Analisis strategi pemasaran wahana rekreasi agro wisata Tirto Arum Baru Kendal ditengah pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020

Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is one of those affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Due to that condition, the manager has to change the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The purpose is to analyze Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro-tourism marketing strategy employed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and a SWOT analysis. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation to compare the results of data collection. The data analysis technique uses data reduction and data presentation to draw conclusions. The result of the research showed that the marketing strategy analysis carried out by the Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is in accordance with the 7P marketing mix components. In addition, the implementation of health protocols carried out during the pandemic is used as an example by the Regional Government for other recreational facilities in Kendal Regency.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik Keabsahan Data menggunakan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1) Sejarah kesenian Barongan Kudus yang diambil dari cerita babat tanah Jawa; 2) Bentuk penyajian Kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo yaitu gerak, tata rias, tata busana, tempat pementasan/pertunjukan, properti, iringan music; 3) Bentuk pelestarian Kesenian Barongan yaitu melestarikan kesenian barongan yang dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama anatara pelaku kesenian dengan pemerintah terkait untuk melestarikan kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo yang hampir punah. Data validity techniques by triangulation.The results of this research are: 1) The history of Barongan Kudus was taken from Babat Tanah Jawa story; 2) The presentation form of Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts are movement, make up, costume, stage, property, and accompaniment; 3) The preservation form of Barongan Arts is conserve it, and it needs the cooperation between the artists and the government to conserve Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts that almost extinct. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

AbstractNazir has a central role in management and development of waqf assets. A nazir’s method of managing waqf assets will decide the quality and quantity of the use of waqf assets, so that the existence of a professional work team will make the waqf assets more developed and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the professionalism of waqf nazir by analyzing the management of productive waqf in the Daarut Tauhiid Bandung waqf institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing productive waqf management from three aspects, namely nazir, waqf assets, and finance at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that productive waqf management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution, which is reflected in three aspects, namely nazir, asset management, and financial reporting has gone well. This is supported by professional and competent nazirs in managing and developing waqf assets productively through collaboration with various parties; as well as management of waqf finances in a transparent and accountable manner through reporting to BWI, the community and waqif. AbstrakNazir memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan aset wakaf. Cara nazir dalam memperlakukan aset wakaf akan menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas pemanfaatan aset wakaf, sehingga keberadaan tim kerja yang profesional menjadikan aset wakaf akan semakin berkembang dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profesionalitas nazir wakaf dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif dari tiga aspek, yaitu nazir, aset wakaf, dan keuangan di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid yang direfleksikan melalui tiga aspek yaitu nazir, pengelolaan aset, dan pelaporan keuangan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh para nazir yang profesional dan kompeten dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan aset wakaf secara produktif melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, dan juga pengelolaan keuangan wakaf secara transparan dan akuntabel melalui pelaporan kepada BWI, masyarakat dan waqif.

This study aims to determine the type of gharar practiced in cooperation between Small and medium industry exporters of furniture to the furniture in Jepara district.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy.Determinating techniques for informants in this study using snowball sampling. Data collected through interviews with research subjects and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis by using the method of data analysis and describes the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study indicate that gharar is practiced in the cooperation between the Small and medium industry with the company exporting furniture is unclear at the end of the time limit on credit payments by companies exporting furniture to the Small and medium industry as suppliers of goods to the company.

The purpose of this study was to describe the French TV ads that contains a description ofvalue the characters, and its compatibility with character education in Semarang State University. This study using qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are the characteristics of the French in French-language TV ads which are downloaded from the site www.youtube.com. Data collection techniques in this study are techniques of documentation, see,and record. Data analysis technique used is the technique analysis of the message content. Theresults shows that in six French TV ads, there are fourteen characters and habits of the French:polite, willing to help, attentive and loving, vigorously, intelligent, individualistic, adventurous, conscientious or not careless, friendly, disciplined, obedient to the rules, romantic, custombises, and fashionable. Of the French characters and habits of the French appearing, there areeight in accordance with the value of character education in Semarang State University. Thecharacters that correspond to the value are: smart, responsibility, caring, tolerant, democratic,patriotism, firm, and politeness.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Research subjects of students of class VII B, amounting to 32 students. The data source comes from students, teachers, and researchers. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data validity is by using data triangulation technique. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis technique using percentage technique. The results of data analysis showed an increase learning outcomes long jump squat style as follows. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycles is 31.25%or 10 students, unfinished 68.75% or 22 students. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 46.88% or 15 students, untargets 53.12% or 17 students. While on the percentage of completeness in the second cycle is 81.25% or 26 students, untargets 18.75% or 6 students. Learning outcomes long jump squat style has reached a target attainment of 80%. Based on the analysis above it can be concluded; that the application of the method of approach play can improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.

This study aims to analyze the learning strategies management in forming the 9 Pillars of character in the MILAS Playgroup Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were the principal and educators. Data collection has done by observation and interview methods. After that, the data validity test was carrying out by means of triangulation. Then the data analysis technique has done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results showed that the 9 pillars of character through the learning strategies management learning strategies departing from vision and mission to evaluation. The learning strategies applied to create the 9 pillars of character in the MILAS playgroup are: (1) Love of God and the universe and its contents, (2) Responsibility, Discipline, and Independence, (3) Honesty, (4) Respect and Courtesy, (5) ) Compassion, Concern, and Cooperation, (6) Confidence, Creative, Hard Work, and Never Give Up, (7) Justice and Leadership, (8) Good and Humility, and (9) Tolerance, Peace Love, and Unity.
