The discourse that occurred as a result of the 4.0 industrial revolution, besides having a positive impact also had a negative impact on some of the old market participants (incumbent) or conventional business people. Many of the incumbents feel threatened, this is because consumers in old markets or conventional markets have started to switch to new markets by incarnating through digital markets or the internet of things / internet for everything. In this article, the author wants to analyze the implications of the disruptive era for the sustainability of conventional markets. The research was conducted through a qualitative methodology, and reviewed through a business approach. Based on the analysis conducted by the author on some general description of the implications of the disruptive phenomenon on the sustainability of conventional markets through the concept of Islamic Business Ethics, the authors conclude that conventional business practitioners in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0, should align their markets with human development in this digital era. This is based on Islamic business ethics principles, which encourage business practitioners to do their best in developing their business. In addition, which is in accordance with the facts, that the occurrence of disruptive phenomena is inevitable, especially in the business world. Therefore, with the incumbent adjustments to new market patterns, this is one of the golden strategies in boosting the market, because inevitably the new market already has a place among consumers in this digital era. Keywords: Market, Disruptive, Islamic Business Ethics.   Abstrak Diskursus yang terjadi akibat dari revolusi industri 4.0, selain berdampak positif juga berdampak negatif bagi sebagian incumbentatau para pelaku bisnis konventional. Banyak diantara para incumbent yang merasa terancam, hal ini diakibatkan karena pasar konventional sudah mulai berekonstruksi menjadi pasar baru dengan menjelma melalui digitalmarketplaceatau serba-serbi internet of things/internet for everything.Oleh karena itu, dalam artikel ini penulis hendak menganilisis tentang implikasi dari era disruption terhadap keberlangsungan pasar konventional. Penelitian akan dilakukan melalui metodologi kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field research,yang ditinjau melalui pendekatan bisnis. Berdasarkan analisis yang penulis lakukan melalui konsep Etika Bisnis Islam, bahwa para pelaku bisnis konventional dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 yang berimplikasi pada perubahan pasar haruslah berusaha menyelaraskan pasar mereka dengan perkembangan manusia di era internet for everything ini. Hal tersebut didasarkanpada prinsip etika bisnis Islam yang menganjurkan para praktisi bisnis untuk melakukan yang terbaik dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Di samping itu, terjadinya fenomena disruption sudah tidak mungkin bisa dielakkan lagi, khususnya dalam dunia bisnis. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya upaya penyelarasan oleh incumbent terhadap pola indutrialisasi di era disruption, karenafenomena ini merupakan salah satu peluang emas dalam mendongkrak pasar, dengan kondisi laju pasar yang mau tidak mau pasar baru sudah diterima oleh konsumen di era digital ini. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran ganda perempuan yang harus pintar membagi� waktu antara keluarga dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa : 1. Gambaran umum peran ganda pada perempuan yaitu peran sebagai ibu rumah tangga. 2. Kendala yang dirasakan perempuan dalam menjalankan semua perannya berasal dari internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal yaitu lelah fisik, lelah mental. dan kendala eksternal yaitu adanya keterbatasan waktu. 3. Dampak yang terjadi dalam menjalankan peran gandanya berdampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positif nya bisa membantu perekonimian keluarga adanya kerja sama antara ibu dan anak dalam menyelesaikan tugas rumah.KATA KUNCI: kehidupan keluarga, peran ganda perempuan.��ABSTRAC: This research is motivated by the dual role of women who must be smart in dividing the time between family and work. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings of the research revealed that : 1) A general description of the dual role of women, namely the role of housewives. 2) The constrains felt by women in carrying out all their roles came from internal and external. Internal constraints namely pysical fatigue, mental fatigue. And external constraints, namely the limitation of time. 3) The impact that accurs in carrying out its dual role has a positive and negative impact the positive impact can help the family economy with cooperation between mother and child in completing homework.KEYWORDS: family life, the dual role of women.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 memicu dampak positif bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat diberbagai sektor industri, khususnya pada sektor ekonomi dalam kegiatan berbisnis. Akan tetapi, tidak dipungkiri dengan adanya hal tersebut ternyata merubah esensi daripada hakikat praktik bisnis, seperti halnya didalam pemasaran yang diajarkan oleh Islam, walaupun banyak cara untuk menyelesaikanya. Studi ini mendiskusikan fenomena etika bisnis para pelaku usaha dan masyarakat dalam menjalankan praktik bisnis yang terkadang mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah. Selain itu, studi ini juga akan membahas beberapa kunci sukses dalam pemasaran syari’ah. Kajian ini dibangun dengan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui dukungan literatur jurnal, buku, media berita online, dan catatan resmi lainnya yang memiliki tingkat relevansi yang sesuai dengan pembahasan yang dibutuhkan. Sumber-sumber akan ditelaah untuk mengkontruksi realita dan memahami maknanya, kemudian dilakukan analisis, sehingga dapat diketahui kesesuaian data, kelayakan norma, dan gagasan-gagasan normatif yang baru. Kajian ini menyimpulkan dengan berkembangnya sektor ekonomi dalam kegiatan berbisnis pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0, terdapat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku etis dalam Islam, dan etika perilaku para produsen dan konsumen. Selain itu, terdapat kunci kesuksesan yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah Saw sebagai modal penting untuk memenangkan persaingan di era pemasaran modern. Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis, Pemasaran Syari’ah, Kunci Sukses ABSTRACTThe development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 triggered a positive impact on businesses and public in various industrial sectors, especially in the economic sector in business activities. However, it is undeniable that this has changed the essence of the nature of business practices, as in marketing taught by Islam, although there are many ways to solve them. This study discusses the phenomenon of business ethics among business people and the community in carrying out business practices that sometimes ignore sharia principles. In addition, this study will also discuss several keys to success in sharia marketing. This study was built with qualitative research methods through the support of journal literature, books, online news media, and other official records that have a level of relevance in accordance with the discussion needed. The sources will be examined to construct reality and understand its meaning, then an analysis is carried out, so that data suitability, norm feasibility and new normative ideas can be identified. This study concludes with the development of the economic sector in business activities in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, there are factors that influence ethical behaviour in Islam, and ethical behaviour of producers and consumers. <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The business world cant be separated from business ethics. Many research results indicate apositive relationship between business ethics and corporate success. So far, dishonest business practices, which is only concern of the maximum benefit and cause negative effect for other will lead to company breaking, even a big company. Become aware of business ethic, people began to emphasize the importance of relationship factorsin business ethics. So the purpose of this research was to analyze the application of Islamic business ethicson profitability of Rumah Yoghurt based on employee prespective. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach, which systematically describes the focus of research on the relationship of the application of Islamic business ethics on profitability of the company based on employee perspective. Research subjects were 30 employees Rumah Yoghurt. Analysis of the data conducting in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the islamic bussiness ethics which was adopted by Rumah Yoghurt become the effective way in improving profitability of the company. It was proven by the average overall score of high employee questionnaire results, both on the ethical a spects of management, marketing ethics, and environmental ethic. Running its business and operations, rumah yoghurt has islamic bussiness ethic standart which become guideline for entire business activities and operations. Implementation of those standart properly will lead to profitability increase.</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dunia bisnis tidak bisa dilepaskan dari etika bisnis. Banyak hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara etika bisnis dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Pada akhirnya praktek bisnis yang tidak jujur, hanya memikirkan keuntungan maksimal dan merugikan pihak lain akan membawa perusahaan besar sekalipun akan hancur. Bersama dengan semakin besarnya kesadaran etika dalam berbisnis, orang mulai menekankan pentingnya keterkaitan faktor-faktor etika dalam bisnis. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah analisis penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Rumah Yoghurt berdasarkan perspektif karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yaitu hubungan penerapan etika bisnis Islam dengan tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan berdasarkan perspektif karyawan. Subjek penelitian merupakan 30 orang karyawan Rumah Yoghurt. Analisis data melalui empat tahap, yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuisioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan oleh mayoritas karyawan efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari keseluruhan rata-rata skor hasil kuisioner karyawan yang tinggi, baik pada aspek etika manajemen, etika pemasaran, maupun etika lingkungan. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan operasionalnya, Rumah Yogurt memiliki standar pedoman etika bisnis Islam yang dijadikan landasan seluruh kegiatan usaha dan operasional perusahaan. Apabila perusahaan dapat menerapkan pedoman etika bisnis Islam tersebut dengan baik dan secara berkelanjutan, maka diyakini oleh sebagian besar karyawan, tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan akan meningkat.</p>

