Deskripsi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Berdasarkan Karakteristik Lerner dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Geometri

Geometri adalah bagian matematika yang sangat dekat dari siswa, karena hampir semua objek visual yang ada di sekitar siswa adalah objek geometri, tetapi tidak semua siswa menyukai pembelajaran yang menyertakan gambar, sehingga memungkinkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar geometri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kesulitan belajar siswa berdasarkan karakteristik Lerner dalam menyelesaikan pertanyaan geometri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa dengan kepribadian wali yang mengalami kesulitan belajar di kelas IX A SMP N 30 Muaro Jambi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penulis sendiri, lembar tes klasifikasi kepribadian, lembar tes kesulitan belajar, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa dengan kepribadian wali yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, 100% mengalami kelainan persepsi visual, di mana siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan seperti apa bangun datar pada masalah tersebut. 60% mengalami kesulitan mengenali dan memahami simbol, di mana siswa melihat simbol "//" sebagai simbol untuk kesesuaian. Serta 40% mengalami kesulitan dalam bahasa dan membaca, di mana siswa kesulitan dalam memahami pertanyaan yang diberikan.   Geometry is a very close mathematical part of the student, because almost all visual objects that exist around the students are objects of geometry, but not all students like learning that includes images, thus allowing students to have difficulty in learning geometry. The purpose of this research is to describe students' learning difficulties based on Lerner's characteristic in solving the geometry question. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Research subjects were students with guardian personality who had difficulty studying in class IX A SMP N 30 Muaro Jambi. Instruments used in this study are the authors themselves, personality classification test sheets, learning difficulties test sheets, and interview guidelines. The results showed students with guardian personality who experienced learning difficulties, 100% experienced visual perception abnormalities, where students have difficulty in determining what kind of flat wake on the matter. 60% have difficulty recognizing and understanding symbols, where students see the symbol "//" as a symbol for conformity. As well as 40% have difficulty in language and reading, where students difficulty in understanding the given question.

Abstract The purposes of this study were to determine the factors that influence students 'learning difficulties in social studies learning and to determine teachers' efforts to overcome student learning difficulties in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. The present research is descriptive qualitative research. In the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires (list of questions). The results of the study showed that the factors that influence students' learning difficulties in studying social studies at SMP Negeri 24 Makassar were dominated by intelligence, attention, interest, family economic conditions, teaching methods and social studies material as well as social partners. And the teacher's efforts to overcome learning difficulties are to re-explain the material that is not yet understood by the students, use methods that make students active, give assignments (homework), provide motivation to learn and add hours outside school Abstrak Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa dalam belajar IPS di SMP Negeri 24 Makassar dan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket (daftar pertanyaan). Validasi data menggunakan Triangulasi. Teknik analisa data dengan cara deskriptif (non statistik) yaitu penelitian dengan menggambarkan data yang diperoleh dengan kata-kata atau kalimat yang dipisahkan tiap kategori untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa dalam belajar IPS di SMP Negeri 24 Makassar didominasi oleh faktor intelegensi, perhatian, minat, keadaan ekonomi keluarga, metode mengajar dan materi IPS serta teman bergaul.  Upaya guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar adalah menjelaskan kembali materi yang belum dipahami siswa, menggunakan metode yang membuat siswa aktif, memberi tugas (PR), memberikan motivasi belajar dan menambah jam di luar jam pelajaran sekolah Kata kunci: kesulitan belajar, mata pelajaran IPS

In teaching, almost all schools use textbooks. In teaching, the schools give the textbooks to students as the medium of teaching. The textbooks do not only include lessons and practices, but they also include texts and even various text types. The text types are given to the students as medium of practicing the lessons that the students focusing. Halliday                    (1989:12) states context consists of three aspects, namely field, tenor and mode. The objective of this study is to reason for the various text types are realized in the textbooks of the first Grade of State Islamic School. Donal ( 2010: 29) states that qualitative research is a study that aims to understand a phenomenon that focuses on the total picture. Research design in this study was done by descriptive qualitative research. Data analysis in this research is there are 19 text types used in the textbooks of the first Grade of State Islamic School. The technique for collecting data is observation which observesthe reason for the use of the text types in the textbooks and then analyzed the reason for the use of the text types in the textbooks by using Miles, Huberman and Saldana model ( 2014: 31) with three steps of data analysis such as abbreviating data, presenting data and picturing and proving conclusion. The findings show that the reason for the use of the text types in the textbooks of the first Grade of State Islamic School is based on the three aspects of context, namely field, tenor and mode. Keywords: Texts, Text Types, Systemic Linguistic,Textbooks

This article describes the efforts to improve the ability to classify animals by type of food using image media. at the Banda Aceh State Extraordinary School (SLB) Class VI with mental retardation. Mentally retarded individuals are individuals who are intact, unique and undergo development, according to their age stages, but they have obstacles in intelligence. At school they experience various learning difficulties. This classroom action researchuses qualitative methods, consisting of two cycles. This research is a qualitative research with research subjects in class VII students as many as 5 (five) people. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle. The results showed that the use of image media could improve students’ ability to classify animals based on their type of food. At the end of cycle II, the number of students who completed 80% (4 students), not yet completed 20% (1 student) the class average score was 73 compared to the initial condition, namely 63.

