A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo elaborar e aplicar uma proposta didática para abordar os conceitos de reação de saponificação, tendo como base o tema gerador “descarte consciente de óleo vegetal”. A proposta didática teve um enfoque Ciência, Tecnologia, Sociedade e Ambiente (CTSA), visto que buscou-se abordar um tema voltado para poluição do meio ambiente provocado pelo descarte inadequado de óleo vegetal de frituras. A pesquisa realizada foi um estudo de caso realizado em uma Escola estadual de Campina Grande – PB. O público-alvo foram estudantes do ciclo VI da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). A proposta didática foi dividida em etapas, que consistiu na avaliação do perfil da turma, problematização inicial, organização do conhecimento e experimentação. O instrumento de coleta de dados foram três questionários, para avaliar o perfil da turma, uma sondagem a respeito dos conhecimentos prévios dos alunos e verificação da proposta didática aplicada. Como resultado foi possível analisar uma turma composta igualitariamente por jovens e adultos, que na sua maioria tem afinidade pela Química. Porém, esses alunos apresentaram pouco conhecimento acerca do conteúdo abordado devido as limitações de conteúdos vistos anteriormente. Contudo, ao decorrer das etapas foi possível observar o desenvolvimento dos mesmos a partir do envolvimento durante as aulas teórica e experimental. Os questionários aplicados no início e no fim das etapas foram analisados e concluiu-se que a grande maioria conseguiu aprimorar seus conhecimentos satisfatoriamente.   The present research aimed to develop and apply a didactic proposal to address the concepts of saponification reaction, based on the generating theme "conscious disposal of vegetable oil". The didactic proposal had a Science, Technology, Society and Environment (STEM) approach, since it aimed to address an issue related to environmental pollution caused by improper disposal of vegetable frying oil. The research was a case study carried out in a state school in Campina Grande - PB. The target audience were students from cycle VI of the Young and Adult Education (EJA). The didactic proposal was divided into stages, which consisted of the evaluation of the class profile, initial problematization, knowledge organization and experimentation. The data collection instrument was three questionnaires, to evaluate the class profile, a survey of the students' previous knowledge, and verification of the didactic proposal applied. As a result, it was possible to analyze a class composed equally of young people and adults, most of whom have an affinity for chemistry. However, these students had little knowledge about the content addressed due to limitations of content previously seen. However, during the stages it was possible to observe their development from their involvement during the theoretical and experimental classes. The questionnaires applied at the beginning and at the end of the stages were analyzed and it was concluded that most of them managed to improve their knowledge satisfactorily.

