The performance of education office organizations was influenced by the behavior of its employees. This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, leadership style, personality, and organizational justice towards the job performance of the employee education office in Jakarta. Research samples were 221 employees of the Jakarta Education Office. Data collection using questioner with the Likert scale, The results of the research there was a direct influence of leadership style towards organizational justice; Organizational culture on organizational justice; Personality towards organizational justice; Leadership style on job performance; Organizational culture towards job performance; Personality towards job performance, then organizational justice towards job performance, and personality through organizational justice towards job performance. It was concluded that the level of job performance was influenced by variations in leadership style, organizational culture, personality, and organizational justice.

This study examines the importance of work ethics for employees in the organization towards performance achievement by bringing up the role of adversity quotient mediator. The study aimed to investigate and explore the direct and indirect influence through mediators by using path analysis techniques with the help of AMOS version 24. The process of data collection was carried out using three research variable scales. The number of research respondents is 220 employees. The results of the analysis prove four hypotheses that have been shown to have direct influence, and the role of the mediator is perfect in mediating the two variables. The results of this study can be useful for organizations and practitioners of psychology in industry and organizations.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya intends  to run its working durability which one of them is caused by customer’s high loyalty. Service and post-service are factors that are important to create organizational culture towards managerial work and commitment. Therefore, we should examine the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable.Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators .Suitable method to answer above problem is Path Analysis. The result is that path analysis shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997.Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture direct effect on performance be higher than organization culture indirect effect via employee performance commitment in UPTD Parkir of Surabaya City are refused. Cause organization culture indirect effect through employee performance are 0,49977 while organization culture direct effect on employee performance are 0,232. This result proving that Organization Culture which created the company as conducive will emerging Employee Commitment. Through this Employee Commitment. Will be effected on Employee Performance then furthermore effecting Organization Performance. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.

The dominant factor to achieve a school's competitiveness is the performance of headmasters. This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, work environment, personality, and motivation on the performance of principal of state senior high schools.  Research samples were 310 principals of state schools in Jakarta. Data analysis used a path analysis of which requirements were the test of normality, homogeneity, and linearity. The results of the research there were direct influence exogenous variables on endogenous, and there was indirect influence of personality through motivation on the job performance. Increased job performance could be done by coaching the headmaster about the culture, environment, and personality

<p>This research is aimed at obtaining information related to the affect of the <br />leadership style, organizational culture, and employees’ trust on organizational <br />commitment. Research has been implemented using path analysis after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, employees had been chosen as a unit analysis and 65 samples selected randomly. The results of research found out that: (1) there is direct affect of leadership style on employees’ trust; (2) there is direct affect of organizational culture on employees’ trust; (3) there is direct affect of leadership style on organizational commitment; (4) there is direct affect of organizational culture on organizational commitment; and (5) there is direct affect of employees’ trust on <br />organizational commitment. Based on those findings it could be concluded that any changing or variation which occurred to the organizational commitment of Basic Education Office in West Jakarta had been effected by leadership style, organizational culture, and trust to employees. Therefore, leadership style, organizational culture, and employees’ trust should be put into strategic planning of human resources development in increasing the organizational commitment of Basic Education Office in West Jakarta, however other variables are necessary to be taken into account properly. <br /> <br /><br /></p>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of educational qualifications, years of service, and school climate on the performance of economic teachers in SMKs throughout Makassar. The type of this research is Expo-Facto research with Population are all economic teachers of Vocational High Schools in Makassar City. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique (census). Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results show that (1) There is a direct influence of educational qualifications on the school climate on the performance of economic teachers, (2) There is a significant positive direct effect on the working period on the school climate on economic teacher performance, (3) There is a significant direct influence on economic teacher performance, (4) There is a direct influence on the work period on the performance of economic teachers, (5) There is a direct influence of the school climate on the performance of economic teachers, (6) There is an indirect influence of education qualifications through the school climate on economic teacher performance (7) There is an indirect influence on the working period through the school climate on the performance of economic teachers.

The purpose of this research is to give further description how leadership factor and organizationalr cultural factor can contribute or related to the performance gained by the tutors in the organization by looking at (a) the relation between leadership style and tutor’s performance, (b) the relation between organizational culture and tutor’s performance, and (c) the relation between leadership style and organizational culture with tutor’s performance. This positivistic research employed survey method and conducted in Community Learning Center (SKB) Limboto, Gorontalo District, as from September through November 2014. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the tutors, interviewing informant, and studying the document and then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study indicates (a) leadership style has significant relation with the tutor’s performance, (b) organization culture has significant relation with tutor’s performance, and (c) between leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously has significant relation with tutor’s performance.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention through word of mouth on prospective Maybelline consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 110 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis, sobel test and VAF test. The results found that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on WOM, WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and WOM is able to mediate the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The practical implication in this research is that Maybelline Management can increase its advertising, carry out promotions such as giving coupons to consumers if they recommend buying Maybelline products to their friends, as well as strengthening their image to the eyes of consumers.
