Language is as a tool to communicate with one another for success in conveying information or similarities in understanding something. In interacting, especially Indonesian because we are Indonesian citizens, must be able to use Indonesian well and correctly in our daily lives. However, due to the acculturation of cultures from foreign countries and various other factors, the use of Indonesian is well and correctly hampered. In everyday conversations there are still foreign terms and languages which are not in accordance with the rules of Indonesian language. Social media have a big role in the actual problems that occur in the community until now. The influence brought by social media is able to have a positive impact and have a negative impact on the development of Indonesian language during the industrial revolution 4.0

Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

This study aims to explain the role of Social Media "Facebook" and its impacts ahead of the elections of regional heads in 2017 in Aceh Jaya district. Data required in this study was obtained through literature and field research. The research literature is done by reading textbooks, legislation, and other reading materials related to this research. While the field research conducted by interviewing informants. The results showed that social media "Facebook" very effective way of delivering a variety of things including the introduction of a track record as well as the vision and mission of the future leaders of Aceh Jaya fore. Campaigns that use social networking "Facebook" more influential than campaigns that are only focused on the delivery of any information or content (in the sense of simply using billboard and his card only). In the use of social media "Facebook" there are various impacts. There are two impacts: the effect of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of the using social media "Facebook" in the election of Aceh Jaya, namely (1) the establishment of kinship fellow Team (timses) of each candidate, (2) can foster public participation in politics (3) provides information on the dynamics of the election in Aceh Jaya (4) to introduce the candidates (5) to introduce the vision and mission of the candidates. In a short few years, social media has become the dominant way in which we communicate with the outside world. It has become prevalent in almost every aspect of our daily lives, but one of the most significant changes social media has had, has been on the way we watch television. This phenomenon, known as dual screening, has caused some concern amongst marketers and advertisers, who believed that this behaviour was having an overall negative impact on consumer engagement with television. This chapter attempts to address some of these concerns by providing evidence obtained from the neurosciences and from a case study. The evidence we present in this chapter demonstrates the opposite effect, whereby social media can actually be used to enhance viewer engagement.

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa dampak positif untuk bangsa terutama bagi para pelaku usaha. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mulai merambah ke bidang digital marketing. Sosial media adalah salah satu bentuk alat digital marketing yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM dalam memperluas pangsa pasarnya ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kopitan yang berada di Samarinda dalam memperbaharui strategi pemasaran berbasis internet selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan sosial media instagram. Instagram dianggap sebagai sosial media yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan fitur instagram ads diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak konsumen khususnya yang berada disekitar kota Samarinda untuk berkunjung ke beranda instagram Kopitan. Selain instagram, metode lain yang digunakan yaitu pemanfaatan website qrmonkey dalam pembuatan katalog menu digital dan Go-food serta Google Maps yang digunakan dalam pembaharuan konten untuk menunjang pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan kegiatan ini membuat UMKM Kopitan dapat memanfaatkan sosial media secara optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. The industrial revolution 4.0 brought a positive impact on the nation, especially for businesspeople. The utilization of information and communication technology has begun to penetrate the field of digital marketing. Social media is one of digital marketing tools that can be used by MSMEs in expanding their market during the Covid-19 pandemic. Community service activities carried out by the KKN 127 aim to aid Kopitan MSMEs in Samarinda city for updating internet-based marketing strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is social media Instagram. Instagram is considered a very influential social media in global business, by utilizing the instagram ads future expected to attract more consumers especially those around of Samarinda city to visit Kopitan’s Instagram homepage. In additions to Instagram, another method used are the qrmonkey website for making digital menu catalogs, Go-food and Google Maps which are used for updating content to support product marketing. The implementation of service activities, Kopitan MSME actors will be able to optimally utilize social media for developing their product marketing.

