One's buying behavior towards a product purchases a lotfactor. Everyone has different desires and tastes.Product quality is a crucial factor in the decisionpurchase, besides that there are still many other factors that influence behaviorthe purchase.This research is to analyze the effect of product quality,promotion of purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycle productsAlso analyze the variables that have the most dominant influenceon the decision to purchase Yamaha Mio motorcycle products to the publicin the Teluk Jambe region.The population in this study is motorcycle consumersYamaha Mio in the Surakarta region. The sample used was 100respondents with the Accidental Quota Sampling technique. Data collection techniqueswith a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses regression analysismultiple linear, classic assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, testheteroscedasticity), statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination).From the results of the analysis of classical assumptions, normality test with kolmogorovsmirnovObtained significantly greater than 0.05, which means the data distributionnormal. Multicollinearity test obtained by the value of VIF and Tolerance obtainedone regression model can be canceledmulticollinearity, while the heteroscedasticity test using the Glejser methoddeclare no problem.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test obtainedProduct quality is significant todecision to purchase Yamaha Mio motorcycle products, while the promotion andsignificant significance at 5% tarap. From the test resultssimultaneous influence of product quality, promotiondecision to purchase a Yamaha Mio motorcycle product where the calculated F value> Ftable. The most dominant product qualitypurchase of Yamaha Mio motorcycle products. Obtained an R square value of0.255, which means that the dependent variable can be understood by the independent variableof 25.5% while the remaining 74.5% is approved by other variables

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

The development of technology at this time is very fast. This development can be seen from the progress of gadgets that are now easily grasped by various groups (rich, poor) and ages (old, young) all can use it. Gadget innovations are always popping up all the time, from laptops, PCs, to cellphones. Mobile offers various advantages and features to support user flexibility. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of purchasing decisions in terms of brand image, product quality, and promotion of Oppo mobile phones. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all buyers of Oppo mobile phones. The number of samples used amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the f-test brand image, product quality, and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence the buying decision for Oppo mobile phones. The t-test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

The purpose of this study was to find out: the effect of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy both jointly and partially on the satisfaction of inpatients in the Karanganyar District Hospital. Judging from the type or type, this research is explanatory research (explanation). The population in this study were 1006 patients hospitalized in Karanganyar Hospital. As a sample 100 people were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously management of quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in Karanganyar District Hospital. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial quality management on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect of reliability on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (4) There is a positive and significant influence partially on responsiveness to the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (5) There is a positive and significant partial effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of facilities, timeliness, trust through satisfaction as an intervening variable on the loyalty of Solo Balapan executive railroad passengers. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all of train passengers in Gubeng executives. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation, and using the help of SPSS Statistics. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were executive train users. The analysis used in this study includes data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that the variable facilities, timeliness, trust and satisfaction affect the loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. T test results show the facility affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. Timeliness affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. trust affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. satisfaction affects loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of brand influence to purchase decision of Larissa product (2) influence of price to decision of purchase of Larissa product (3) influence of product quality to decision of purchase of Larissa product (4) influence of brand, price, and product quality simultaneous decision to purchase Larissa products. This type of research is survey research. Population in this research is consumer of Larissa Aesthetic Center Galleria Mall. Sampling method with non probability sampling with convenience sampling with the number of 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that (1) there is influence between brand to decision of purchasing of Larissa product, this is proved by result of t test statistic for Brand variable (X ) obtained t value bigger than t table (3,104> 1,985) with significance 0,003 < 0.05. So partially the brand variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). (2) The result of t test statistic for Price variable (X‚ ) obtained t value count bigger than t table (2,905> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,005, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 0.005 <0.05). So partially variable brand (X‚ ) have a significant effect on purchase decision (Y). (3) The result of t test statistic for product quality variable (Xƒ ) is got t value bigger than t table (2,445> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,016, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 (0.016 <0.05). So partially variable brand (Xƒ ) have a significant effect on purchase decision (Y).
