The Sapu ceremony is a ceremony carried out by the people of So'a in general and the people of Lo'a in particular. This ceremony is held only for adult men both those who are married and those who have not. To be able to carry out a successful event requires careful planning and good implementation. The choice of place of ceremony, invitation, consumption and luggage must be planned from the start. Some of the reasons for the swelling rituals of traditional Sapu rituals are that the organizers of the rituals focus less on the amount of the budget, follow all the wishes of others, lack information, handle everything themselves and are less strict in determining the number of guests. Traditional Sapu rituals, like other projects, require careful planning in which the amount of the budget is followed by the deadline that must be met. Planning traditional Sapu rituals is a complex job, and can be large and spend a considerable amount of time. If it is not well planned, the traditional Sapu ritual cannot run smoothly. Based on these problems, a mobile-based website was built that can help the admin, calculating the amount of budget needed to hold the traditional Sapu ritual. Facilitate the process of recapitulation and printing of financial reports per participant and total funds overall. In terms of appearance, it is good, interactive and user friendly, easy to read and understand, and the choice of colors that are comfortable and beautiful to look at. The website is created using the PHP programming language. To manage the database management system (DBMS), MySQL is used.

 Nowadays several works have been proposed that allow users to perform fuzzy queries on relational databases. But most of these systems based on an additional software layer to translate a fuzzy query and a supplementary layer of a classic database management system (DBMS) to evaluate fuzzy predicates, which induces an important overhead. They are not also easy to implement by a non-expert user. Here we have proposed a simple and intelligent approach to extend the SQL language to allow us to write flexible conditions in our queries without the need for translation. The main idea is to use a view to manipulate the satisfaction degrees related to user-defined fuzzy predicates, instead of calculating them at runtime employing user functions embedded in the query. Consequently, the response time of executing a fuzzy query statement will be reduced. This approach allows us to easily integrate most fuzzy request characters such as fuzzy modifiers, fuzzy quantifiers, fuzzy joins, etc. Moreover, we present a user-friendly interface to make it easy to use fuzzy linguistic values in all clauses of a select statement. The main contribution of this paper is to accelerate the execution of fuzzy query statements.

AbstractLet's learn coding easily and simply. In my blog post this time we will learn to create a simple database application with Delphi. The application that we will create is used as an example to input item data. But before we learn to make this application beforehand I will explain the specifications of the software that I use.The Database Management System (DBMS) that we use in this application is MySQL, because MySQL is the most user-friendly and easier to use. MySQL that we use this time already includes in the XAMPP virtual server.

A person's addiction to smoking can be seen from the characteristics of the cigarette addict, including: difficulty controlling the desire to smoke, high appetite, frequent coughing, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. A person's addiction to cigarettes can have a bad impact on the health of that person. The research used the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The system was built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. The database management system uses My Structured Query Language (MYSQL). The criteria for the level of community addiction to cigarettes are cost, smoking frequency, and the environment. This study aims to design a Decision Support System for determining the level of community addiction to smoking and applying the Fuzzy Mamdani method for determining the level of community addiction to cigarettes. So it can be concluded that the person's level of addiction is at number 13 or categorized as CANDU.

Polyclinic at State University of Padang is one of technical services unit or UPT that still uses manual system for documenting medical records and administration. The purpose of this project is to make a design about information system in polyclinic at State University of Padang. It will be an effective project for many activities and also for a process of health services, so that, all of activities in Polyclinic will being computerized. Beside of that, this system also uses online system that will help the patient in the clinic to get good services easily. The system of this design uses a PHP's programming language with Framework Codeigniter. Moreover, the design of this information system in the clinic also uses Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) MySQL. Designing and Planning this project uses Bootstrap CSS Framework that functioning to make the system more dynamist and responsive. The output of this project in the clinic at State University of Padang is a system that will fulfill the requirements of health services by an online system. And for an employee, this system is useful to make a monthly or yearly report, so that their job will be easier than before. However, the designing and planning of information systems in that clinic still needing a development in many aspects to get the maximum result. The development of this project will include such as a system or even the people around the clinic at State University of Padang.

In making the information system of diploma companion certificate (SKPI) BAAK Campus X there was a pile up of files to overcome these problems, so a certificate of companion certificate information system (SKPI) was made on Campus X based on website.. The System Development Method used in this thesis is the Prototype Method while the tool used in the development of the thesis system is Flowchart, FOD, CD, DFD, Relationship Tables and table structure as well as Making a system using the PHP Programming language and MySQL database management system Beta test results show that 67% of respondents said that this system fulfills 9 criteria for a good website. 100% of respondents (BAAK administrators) said that this system helped BAAK work. (FZ).

This research discusses the development of a web based expert system for identifying bloomed plants. The identification is based on the seven visible features of a bloomed plant, i.e. the root type, the type of the plant, the shape of the flowers, the shape of the leaves, the height of the plant, and the length and the width of the leaves. For inference process, the forward chaining method is used. The system is developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. Based on some testing conducted to the system, it can be concluded that the system can identify bloomed plants with the accuracy of 100%. The system can accommodate the update on its knowledge as long as the update is only on the available features in the system. This drawback can be used as starting point for the future development of the system.

This paper describes the design and implementation of the Pusat Pengajian Diploma Industrial Training Online System (PiTOS), which was designed to be a user friendly, generic, web-based system to ease accessibility to all vital information related to students’ industrial training in a more organized and efficient way in a paperless environment. The solution we developed is a web application, written using PHP and utilizes the MySQL as the database management system.

Indah Surya Furniture Shop still uses simple media in carrying out its business activities. Product promotion still uses brochures, banners and radios. While the product ordering process still uses WhatsApp and telephone, and for the sales report it is still made manually so that simply the media used indicates that the sales results have not been optimized. In order to increase sales results the system should be able to promote products easily and can order products quickly. Therefor, a web-based e-commerce system is used to help owners promote and market their products. The presence of an e-commerce system is expected to help owners market their products, and can help consumers buy products according to their needs. The design of the e-commerce system uses UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language) by using object-oriented visualization diagrams. The programming language used is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language based on CodeIgniter and Javascript, with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 2 as editors. The resulting web-based e-commerce system can market products in a wider area and can provide information about products quickly, and with this e-commerce system consumers will be easier to order products. Keywords: E-commerce system, Web, Codeigniter.

AbstractAn object-oriented medical database management system is presented for a typical cardiologic center, facilitating epidemiological trials. Object-oriented analysis and design were used for the system design, offering advantages for the integrity and extendibility of medical information systems. The system was developed using object-oriented design and programming methodology, the C++ language and the Borland Paradox Relational Data Base Management System on an MS-Windows NT environment. Particular attention was paid to system compatibility, portability, the ease of use, and the suitable design of the patient record so as to support the decisions of medical personnel in cardiovascular centers. The system was designed to accept complex, heterogeneous, distributed data in various formats and from different kinds of examinations such as Holter, Doppler and electrocardiography.
