ABSTRACTObjective: to think about the formation of the nursing senior student having family health strategy as a base. Methodology: this paper describes a bibliographic research done based on Virtual Health Library (BVS - Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) on the site Scientific Electronic Library on-line (Scielo) and Latin-America and Caribbean Literature in Health Science (Lilacs), along the period of 2002 to 2009 in Portuguese. For the selection of the articles were the following keywords: national health care system, family health, education, nursing. The selection was made using an instrument constructed for this purpose. After the analysis, which were performed independently by three researchers were selected from 13 publications that had relation with the theme. Result: the Family Health Strategy demand a special profile from the professionals who must change the individual /illness/ cure approach to a holistic assistance promoting health in a integrated way. Under these perspectives it´s necessary a reformulation in the nursing graduation curriculum having projects centered in the student working together theory and practice and adapting to the epidemiology profile in which it is inserted. Although there have been changes for the graduating students, there are still some gaps and challenges to be overcome. Conclusion: the importance of  an early introduction of ESF subject is emphasize in order to promote the nurse formation making him/her able to work bearing this interdisciplinary perspective in mind at SUS  matching with this new demand of health profile. Englobou artigos científicos publicados entre 2002 à 2009 em português. Para a seleção dos artigos foram utilizados os descritores: sistema único de saúde; saúde da família; educação em enfermagem. A seleção foi feita utilizando um instrumento construído para este fim. Após as análises,  que foram realizadas de forma independente por três pesquisadores, selecionou-se 13 publicações que apresentavam relação com a temática. Resultados: a estratégia saúde da família exige um perfil diferenciado dos profissionais, os quais devem mudar o pólo indivíduo/doença/cura para uma assistência holística, promovendo saúde de forma integral. Nesta perspectiva, fazem-se necessárias reformulações nos currículos de graduação em enfermagem a partir de Projetos Pedagógicos centrados no aluno, falar teoria/prática e, adaptando-se ao perfil epidemiológico ao qual está inserido. Apesar das mudanças na formação do graduando, ainda persistem lacunas e desafios a serem superados. Conclusão: enfatiza-se a importância da introdução precoce de conteúdos acerca da ESF, a fim de promover a formação do enfermeiro para atuar nesta perspectiva interdisciplinar no âmbito do SUS, correspondendo às exigências deste novo perfil da saúde. Después del análisis, que se realizaron de forma independiente por tres investigadores fueron seleccionados de 13 publicaciones que habían relación con el tema. Resultados: la Estrategia Salud de la Familia exige un perfil diferenciado de los profesionales, quienes deben cambiar el foco de individuo/enfermedad/cura para una atención holística, que promueva la salud de forma integral. Bajo este enfoque, se hacen necesarias alteraciones en los currículos de graduación en enfermería a partir de Proyectos Pedagógicos centrados en el alumno, proyectos estos que unan teoría y práctica, y que se adapten al perfil epidemiológico en el que están insertados. A pesar de los cambios ya realizados en la formación de los estudiantes, aún existen lagunas y retos por superarse. Conclusion: se hace hincapié en la importancia de la introducción precoz de contenidos acerca de la ESF en la formación de los enfermeros, con la finalidad de promocionarles una actuación dentro de esta perspectiva interdisciplinaria en el ámbito de SUS, consonante con las exigencias de este nuevo perfil de salud. Objective: The study aimed to identify the occupational hazards to which workers are exposed in nursing working in immunization room of the family health strategy of the municipality of Conde-Paraíba. Methods: this was an exploratory study, descriptive and qualitative. The survey was conducted in basic health units of the municipality of Conde-PB, using a semi-structured interview script, as a tool for data collection, with objective and subjective questions that addressed the topic. Have been followed all ethical and legal precepts of research involving humans. Results and discussion: Nursing workers working in immunization of the said rooms municipality do not have enough knowledge about the occupational hazards to which they are exposed in their work environment, use the individual protection equipment making them vulnerable to a variety of risk situations and contributing to the increase in the number of occupational accidents. Conclusion: The present research demonstrated through the lines of the participants that they are exposed to various occupational hazards to act in vaccine, and that the recognition of these risks is necessary to the development of action for prevention, elimination or control of them. Permanent education is the primary tool for nursing workers acquire knowledge about occupational accidents, their causes and ways to avoid them, thus minimizing the risks that may exist in the workplace. Abstract This study aimed to conduct an integrative review of scientific literature on the topic of Oral Health in the Family Health Strategy in the period 2004-2014. Articles published in national and international journals (n = 141) were consulted and selected from the electronic Library the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and from electronic databases PubMed, Lilacs, BBO and Cochrane. The implementation process of oral health teams in the Family Health Strategy was the most frequent thematic variable (18%) of the 15 variables identified. The Northeast was the Brazilian macro-region where the largest number of published articles originated (n = 61). The studies were predominantly quantitative, and the highest number of publications occurred in 2010 (n = 26). We concluded that there is an increasing interest in investigating the context of oral health implementation in the Family Health Strategy, with particular emphasis on theme categories related to the micro-process work and the redefinition of professional identities arising from multidisciplinary work in primary care.