Mobile phones have become commonplace everyday objects in almost all societies regardless of their development stage. The presence of these devices has become a constant on any latitude, as shown by the penetration rate figures for 2018: 65.9%. These numbers, already surprising on their own, reach even higher values among young people. Thus, this paper studies the use of mobile phones, in particular smartphones, by young Portuguese and Brazilian university students. For this purpose, an app that registered all the uses made by the youngsters in their mobile devices, was employed. This methodology allows data collection in a daily context without the participants feeling controlled. A total of 317,938 interactions, registered in the participants devices, shows that the main use given to these devices is as a platform for access to social networks, followed by the sending of messages and the variable “second uses” of the device (watch, calendar, camera, calendar and calculator). Although this is a study in progress, at this stage it is safe to state that the data confirm previous studies (FORTUNATI; TAIPALE, 2014) in which smartphones assert themselves as a verbal written communication platform in opposition to their genesis based on orality.***Telefones celulares no cotidiano dos jovens: um estudo de caso com estudantes portugueses e brasileiros***Os telefones celulares se tornaram objetos comuns do dia-a-dia em quase todas as sociedades, independentemente do estágio de desenvolvimento. A presença desses dispositivos tornou-se constante em qualquer latitude, como mostra o índice de penetração em 2018: 65,9%. Esses números, já surpreendentes por si só, atingem valores ainda mais altos entre os jovens. Assim, este artigo estuda o uso de telefones celulares, em particular smartphones, por jovens estudantes universitários portugueses e brasileiros. Para isso, foi desenvolvido um aplicativo que registrava todos os usos feitos pelos jovens em seus dispositivos móveis. Essa metodologia permite a coleta de dados em um contexto diário sem que os participantes se sintam controlados. Um total de 317.938 interações, registradas nos dispositivos participantes, mostra que o principal uso dado a esses dispositivos é como plataforma de acesso às redes sociais, seguido pelo envio demensagens e pela variável “segundos usos” do dispositivo (observe, calendário, câmera, calendário e calculadora). Embora este seja um estudo em andamento, é possível afirmar que os dados confirmam estudos anteriores (FORTUNATI; TAIPALE, 2014) em que os smartphones se afirmam como uma plataforma de comunicação verbal escrita em oposição à sua gênese baseada na oralidade.Palavras-chave: Estudos de Mídia. This research was concerned about the development of religious awareness based on adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al - Hidayah. The main objective is to describe development of religious awareness process-based adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al – Hidayah. The literature review of the research comprised: religious awareness, adult education, penitentiary. This research was conducted through descriptive research and case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used through observation, interview and documentation. Subjects in this research was a spiritual adviser, Corruption inmates and tutors. The research showed that the religious awareness was applied through a participatory, fair and equitable, transparent, learning need; Multi way communication, a variety of learning methods, pragmatic, problem-based in awareness and inoculation of belief, habituation, practice and reinforcement process; spiritual adviser role as a facilitative leader. A Programação Neurolinguística (PNL) é considerada um modelo que auxilia na compreensão do funcionamento da mente humana, tornando possível a identificação e o aproveitamento das capacidades do indivíduo para alcançar os resultados almejados (SBPNL, 2011). Aplicada às vendas, a PNL auxilia os vendedores sobre a compreensão das necessidades e desejos dos clientes. O presente artigo tem como objetivo viabilizar a implantação de um programa de capacitação (TD) para os vendedores da empresa Comercial Jukeli LTDA ME, com base na Programação Neurolinguística (PNL). Para tanto, foram investigados os aspectos críticos na rotina de atuação dos vendedores da empresa, identificados os sistemas representacionais da PNL de cada vendedor e, por fim, elaborado o roteiro de treinamento. Em relação à abordagem, a pesquisa constituiu-se em qualitativa, tipificada em descritiva. Quanto aos procedimentos técnicos de coleta de dados configura-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e estudo de caso, sendo o questionário o instrumento de coleta de dados escolhido. Em relação aos aspectos críticos na rotina de vendas da empresa observou-se que as colaboradoras da empresa possuem os critérios principais que são necessários para a execução do trabalho, porém, o ponto crítico encontrado foi a necessidade de melhorar as técnicas de abordagem aos clientes. Quanto aos Sistemas Representacionais, a pesquisa evidenciou que há a predominância de colaboradoras visuais na empresa. Com a análise dos dados realizada foi possível à implantação de um programa de capacitação (TD) para as vendedoras da empresa. O treinamento foi aplicado por uma International NLP Trainer e contou com ações para o aperfeiçoamento das habilidades interpessoais e a flexibilidade pessoal das vendedoras da empresa.Palavras-Chave: Gestão de Pessoas. Vendas. THE APPLICATION OF NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP) IN SALES: A CASE STUDY IN A BRANCH AND RETAIL COMPANY - GASPAR/SCAbstract: Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is considered a model that assists in understanding the functioning of the human mind, making possible the identification and the use of the individual's abilities to achieve the results desired (SBPNL, 2011). Applied in sales, NPL helps salespeople understand the needs and desires of customers. In this context, the objective of this article is to enable the implementation of a training program (TD) for salespeople of the company Comercial Jukeli LTDA ME, based on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). For this purpose, were investigated the critical aspects in the routine of the salespeople of the company, identified the representational systems of NLP by each salespeople and finally, drafted the training script. Regarding the approach, the research was qualitative, typified in descriptive. As for the technical procedures of data collection, it is configured in bibliographic research and case study, the questionnaire being the chosen data collection instrument. Regarding the critical aspects of the company's sales routine, it was observed that the employees of the company have the main criteria that are necessary for the execution of the work, but, the critical point was the need to improve customer approach techniques. Regarding the Representational Systems, the research evidenced that there is a predominance of visual collaborators in the company. With the analysis of the data, it was possible to implement a training program (TD) for the salespeople of the company. The training was applied by an International NLP Trainer and involved on actions to improve the interpersonal skills and the personal flexibility of the company salespeople.Keywords: People Management. This study aimed to measure and analyze student quantitative literacy in environmental pollution concept based on six indicators quantitative literacy. This method uses qualitative descriptive. This research was carried out at one of the senior high schools in Tasikmalaya wich is included in one of the schools with cluster one, subject technique was carried out in purposive, whose class has the highest score in biology and mathematics of 30 students. The design used is a case study. This research was done in June 2020. The data collection techniques used to test quantitative literacy refer to the American Colleges and Universities' Association, questionnaire, and interview. Based on data analysis, obtained that of 30 students, two students (6.67%) in the high category, 24 students (80%) in the medium category, and four students (13.33%) in the low category.

The aim of this study is to reveal contributions of the differentiated instruction implemented in the primary school 4th grade science course into science literacy levels of the students. The case study method among qualitative research methods were used in the study. The research was carried out in the second term of 2015-2016 academic year. The study group consisted of the 4th grade students (n=23, 9-10 aged) studying in the Kozabirlik Primary State School in Bilecik city center in Turkey. Interviews (teachers and students), observations and student diary forms were administrated as data collection tools in the study. The content analysis method was implemented in the analysis of the obtained data. It was concluded from the findings that the differentiated instruction improved involvements of the students with the science-technology-society and the environment and developed their scientific process skills and thus contributed to the science literacy levels of the students.

SummaryThis paper reports on a computerised approach to the management of an epidemiological field trial, which aimed at determining the effects of insecticide-impregnated bed nets on the incidence of malaria in children. The development of a data system satisfying the requirements of the project and its implementation using a database management system are discussed. The advantages of this method of management in terms of rapid processing of and access to data from the study are described, together with the completion rates and error rates observed in data collection.

This study aims to see the implementation of project based learning methods (PBL) implemented by lecturers in the Science, Technology and Engineering P&P processes in Islam as an effort to enhance students' understanding in the Fiqh Method. Respondents in this study were students of second semester, Diploma of Mechanical Engineering program, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Politeknik Banting. Observation and interview methods are used for data collection purposes. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in narrative form. The findings show that PBL activity is a fun and enjoyable P&P activity for students. Abstrak Kajian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  melihat  perlaksanaan  kaedah  pembelajaran  berasaskan  projek  (PBL)  yang dilaksanakan  oleh  pensyarah  dalam  proses  P&P Sains,  Teknologi  dan  kejuruteraan  dalam  Islam  sebagai usaha  meningkatkan  kefahaman  pelajar  pelajar  dalam  tajuk  Kaedah Fiqh.  Responden  dalam  kajian  ini adalah   terdiri   daripada   pelajar   semester   dua   progran   Diploma   Kejuruteraan   Mekanikal,   Jabatan Kejuruteraan  Mekanikal,  Politeknik  Banting.  Kaedah  pemerhatian  dan  temu  bual  digunakan  bagi  tujuan pengutipan data. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dipersembahkan dalam bentuk naratif. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan aktiviti PBL merupakan aktiviti P&P yang disukai dan menyeronokkan bagi para pelajar.
