Zakat can become a significant source of state revenue. This can be realized if the people of Islam in Indonesia obedient in paying the zakat. Besides, the zakat institution in charge of managing the zakat must be honest, transparent and accountable in managing the zakat so that can increase the confidence of zakat payers (muzakki). But in reality, until this time there are still found a lack of potential for the payment of zakat in Indonesia. There are several factors that lead to loyalty of zakat payers that will increase zakat collection, such as accountability, transparency, and service quality applied by zakat management organization.This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality toward loyalty of zakat payers. This research is a quantitative study with primary data from questionnaires distributed to zakat payers of zakat management organization in Purwokerto. Sampling technique uses a convenience sampling method. There are 100 respondents that fulfilled questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency, and service quality have a significant and positive effect toward loyalty of zakat payers.

<p>The purpose of this study is to find out a significant influence between Knowledge and Understanding of Taxation, Tax Service Quality, and Tax Awareness on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers registered at the KPP of Jakarta Penjaringan. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The data used are primary data; a sample is determined by convenience sampling method, data collected using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of this study are knowledge and understanding of taxation, tax service quality, and tax awareness have a significant positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers. This study also proves that tax awareness, knowledge, and understanding of taxation, and tax service quality are jointly influential towards individual taxpayer compliance.</p>

This study aims to know and prove how much influence Innovation Product,Packaging, and Product Varians to Purchase Intention at ice cream Aice in Padang City.This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padang City with characteristic know about inforormation Aice and never buying ice cream Aice. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 25.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation Product has a negatif significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Packaging has a positif signifikan effect on purchase intention, 3) Product Varian has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Product Innovation,Packaging, Product Varians, Purchase Intention

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. Telkomsel is the largest cellular telecommunications operator in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how the influence between brand image, service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Telkomsel operator customers at Karawaci Lippo Village. Total population of all customers using Telkomsel operators in Karawaci Lippo Village. Samples taken using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were distributed directly. The data analysis technique used is using multiple regression analysis. This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.