Objetivo: Buscou-se com o presente trabalho conhecer a percepção do enfermeiro acerca das atividades em Educação em Saúde na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Método: Estudo com abordagem qualitativa, com enfermeiros atuantes em Estratégias Saúde da Família localizadas no município de Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, realizado no mês de setembro de 2016, com aplicação de um questionário semi-estruturado com seis perguntas norteadoras. Resultados: A análise de dados possibilitou a construção de três categorias centrais, a saber: Objetivos e prática da educação em saúde, Estratégia Saúde da Família: porta de entrada e Aspectos facilitadores e dificultadores da educação em saúde. Conclusão: Compreende-se que a Educação em Saúde representa ferramenta ímpar e sempre inovadora no campo da saúde para transformar a vida das pessoas e o processo saúde-doença do indivíduo e comunidade.Palavras-chave: Educação em saúde. ABSTRACTObjective: to identify in scientific publications the health education actions concerned with the elderly population in the Family Health Strategy (FHS). Method: this is an integrative review with search in the scientific literature published from 2000 to 2010 in the databases of the website Virtual Health Library (VHL): LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature), MEDLINE (National Library of Medicine, United States), IBECS (Índice Bibliografico Espanol en Ciencias de la Salud), and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), besides the specialized area of BIREME – BDENF (Nursing Database), according to the following stages: establishment of the guiding question (What is the importance of the health education actions for the elderly population in the Family Health Strategy?) and aims of the review; establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria for papers (sample selection); definition of the information to be extracted from the papers selected; analysis of results; presentation and discussion of results; and, finally, presentation of the review. Inclusion criteria: full text available online  and papers concerning health education activities, involving the elderly public, developed in the FHS. For this study, the concept of elderly from the World Health Organization (WHO) was adopted: person aged 60 years or over in developing countries. Results: the final sample consisted of  nine papers, which presented variety of themes, ranging from studies that applied and evaluated the educative activities to those which pointed them proposals. Conclusion: it was found an incipience in papers portraying the performance of educative practices aimed at the elderly population and the predominance of the biomedical paradigm in the health education activities. Background: The Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS ® ) is an international classification developed to systematize breast assessment, exam interpretation, and the preparation of reports of specific breast imaging exams. Objective: The objective of this study was to validate with experts a booklet directed to medical and nursing professionals in the Family Health Strategy on the categorization of Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System in order to describe the reports of mammography. Methods: This was a technology-validation study of the methodological-development type. The evaluation was performed with 11 experts, including seven radiologists and four mastologists, four men and seven women, with a mean age of 45 years, meantime of being in the profession of 22 years, and an average 15 years of working experience of in the field. Results: The individual, mean, and global Content Validity Index (CVI) was calculated. The booklet was validated with a CVI of 0.89. The suggestions of the experts were analyzed, and some of them were implemented for the final version of the booklet. Conclusion: The booklet was validated and will contribute significantly to the daily activities of medical and nursing professionals in the Family Health Strategy in relation to the interpretation of the mammographic report and the orientation regarding the referral, agility, and qualification of the patient to the specialized service.

AbstractIntroduction The Family Health Strategy program (FHS) was created with the aim to strengthen primary care through multidisciplinary practices, focused of health care to the family and community. In this sense, the incorporation of other professionals, other than provided in the minimum composition, such as the physical therapist, may contribute to enhance the comprehensiveness of health care.Objective To know how the user perceives the need of a physical therapist in the FHS.Methodology This is a qualitative research of 60 users of a Family Health Center in a city in western Santa Catarina. Data collection was performed at users’ homes by means of an interview. It contained questions about users’ knowledge on physiotherapy and the need to include this professional in the FHS team. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis.Results Regarding the users’ knowledge about the physical therapist, we could observe that users perceive this professional as the one who works in rehabilitation. As for the need for the physical therapists insertion in the FHS staff, users highlighted that it is important to facilitate access to physical therapy services and to expand the comprehensiveness of health care to the user.Final considerations It is clear that users recognize the role of physiotherapy in primary care, realizing the need for its inclusion in the FHS. This fact emphasizes that it is necessary to (re)consider the training process of this professional, approaching theory and practice of the FHS guidelines and the principles of the Unified Health System.

Introduction Although the physiotherapist is provided by the Nucleus of support to family health (NSFH), is not expected in the Family Health Strategy team and, to this inclusion occur exist the need to reformulate the process of education in this area. Objective To know the professionals' perception of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) about the need for insertion of the physiotherapist in the team. Materials and methods A qualitative study in which data collection was carried out with interviews and field diary with subsequent content analysis. Results and discussions The team affirms the need for insertion of the physiotherapist in the strategy, but their perception is that the therapist acts in the secondary and tertiary care. Final considerations Therefore, it emphasizes the need for restructuring of educational projects to generate new knowledge that will bring the teaching-service, prioritizing a model of care focused on integral health care of the individual and the community, improving the education of physiotherapists for UHS.