Business ethics is a character that is used to differentiate between a good and bad thing, right or wrong, should or should not, etc. and means a general principle that corrects someone to implement it in their behavior in terms of the business world. In today's era where technology has developed very rapidly, people can often understand in the business world about a business that has the main goal of getting very much profit. In economic law that continues to rely on little capital and also wants to get as much profit as possible, it is possible that business actors dominate business actors so that they do everything they can to get very large profits. Whereas in Islamic law, it has been explained how the ethics of doing business in sharia which have been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on Lazada Marketplace with sharia business ethics in accordance with the rules set by Islam. The method used in this study is a descriptive method to describe an object or subject as it is to present reality and have the characteristics of the object precisely studied. The results showed that Islamic business ethics have not been applied in the practice of buying and selling in online stores in Marketplace Lazada and the application of business ethics practices has not been in accordance with islamic business ethics principles. Etika bisnis adalah karakter yang digunakan untuk membedakan antara hal yang baik dan buruk, benar atau salah, harus atau tidak, dll dan berarti prinsip umum yang mengoreksi seseorang untuk menerapkannya dalam perilaku mereka dalam dunia bisnis. Di era sekarang ini di mana teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, orang sering kali dapat memahami dalam dunia bisnis tentang sebuah bisnis yang memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat banyak. Dalam hukum ekonomi yang terus mengandalkan modal yang kecil dan juga ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya, tidak menutup kemungkinan pelaku usaha mendominasi pelaku usaha sehingga melakukan segala cara untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat besar. Padahal dalam hukum Islam telah dijelaskan bagaimana etika berbisnis secara syariah yang telah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan etika bisnis dalam transaksi jual beli online di Marketplace Lazada dengan etika bisnis syariah sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu objek atau subjek apa adanya untuk menyajikan realitas dan memiliki ciri-ciri objek yang diteliti secara tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam belum diterapkan dalam praktik jual beli di toko online dalam Marketplace Lazada serta penerapan praktik etika bisnis belum sesuai dengan dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam.

