate, Thus there is a common with the meaning of maqasid Syaria fundamentally, that emphasize s the improvement continuously in the system or role related to the personal culture or in society, and as an instrument of social design that produce an individual and society in increasing the quality of education, morals and aqida in.

Abstract Education is the way to prepare the next generation with excellence and competitiveness and Islamic education is no exception. Islamic education, which aims to form the perfect man (insan kamil), is faced with complicated problems of globalization era characterized by the transformation of information. Islam must dominate the quality of education, to be both resistant and flexible with the times. To form a solid Islamic education takes various steps. Reconstruction of the essence and urgency of Islamic education is a way to drown out the dichotomy of science, since all sciences, according to Islam, comes from one authority. The concept of pluralism education should be done so that Muslims are not conflicted in the belief monopolistic practices. By understanding and accepting diversity, the nature of tolerance and inclusivity have been more mature so that Muslims are able to exchange thoughts for the future progress. The term "reconstruction" in this paper indicates that there has been existing paradigm used in Islamic education. However, this paradigm must now be designed or renewed so that Islamic education is able to build a democratic, religious, innovative, and ready person to face the challenges of the transformation of great and rapid information. Keywords: Islamic Education, Essence and Urgency of Islamic Education, Information Transformation, Islamic Education and Information Transformation Abstrak   Pendidikan adalah cara untuk menyiapkan generasi yang unggul dan memiliki daya saing. Tak terkecuali bagi pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan Islam yang bertujuan untuk menbentuk insan kamil dihadapkan pada permasalahan pelik akan derasnya globalisasi yang ditandai dengan era transformasi informasi. Mutu pendidikan Islam harus mendominasi, agar bersifat resisten dan fleksibel dengan perkembangan zaman. Untuk membentuk pendidikan Islam yang kokoh diperlukan berbagai macam langkah. Rekonstruksi essensi dan urgensitas pendidikan Islam merupakan cara untuk meredam dikotomi ilmu, karena pada hakikatnya semua ilmu menurut Islam bersumber dari satu otoritas. Pendidikan yang berwawasan pluralisme perlu dilakukan agar umat Islam tidak terbentur dalam praktik monopoli keyakinan. Dengan memahami dan menerima keberagaman, maka sifat toleransi dan inklusif semakin matang sehingga umat Islam mampu melakukan tukar pikiran demi kemajuan bersama. Term “rekonstruksi” di dalam paper ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebelumnya telah ada paradigma yang digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam. Hanya saja, paradigma tersebut kini harus dirancang atau diperbaharui kembali agar pendidikan Islam mampu membangun masyarakat yang demokratis, religius, inovatif, dan siap untuk menghadapi tantangan transformasi informasi yang begitu hebat dan pesat.   Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Essensi dan Urgensitas Pendidikan Islam, Transformasi Informasi, Pendidikan Islam dan Transformasi Informasi

Under the on-going reform of educational system innovative organizational and economic mechanisms are being introduced to make transfer to a new qualitatively-effi cient model. Thus one of the key tasks for the universities’ administrators is to enhance the performance of the faculty, as a factor, determining the overall quality of education. Various approaches to the teachers’ remuneration of labor, work measurement and job analysis are shown in historical evolution beginning from the XVIII century. Current situation with the university teachers’ compensation system is considered in comparison with the average level of compensation for diff erent regions of this country and in other countries as well. Recent measures undertaken to reform the compensation system in the RF higher educational institutions are discussed and evaluated.

Leadership is the art of influencing people, the art of moving people by utilizing resources to achieve goals. This understanding gives two meanings that need to be in the expalin. First, art, if leadership is an art, then it can be certain that everyone has their own way of expressing it. Second, others, if leadership has to involve others, then its main obligation is to observe, pay attention to the condition of others. Therefore, leadership is a discourse between who we are and how others are. This understanding provides logical consequences that the way, style of leadership type model will differ from one person to another. The effectiveness of leadership depends on how one's leadership style is adapted to circumstances or situations. If the style used by the leader suits the situation, then his leadership will be effective and vice versa. Keywords: Leadership of madrasah head, Quality of Education Kepemimpinan merupakan seni memengaruhi orang, seni menggerakan orang dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya demi mencapai tujuan. Pemahaman ini memberikan dua makna yang perlu diuraikan. Pertama, seni, jika kepemimpinan merupakan seni, maka dapat dipastikan setiap orang memiliki cara tersendiri untuk mengekspresikannya. Kedua, orang lain, jika kepemimpinan harus melibatkan orang lain, maka kewajiban utamanya adalah mengamati, memperhatikan kondisi orang lain. Oleh sebab itulah maka kepemimpinan merupakan suatu diskurusus antara siapa diri kita dan bagaimana orang lain. Pemahaman ini memberikan konsekwensi logis bahwa cara, gaya model tipe kepemimpinan akan berbeda antara satu orang dengan lainnya. Efektifitas kepemimpinan tergantung pada bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan seseorang disesuaikan dengan keadaan atau situasi. Jika gaya yang digunakan oleh pemimpin sesuai dengan situasi, maka kepemimpinannya akan efektif dan begitu sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Kepeimipinan kepala madrasah, Kualitas pendidikan

Pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat menentukan bagi perkembangan dan perwujudtan diri individu, terutama bagi pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Kemajuan suatu peradaban bergantung kepada cara kebudayaan tersebut mengenali, menghargai dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia dan hal ini berkaitan erat dengan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anggota masyarakatnya yaitu peserta didik.Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses pembelajaran ensambel perkusi dengan instrumen nonkonvensional di SD Alam Harapan Kita Klaten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian analisis kualitatif dengan menyertakan teknik-teknik penelitian antara lain: Studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memperhatikan proses pembelajaran dalam beberapa kali pertemuan. Peneliti mengamati proses siswa dalam menerima materi dan cara guru mengajarkannya materi pembelajaran, cara pengajar dalam memberikan materi, dan sikap siswa/i pada saat proses pembelajaran. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang Pendidikan Musik terutama pada pembelajaran anak agar berfikir kreatif dan inovatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata siswa/i  ensambel perkusi dengan instrumen nonkonvensional di SD Alam Harapan Kita Klaten lebih menyukai materi yang disampaikan dengan permainan dan keceriaan. Selain itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi ensambel yang berhubungan dengan teknik sering kali membosankan bagi siswa/i jika tidak dikemas menjadi lebih menarik,asik dan  dengan materi lagu. Education has a decisive role for the development and realization of individual self, especially for the development of the nation and state. The progress of a civilization depends on the way the culture recognizes, respects and utilizes human resources and matters that are closely related to the quality of education provided by society, namely students. This study discusses how the percussion ensemble learning process uses non-conventional instruments in SD Harapan Kita Klaten Elementary School.  The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis research method by including research techniques including : Literature study, observation, interview and documentation. This research was conducted using observing the learning process in several meetings. The researcher observes the process of students in receiving learning material and the way the teacher teaches it and student attitudes in the learning process. The benefits of this research are as an effort in the development of education in the fields of music and creativity. The results of this study indicate that the average student likes the delivery of material accompanied by games and competitions.in addition, ensemble materials related to technique often bore students if they are not packaged with interesting, funny and familiar songs

ABSTRACTThis article aims to determine the standard of the research process at MAAdzuriyatus Solihin ciparay Bandung. This research is a qualitative research bycollecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results ofthis study indicate that the achievement of process standards at MA Adzuriyatus SolihinCiparay Bandung is 91.42% when compared to the entire maximum score that shouldbe achieved in the standard process. This study recommends in-depth. indicators thathave not been achieved optimally, especially school indicators carry out the learningprocess with a maximum of 36 students in the study group and the teacher conducts goodclassroom management with 12 criteria. According to the author, the principal mustconduct an evaluation and supervision of the way to teach in the class, also conducttraining for teachers who have not been able to achieve standard process indicators.Because in learning the class of educators plays an important role in the learningprocess. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction ofcommunity expectations.Keynotes: process standards, educators, students

The article discusses the question of how to apply social design in the management system of secondary education institutions. In theoretical and practical terms, the correct and scientific justification of the problem statement is important not only in the framework of pedagogy, but in the context of management sociology. Today, the inability of schools to systematically adapt to the changes and integrate innovative approaches and technologies into the learning management process is noteworthy. The schools cannot anticipate and plan, in a project form, the directions for solving social problems and contradictions. The absence in the school management the system of models for implementing goals and the lack of the established mechanism for stimulating systemic changes in education are revealed. The main approaches and their relevance, the forms of the structure and possible directions of` the research are denoted. In conclusion, it is stated that social design, namely using the ability to create, implement social projects, that improve the quality of education, create opportunities for the development of the active educational environment, the inclusion of all interested participants in school relationships, personal growth and self development into of management practices – all they are necessary and important for developing and improving the quality of school education.

Value clarification only reflects and implicates in the gathering condition where all the people are able to develop the value of respectness, solidarity and interiority. Value clarification in the learning process that support the value which is found in human being?óÔé¼Ôäós life including value of freedom. The point of value is the way of thinking, the way of attitudes, and the way of behaviour, either personal or together. Value clarification will make the students become more mature in finding and giving the positive value in their freedom Progressivism philosophy is relevant to develop the value of clarification to the freedom of human being in democration. Since there is an opinion of basic progressivism a value has a quality of social, besides progresivism giving pressure to the freedom of the students, progressivism also cares to the disipline of the students so that they get advantages.
