This research aims to explore the instability of the dividend distribution policy of listed companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Researchers use several main variables as indicators to measure their impact on dividend policy. The samples used are 75 manufacturing companies. Data analysis technology uses descriptive statistical analysis and E Views 6. 0 as data processing tools. The results of this study show that the audit committee has a negative and insignificant influence on dividend policy. At the same time, independent committees, public interest, company size and profitability have a positive and significant impact on dividend policy.

This study aims to examine and find empirical evidence regarding the influence of corporate governance as explained by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committee on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. In this study, leverage, profitability and company size are used as control variables. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the results get a sample of 361 companies. The analytical tool used in this study is logistic regression. The test results show that managerial ownership has no effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees have an effect on financial distress. Leverage and company size as control variables show results that are not in accordance with their function, namely that they do not affect financial distress, and profitability as control variables show results that are in accordance with their function and have an effect on financial distress

This study is aimed at collecting empirical evidence about the influence of profitability, and good corporate governance w h i c h consisted of the board size, the independent commisioners, audit committee size and audit quality on the audit delay.The populations of this research are manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2015-2016 which includes 56 companies, using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regressions.The results indicate that profitability, good corporate governance and audit quality have a simultaneously significant effect on the audit delay. However, partial test results show that the profitability and the size of audit committee are not affecting on the audit delay. Meanwhile, the board size, independent commissioners and audit quality have a significant effect on the audit delay

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of corporate governance (female membership), company size and leverage on profits in companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The variables used in this study are size variables, and the variable used in this study is earnings management that uses discretionary accruals using the Dechow et. Al. (1995). Withdrawal of the research sample using purposive sampling method that gets 225 samples of manufacturing companies and data which are data panels. This study conducts multiple regression with multiple regression with Eviews version 10. The results of this study indicate that the female board of directors who are insightful with earnings management when the female board of commissioners, women's audit committee, company size, and leverage do not affect earnings management.

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing good corporate governance as measured by an independent board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee on financial performance measured using Return of Equity (ROE). This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors that consistently publish financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 11 companies is obtained each year to obtain 33 observational data. The data in this study use warpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, the board of directors affect the financial performance, while the audit committee has no effect on financial performance.

The main objective of this research is to demonstrate empirically the effect of corporate governance mechanism, such as : board independent, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on the earning management. This research also to demonstrate empirically the effect of earning management on the financial performance in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples were taken from the financial statements and annual report companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013. The sample was selected using sensus sampling method and acquired 206 companies. Using SPSS version 18 with the method of multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% specified. The results of this study show that (1) board independent has no effect on earning management, (2) audit committee has no effect on earning management, (3) institutional ownership effect on earning management, (4) managerial ownership effect on earning management, (5) on earning management effect on financial performance measured by ROA and ROE

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of companies with family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness which is moderated by corporate governance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. Corporate governance is proxied using independent commissioners and audit committees. The sample used in this study amounted to 212 selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used are moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that family ownership did not affect the tax aggressiveness, this means that companies with family ownership do not determine the company's actions in conducting tax aggressiveness. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The moderating variable of independent commissioners can moderate the influence of family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness, while the moderating variable of the audit committee can moderate liquidity but cannot moderate family ownership against tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of internal control, independent commissioners, the expertise of the board of commissioners, the number of audit committees, and the expertise of the audit committee on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. This research is expected to be a material consideration for companies in making decisions related to taxation. The deductive approach used in this study by developing hypotheses based on relevant theories and findings of previous studies. Agency theory is used to see the effect of corporate governance on tax avoidance. The data collection method uses secondary data from the company's financial statements and annual reports according to specific criteria. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis prove that effectiveness of internal control and number of audit committees had a positive effect which means higher effectiveness of internal control and number of audit committees cause more tax avoidance, conversely independent commissioners and expertise of the board of commissioners had a negative effect which shows greater independent commissioners and expertise of the board of commissioners cause less tax avoidance. Another result claim that the expertise of the audit committee did not affect on tax avoidance. In contrast to previous studies, this study is more varied by combining several independent variables. Earnings management is a manager's deliberate action to manipulate financial statements with permissible limits with the aim of providing incorrect information for users of financial statements. The variables tested in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variables tested in this study consisted of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of commissioners. While the dependent variable is earnings management as measured by the modified Jones model discretionary accruals. This study uses 52 data on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. Sampling using the purpose sampling method. All data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The results of this research show that partially independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership have no effect on earnings management, while the size of the board of commissioners and audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management. <p>The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), Leverage and Company Size on the integrity of financial statements. The sample used in the study was 33 companies listed in the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, institutional ownership has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. However, the audit committee, managerial ownership, leverage and company size have no influence on the integrity of financial statements.</p>

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan  ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability and company size on firm value with dividend policy as a mediating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2016-2018. The research sample of 19 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Company size has a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords: profitability, company size, dividend policy, company value