The positive impact of technology implementation in education is more efficient in terms of time, cost, logistics and other institutional problems, while the negative impact is that technology can change social life.

This study evaluates the Islamic business ethics practices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan from the clients’ perspective and how they perceive it. The study focuses on three Shariah values i.e. obligatory values (Faraid), the prophet’s traditions (Sunnah) and the voluntary rectitude (Nawafil) and checks their impact of merchants’ business ethical practices. The Shariah values are further divided into nineteen Islamic business ethical values adopted from well-established prior studies. In addition to this, the study is also focused to assess the most ethical business sector among ten selected business sectors. The study was conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which is a relatively conservative/religious province of the country. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quantitative method was adopted. The data was gathered through a well-designed structured questionnaire in various universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and regression analysis. This research concluded that Islam has a significantly positive impact on individuals’ business ethical practices as perceived by the clients. Among other independent variables, the voluntary rectitude effect was found to be more significant in individuals’ business ethical practices. It is further concluded that most ethical practices are found in the communication and transport sectors while the least ethical sectors are hospitals, doctors, and solicitors. The study contributes to the established Islamic business ethics literature.

Abstract .The development of social media makes it recommended that social media become the most important part in developing and advancing its business especially in the field of promotion, marketing and marketing as a whole. The existence of today's social media applications has become the most efficient and effective tool for ceramic SMEs in Ceramic Plered Industrial Center, Purwakarta District, and today most of the SMEs have followed the digital era by using social media platform for marketing communications, advertisement, product publicity ceramics and services they provide. They create fan pages for followers to make communication fast, even in different cities or countries SME ceramic actors can warmly welcome advice and opinions that help in improving their business. Based on the review that there is a positive impact although there is also a negative impact of social media applications on the development of business SMEs ceramic entrepreneurs but not undo the intention to advance its business, and motivated to use this platform.Keywords: media, social media

The development of science and technology has brought the world into the Revolution Industrial 4.0. The Industrial Revolution is marked by artificial intelligence, robotics, e-commerce, nanotechnology, automatic cars, and other innovations. Technological innovations in the world of aviation are unmanned aircraft that have begun to be used for various civilian to military purposes. Observing the increasingly massive use and utilization of unmanned aircraft, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Transportation has issued a Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 180 of the Year concerning Control of Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Airspace Served by Indonesia and renewed by Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 47 Year 2016 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 180 of 2015 concerning Control of Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Airspace Served by Indonesia. Apart from having a positive impact on civilian and military activities, unmanned aircraft also have a negative impact because they are used for crimes ranging from reconnaissance, drug delivery to theoreticalism. In the Permenhub which regulates unmanned aircraft there is only administrative sanction, therefore there must be a strengthening of the regulation of unmanned aircraft which contains criminal sanctions through the Law.

Language is as a tool to communicate with one another for success in conveying information or similarities in understanding something. In interacting, especially Indonesian because we are Indonesian citizens, must be able to use Indonesian well and correctly in our daily lives. However, due to the acculturation of cultures from foreign countries and various other factors, the use of Indonesian is well and correctly hampered. In everyday conversations there are still foreign terms and languages which are not in accordance with the rules of Indonesian language. Social media have a big role in the actual problems that occur in the community until now. The influence brought by social media is able to have a positive impact and have a negative impact on the development of Indonesian language during the industrial revolution 4.0.