AbstractPublic contest is one of the best ways for health professionals to enter the Family Health Strategy (FHS) and other public health services. The objective of this study was to verify the profile of Dentistry public examinations in the southeast region, as well as to analyze the coherence between the proposal of   FHS and the content on the professionals selection   for this position. The examinations  were retrieved by means of research of the sites: PCI Concursos and  Folha Dirigida and sites of companies of greater representativeness in the competitive bidding in the states of the southeast region. From the entire southeastern region, 266 competitive examinations were obtained for the position of dental surgeon, from 2001 to 2017. For the data analysis,, three categories were created: QG, for the questions that included the general questions present in the tests; QT, individual technical questions that balance the requirements related to specific knowledge; and QC, corresponding to the questions related to collective character. In all the tests analyzed, the specific knowledge (QC and QT) had a higher prevalence among the contents charged. Among the areas that involved the individual technical questions, the subjects of Surgery, Dentistry, Stomatology and Pathology were the ones with the highest prevalence. Through the results, it can be seen that the public examinations for dental surgeons who want to work in the FHS in the states of the southeast region, most of them deal with knowledge of clinical dentistry specialties. Keywords: Dentists. Health Personnel. Examination Question. Resumo O concurso público é uma das melhores formas de inserção dos profissionais de saúde na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) e em outros serviços de saúde pública. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar o perfil de provas de concursos públicos de Odontologia da região sudeste, bem como analisar a coerência entre a proposta da ESF e o conteúdo da seleção de profissionais para este cargo. Os exames foram recuperados por meio de pesquisa em dois sites bastante acessados que disponibilizam provas de concurso público no Brasil: PCI Concursos e Folha Dirigida e em sites de empresas de maior representatividade nas licitações de concurso nos estados da região sudeste. De toda a região foram obtidas 266 provas de concursos para o cargo de cirurgião dentista, no período de 2001 a 2017. Para análise dos dados foram criadas três categorias: QG, para os quesitos que englobaram as questões gerais presentes nas provas; QT, questões técnicas individuais que equivalem aos quesitos relacionados aos conhecimentos específicos; e QC, correpondendo aos quesitos relacionados ao caráter coletivo. Em todas as provas analisadas, os conhecimentos específicos (QC e QT) tiveram maior prevalência entre os conteúdos cobrados. Dentre as áreas que envolveram os quesitos técnicos individuais, as disciplinas de Cirurgia, Dentística, Estomatologia e Patologia foram as de maior prevalência. Através dos resultados, percebe-se que os concursos públicos para os cirurgiões dentistas que querem atuar na ESF nos estados da região sudeste, abordam em sua maioria conhecimentos de especialidades clínicas da Odontologia. Palavras-chave: Odontólogos. Objetivo: Avaliar o perfil nutricional das equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família e do Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família do município de Pedralva. Materiais e métodos: Estudo descritivo, analítico, transversal, realizado com 42 profissionais que compõem as equipes Estratégias Saúde da Família (ESF) e Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família (NASF) no município de Pedralva/MG. Foram coletados dados antropométricos, como peso, altura e circunferências corporais e aplicado um formulário de frequência do consumo alimentar, para avaliar os hábitos alimentares desses profissionais Resultados: Quanto ao estado nutricional, 40,5% dos funcionários se encontravam eutróficos, 40,5% com sobrepeso e 19% com obesidade. Em relação ao risco de doenças cardiovascular, analisando a circunferência abdominal, 9% não apresentou risco, 24% dos funcionários tinham risco elevado e 67%, risco muito elevado; ao se utilizar a relação cintura quadril, encontrou-se 76% dos funcionários sem risco e 24% com risco. De acordo com o inquérito alimentar, observou frequente consumo de arroz, feijão, salada, salgados e carne, pouco consumo de frutas, legumes e peixes. Conclusão: medidas preventivas devem ser tomadas, a fim de evitar que o quadro atual do perfil antropométrico dessa população se torne ainda mais comprometedor, além de garantir melhoria da qualidade de vida dos mesmos.  Palavras-chave: Avaliação nutricional. Inquérito alimentar.  ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the nutritional profile of the teams of the Family Health Strategy and Support Center for Family Health in the city of Pedralva. Materials and methods: descriptive, analytical, transversal study performed with 42 professionals that make up the teams of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) and the Support Center for Family Health (NASF) in the city of Pedralva/MG. Anthropometric data such as weight, height and body circumferences were collected and a questionare about the frequency of food consumption was applied to assess the dietary habits of these Professional Results: Regarding nutritional status, 40.5% of employees were normal weight, 40.5% overweight and 19% obese. Regarding the risk of cardiovascular diseases, analyzing abdominal circumference, 9% showed no risk, 24% of employees had high risk and 67%, very high risk; when using the waist-hip ratio, we found 76% of employees with no risk and 24% at risk. According to food survey observed frequent consumption of rice, beans, salad, savory meat and little consumption of fruits, vegetables and fish. Conclusion: Preventive measures should be taken to prevent the current situation of anthropometric profile of this population from becoming even more engaging and also ensure improved quality of life for them.  Keywords: Nutritional evaluation.
