There is no metaphysics on earth like chocolate.” Chocolate is a blessing which contain almost all nutrients necessary for the growth of human health. In this study, composition of different branded chocolates available in Pakistan including Dairy milk, Chocolate chip, Toblerone (black), Toblerone (sweet), Nutella, Smarties, Now, Sonnet, Novella and Snickers were qualitatively analyzed in triplicate. We successfully study proteins, fats, carbohydrates, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and nickel in different branded chocolates. From the results it is confirmed that pH of all chocolates are 6-9 depend on the concentration of cocoa which is same as reported in literature. All the chocolates contain high amount of fats, sugar and carbohydrates. Protein is present in excess amount in Chocolate chips and Snickers while Smarties, Sonnet and Novella contain small amount of protein but absent in rest of chocolate samples. None of the chocolate sample contain traces of alcohol. All chocolates contain calcium except Nutella, Now and Toblerone (black) while magnesium is only present in Smarties. All chocolates contain nickel except Sonnet and Now, zinc is absent in Sonnet, Now, Smarties and Nutella whileiron is only present in Dairy milk and chocolate chips. Some samples like Dairy milk, Chocolate chip, Toblerone (black), Snickers and Toblerone (sweet) contain traces of caffeine which act as stimulant and reduced liver damage. From the given results it is also confirmed that chocolates contain important ingredients which are helpful for proper body functioning.

Introduction: Intestinal parasites are important enteric pathogens. Poverty, low quality of food and water supply and poor sanitation systems are the important factors associated with intestinal parasitic infections. These kinds of infections can be a good index for hygienic and sanitation status of the society. The aim: To study dynamics of infectious and parasitic diseases (for 2008-2013 years) among the children population in Dnipro region and to define influence of water factor on the disease and prevalence given class of illnesses. Materials and methods: Retrospective study of infectious and parasitogenic diseases (І class by ICD-10) among children population from rural districts of Dnipropetrovsk region for 2008-2013 years was carried out. Results: It was spent correlation analysis between some indicators of potable water quality of diseases of the given class in all districts. In the majority of rural districts, was shown increasing І class of diseases from (1.4 to 1.63) times in dynamics. In some districts was reveled an average correlation link between content in water of the dry residue, chlorides, sulphates, calcium, magnesium, except rigidity and iron and prevalence І class of diseases (r=0.50, p<0.001). Prevalence of the given class of diseases was correlated with рН, nitrates, oxidability in the three rural districts of Dnipropetrovsk region (r=0.74-0.89, p<0.001). Conclusions: It has been shown that the composition of drinking water consumed by the rural population remains one of the basic factors in the formation of public health in the conditions of small exposure of the influence individual indicators of salt and chemical composition. The children’s cohorts were the most sensitive to these indicators.

Background/Objective: The Coronavirus Covid-19 has affected almost all the countries and millions of people got infected and more deaths have been reported everywhere. The uncertainty and fear created by the pandemic can be used by hackers to steal the data from both private and public systems. Hence, there is an urgent need to improve the security of the systems. This can be done only by building a strong cryptosystem. So many researchers started embedding different topics of mathematics like algebra, number theory, and so on in cryptography to keep the system, safe and secure. In this study, a cryptosystem using graph theory has been attempted, to strengthen the security of the system. Method: A new graph is constructed from the given graph, known as a double vertex graph. The edge labeling of this double vertex graph is used in encryption and decryption. Findings: A new cryptosystem using the amalgamation of the path, its double vertex graph and edge labeling has been proposed. From the double vertex graph of a path, we have given a method to find the original path. To hack such an encrypted key, the knowledge of graph theory is important, which makes the system stronger. Applications:The one-word encryption method will be useful in every security system that needs a password for secure communication or storage or authentication. Keywords: Double vertex graphs; path; adjacency matrix; encryption; cryptography

The present work is aimed at assessing the water quality index (WQI) for the groundwater of Tumkur taluk. This has been determined by collecting groundwater samples and subjecting the samples to a comprehensive physicochemical analysis. For calculating the WQI, the following 12 parameters have been considered: pH, total hardness, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, chloride, nitrate, sulphate, total dissolved solids, iron, manganese and fluorides. The WQI for these samples ranges from 89.21 to 660.56. The high value of WQI has been found to be mainly from the higher values of iron, nitrate, total dissolved solids, hardness, fluorides, bicarbonate and manganese in the groundwater. The results of analyses have been used to suggest models for predicting water quality. The analysis reveals that the groundwater of the area needs some degree of treatment before consumption, and it also needs to be protected from the perils of contamination