The purpose of the study was to determine the value of learning difficulties for grade VII B students of SMP Negeri Kewapante in solving fractional operations problems. The type of research used is a qualitative research which aims to obtain an actual picture of students' difficulties in solving fractional operations problems in class VII B SMP Negeri Kewapante. The research subjects were students of class VII B who had learning difficulties seen from the scores obtained did not reach the KKM. Data was collected by using test and interview methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that there were 4 students who had difficulty in solving fractional number operations. Efforts that can be made are creating a conducive classroom atmosphere, increasing practice questions, holding group discussions, and giving backtests. From the efforts made above, students who have learning difficulties experience changes and an increase in learning outcomes

The purpose of this study is to identify the use of quizzes for students during online learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data will be collected through questionnaires and interviews on research subjects. The data collected will be analyzed qualitatively to describe the phenomena that occur in the field. Based on data from the research results, there are 47 students (29%) who chose E-learning quiz as a quiz that they often use.; 34 students (22%) who chose Quizizz; 30 students (18%) who chose Google Form Quiz; 23 students (14%) who chose quiz on the website as a quiz that they often get / use in learning; 19 students (11%) who choose Kahoot as a quiz that they often get / use in learning; and five students (3%) who choose Wondershare Quiz Creator as a quiz they often get / use in learning. This study proves that all types of quizzes are very helpful for students to review previous learning materials. In addition, this quiz can attract students to increase the duration of study at home.Keywords:  Identification,  Quiz, Online Learning

The research's goal is to find out the Arabic learning process is based on the ability to read and write the Koran, and what factors influence the learning process of Arabic with the ability to read and write the Koran in students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level in the East Kalimamtan. The research isa descriptive qualitative research that tries to describe the process of learning Arabic by using the ability to read and write the Qur'an, the research subjects are 20 educators from the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Institute in the East Kalimamtan. The research instrument was observation, questionnaire, and documentation, data analysis using the Miles and Hubberman Model. The results of the study are the ability to read and write the Koran has an important role in learning Arabic, and one of the abilities that must be possessed by students because this ability is the initial capital in learning Arabic, if students have the ability to read and write the Koran then learning Arabic will be easier to learn and teach. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This descriptive qualitative research aims to describe the form of mathematical representation that arises when students understand the relationship between changes in the coefficient of trigonometric functions with their graphical functions through GeoGebra media. Students in a class of 30 students are selected as research subjects and given a Student Worksheet. From the results of the student's work, it can be seen that there are 3 types of the tendency of representation that are used by students to complete Worksheets. Of the 3 types of trends, each student is taken 1 person who will further discuss the results of his work randomly because it is considered to represent the work of other students. The results showed that students represented Geogebra's appearance in 3 forms namely verbal representation, mathematical expression representation, and visual representation.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk representasi matematis yang muncul ketika mahasiswa memahami hubungan antara perubahan koefisien fungsi trigonometri dengan grafik fugsinya lewat media GeoGebra. Mahasiswa dalam satu kelas yang berjumlah 30 mahasiswa dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian dan diberikan Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa. Dari hasil pekerjaan mahasiswa tersebut, terlihat ada tiga tipe kecenderungan bentuk representasi yang digunakan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan Lembar Kerja. Dari tiga tipe kecenderungan tersebut masing-masing diambil satu mahasiswa yang akan dibahas lebih lanjut hasil pekerjaanya secara random karena dinilai dapat mewakili hasil pekerjaan mahasiswa yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa merepresentasikan tampilan Geogebra dalam tiga bentuk, yakni representasi verbal, representasi ekpresi matematis, dan representasi visual.

This study aims to determine the factors that cause difficulty learning mathematics in the material lines and angles at school and at home.This type of research is qualitative research. Subjects in this study were four students who have difficulty learning math class VIIB SMPN 4 Sindang. In this research, the writer used a technique Bogdan and Biklen’stechniqueto data analysis. The writer also uses triangulation observer, place, time, and theory to examine the validity of the data obtained. Based on the research results and conclusions obtained are students’difficulties in learning mathematics of the lines and anglesmaterial are (a) misunderstanding of the students toward a matter to be determined; (b) ignorance of the students to the concept of lines and angles; (c) students to the inaccuracy of writing symbols (language) mathematics; (d) the inaccuracy of students on mathematical calculations. Meanwhile, the factors that cause students learning difficulties in learning lines and angles material is divided into two factors, namely the internal and external factors. Internal factors (in students) that caused learning difficulties in learning material lines and angles are the students are no interest towards learning mathematics and how/study habits of students. Meanwhile, extern factors (outside thestudents) students' learning difficulties in learning mathematics of the material lines and angles of SMPN 4 Sindang seen through two aspects, namely environmental factors of school and family environments (home).

This study aims to describe the inculcation of the values of patriotism and nationalism in students through PPKN learning in class XI TAV-A SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga. The type of research: descriptive qualitative, research subjects were PPKn teachers and students of class XI TAV-A. Collecting data using observation techniques, interview tests, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the inculcation of the values of patriotism and nationalism through Civics learning had been carried out starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The values of patriotism and nationalism that were instilled were: respecting differences, maintaining unity, being willing to sacrifice, caring about helping friends who are in trouble, being responsible, honest, disciplined and religious. Based on student questionnaire data processing, the effectiveness of Civics learning in instilling the values of patriotism and nationalism is manifested in eight attitudes of students who fall into the very high category with an average value of >3.0