Social media is a communication tool that is commonly used by everyone in today's technological era. Excessive use of social media will cause addiction, and have an impact on people's psychology. This article aims to reveal data on the impact of social media addiction on the psychology of society and its implications for counseling. The research uses qualitative research methods, especially phenomenology. The research instrument is the researcher himself, and for data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. The research respondents are the people of West Sumatra with male and female sexes aged 15 to 50 years. The data analysis technique is using Miles and Huberman data analysis with the following steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study found that the psychological impact of social media addiction generally affects people's cognitive and emotions. The positive impact is cognitive, namely increasing insight and thinking skills, as well as giving birth to various creative ideas. The negative impact is causing forgetfulness, panic, dead-end thoughts, lack of logical thinking. Emotionally the positive impact of using social media by the community is to create happiness, optimism, motivation, enthusiasm, enthusiasm. The negative impact is causing anxiety, despair, sadness, resentment, anger and frustration. The results of this study have implications for counseling, namely preventively developing counseling techniques that aim to reduce social media addiction. Curatively, it can develop counseling techniques that can improve brain function and reduce anxiety levels.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the application of the concept of nomadic tourism to travel patterns and use descriptive methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches through social media-based surveys on tourist attractions in the Orchid Forest Cikole, Bandung. The pattern of traveling in this 4.0 era, for the most respondents mixed of generations Y and Z, are able to travel twice a year and prefer to travel in low sessions (71.3%). In financial planning, they do not need to save money, because with minimal funds they can take a vacation on an impromptu basis, seeing the review as their main consideration for a vacation. However, the presence of virtual reality or augmental reality facilities will have a negative impact on income for nomadic destinations / attractions. The concept of nomadic tourism, applied in the Orchid Forest Cikole attraction, Bandung has not been very effective, because most tourists who come feel more secure and comfortable using the concept of non-nomadic tourism. And in terms of digital tourism, these attractions can already be accessed through google maps and have been instagramable, as well as reviews of these attractions can already be accessed via Social Media or YouTube. The discourse that occurred as a result of the 4.0 industrial revolution, besides having a positive impact also had a negative impact on some of the old market participants (incumbent) or conventional business people. Many of the incumbents feel threatened, this is because consumers in old markets or conventional markets have started to switch to new markets by incarnating through digital markets or the internet of things / internet for everything. In this article, the author wants to analyze the implications of the disruptive era for the sustainability of conventional markets. The research was conducted through a qualitative methodology, and reviewed through a business approach. Based on the analysis conducted by the author on some general description of the implications of the disruptive phenomenon on the sustainability of conventional markets through the concept of Islamic Business Ethics, the authors conclude that conventional business practitioners in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0, should align their markets with human development in this digital era. This is based on Islamic business ethics principles, which encourage business practitioners to do their best in developing their business. In addition, which is in accordance with the facts, that the occurrence of disruptive phenomena is inevitable, especially in the business world. Therefore, with the incumbent adjustments to new market patterns, this is one of the golden strategies in boosting the market, because inevitably the new market already has a place among consumers in this digital era. Banyak diantara para incumbent yang merasa terancam, hal ini diakibatkan karena pasar konventional sudah mulai berekonstruksi menjadi pasar baru dengan menjelma melalui digitalmarketplaceatau serba-serbi internet of things/internet for everything.Oleh karena itu, dalam artikel ini penulis hendak menganilisis tentang implikasi dari era disruption terhadap keberlangsungan pasar konventional. Penelitian akan dilakukan melalui metodologi kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field research,yang ditinjau melalui pendekatan bisnis. Berdasarkan analisis yang penulis lakukan melalui konsep Etika Bisnis Islam, bahwa para pelaku bisnis konventional dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 yang berimplikasi pada perubahan pasar haruslah berusaha menyelaraskan pasar mereka dengan perkembangan manusia di era internet for everything ini. Hal tersebut didasarkanpada prinsip etika bisnis Islam yang menganjurkan para praktisi bisnis untuk melakukan yang terbaik dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Di samping itu, terjadinya fenomena disruption sudah tidak mungkin bisa dielakkan lagi, khususnya dalam dunia bisnis. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya upaya penyelarasan oleh incumbent terhadap pola indutrialisasi di era disruption, karenafenomena ini merupakan salah satu peluang emas dalam mendongkrak pasar, dengan kondisi laju pasar yang mau tidak mau pasar baru sudah diterima oleh konsumen di era digital ini. Social media being endemic in prevailing society, has a larger positive impact on humans and society. Also, led to greater technological development and made people closer from different walks of life and various parts of the world. Social media even influences an individual mentally by keeping them entertained and enhancing their creativity and explorations. But on the other hand negative impact had been the greatest talk for time. The negative impact can be experienced on overuse or addiction to it. On being overused social media imparts stress and depression which was proved by the result of our survey study. This study comprises 100 participants of the Chennai population. A self-structured questionnaire was distributed among the targeted population and data were collected. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software and presented as pie charts and bar charts. The result of the observed population concluded that long exposure to social media or sitting on social media apps has the negative impact indistinguishable from the effect caused due to smoking.

The number of negative cases that accompany the presence of social media, making social media seems to be something scary. Therefore, should be wise in using social media. </em></p>