Ad hoc collaborations often necessitate impromptu sharing of sensitive information or resources between member organizations. Each member of resulting collaboration needs to carefully assess and tradeoff the requirements of protecting its own sensitive information against the requirements of sharing some or all of them. The challenge is that no policies have been previously arrived at for such secure sharing (since the collaboration has been formed in an ad hoc manner). Thus, it needs to be done based on an evaluation of the trustworthiness of the recipient of the information or resources. In this chapter, the authors discuss some previously proposed trust models to determine if they can be effectively used to compute trustworthiness for such sharing purposes in ad hoc collaborations. Unfortunately, none of these models appear to be completely satisfactory. Almost all of them fail to satisfy one or more of the following requirements: (i) well defined techniques and procedures to evaluate and/or measure trust relationships, (ii) techniques to compare and compose trust values which are needed in the formation of collaborations, and (iii) techniques to evaluate trust in the face of incomplete information. This prompts the authors to propose a new vector (we use the term “vector” loosely; vector in this work means a tuple) model of trust that is suitable for reasoning about the trustworthiness of systems built from the integration of multiple subsystems, such as ad hoc collaborations. They identify three parameters on which trust depends and formulate how to evaluate trust relationships. The trust relationship between a truster and a trustee is associated with a context and depends on the experience, knowledge, and recommendation that the truster has with respect to the trustee in the given context. The authors show how their model can measure trust in a given context. Sometimes enough information is not available about a given context to calculate the trust value. Towards this end the authors show how the relationships between different contexts can be captured using a context graph. Formalizing the relationships between contexts allows us to extrapolate values from related contexts to approximate a trust value of an entity even when all the information needed to calculate the trust value is not available. Finally, the authors develop formalisms to compare two trust relationships and to compose two or more of the same – features that are invaluable in ad hoc collaborations.

Case History—A 22 yr old man, being treated for pulmonary tuberculosis, now presenting with confusion and jaundice. Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is relatively uncommon but can very rarely be fatal. Almost all patterns of liver disease can be induced by drugs, and some drugs may be associated with more than one type of reaction. Some cases of DILI have a genetic component. Most cases present with jaundice and/or hepatitis....

For a stream cipher to be secure, the keystream generated by it should be uniformly random with parameter 1/2.Statistical tests check whether the given sequence follow a certain probability distribution. In this paper, we perform a detailed statistical analysis of various stream ciphers used in GSM 2G,3G, 4G and 5G communications. The sequences output by these ciphers are checked for randomness using the statistical tests defined by the NIST Test Suite. It should also be not possible to derive any information about secret key and the initial state ofthe cipher from the keystream. Therefore, additional statisticaltests based on properties like Correlation between Keystreamand Key, and Correlation between Keystream and IV are also performed. Performance analysis of the ciphers also has been done and the results tabulated. Almost all the ciphers pass thetests in the NIST test suite with 99% confidence level. For A5/3stream cipher, the correlation between the keystream and key is high and correlation between the keystream and IV is low when compared to other ciphers in the A5 family.

Chemical forms of iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper were measured in rat diets containing 0–3.5% instant black tea. As instant tea in diets increased, more iron was soluble and ionic. Diets containing tea had more complexed iron than without. Calcium had low solubility (10–12%) while almost all magnesium (92–98%) was soluble in all diets. Solubility of zinc and copper increased as the level of tea in diets increased. Chemical availability of iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc was measured in a rat diet without tea (control), containing 2.31% black tea solids and containing 2.31% green tea solids. The control had more soluble (56%), ionic (37%) and complexed (19%) iron than green tea (18%, 2.3%, 16%, respectively) or black tea (8.7%, 4.8%, 3.9%, respectively) diets. Diets did not differ in calcium or magnesium solubility. Zinc was more soluble in both tea diets than the control. Some mineral profiles of the rat diets could be predicted by mineral profiles of teas alone. Changes in mineral profiles were induced by mixing tea with diet components or by freeze drying tea. Chemical availability of minerals in rat diets predicted some but not all results from a rat bioavailability assay.

A composite which is PTFE as a matrix with PEEK and carbon fiber as fillers is developed to fabricate the bush of water-lubricated journal bearings. The bush is fabricated with a new structure that a relatively large straight groove is opened in its upper part. A water-lubricated journal bearing made up of the bush and a steel sleeve is studied using purposed-built test rig. It is shown that the test bearing operates under hydrodynamic lubrication for almost all of the given conditions. The composite developed in the work is a promising material for water-lubricated journal bearings, and the new structure can be well used in water-lubricated journal bearings.
