Service quality is progressively acknowledged as a significant characteristic of electronic commerce. As online comparison of the technical features of products is largely costless, viable, and easier than comparison of merchandises through traditional networks, service quality is perceived as the strategic element of customer loyalty in electronic commerce spectrum. A conceptual model explaining the relationship among e‐service quality dimensions, customer’s perceived value and loyalty towards online super markets is proposed and discussed in the present study. The research design adopted for the current study was descriptive in nature. The research approach followed was field study, by administering a structured questionnaire. Online survey method was adopted for data collection, so the data source is online shoppers in India. The study pinpointed that the four aspects of e‐service quality, namely, fulfilment, system availability, efficiency, and privacy positively influence the perceived value. It also disclosed that perceived value positively contributed to customer loyalty. The study results brought about the catalytic role of e-service quality and perceived value in online shopping framework.  While designing websites of online supermarkets, the four pillars of electronic service quality needs to be focused on, considering their potential to promote customer loyalty to the store.

This study attempted to analyze the effect of service quality on customer’s satisfaction, perceived value, and customer involvement as well as its implications for customer loyalty in Indonesia. The primary data used is the result of questionnaires through an online survey platform with the help of Google Form in July to August 2020. The sampling method was purposive sampling using specific criteria set by the researchers with 300 samples that met the criteria. Data analysis technique used the structural equation models (SEM) with the help of LISREL software. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian ride-hailing online services on perceived value, and a significant effect on perceived value on satisfaction as well as a significant effect on customer satisfaction on customer involvement. The only construct which directly influences customer loyalty is customer involvement. This research certainly provides practical advice for the online ride-hailing industry in Indonesia where there are three main suggestions aimed at improving the service quality, satisfaction, customer involvement, and value. Further research is suggested to analyze online ride-hailing in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, or other Southeast Asian countries. This study aims to investigate the relationship between service quality, price perception, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The survey method was applied with a sample size of 350 conducted with Nguoi Ban Vang pawnshops located in Ho Chi Minh City. The study results showed that service quality, price perception, and a new factor identified through the exploratory factor analysis, named staff competency, have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at the significance 0.05 level. The research also found that customer satisfaction impacts positively significantly on customer loyalty at the 0.01 level. These results imply that pawnshops should focus on increasing service quality, improving pricing policies and staff competence in order to gain customer satisfaction and their loyalty.

Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world, after China, India and the United States, with a population of 2018 of around 267 million. The increase in the average population will be a major contributor to the growth of the food and beverage industry. Today's mobility of people is getting higher so it consumes food outside the home. Restaurant products are determined by five factors, namely food and beverage factors, service factors, hygiene and hygiene factors, price factors and atmospheric factors, whereas based on the activities and food or drinks served, restaurants are classified into twenty types ranging from A'la carte restaurant to main dining room. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the effect of food quality, price, service quality and partial perceived value on customer satisfaction; (2) partially analyze the influence of food quality, price, service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty; (3) analyze customer satisfaction mediation due to the influence of food quality, price, service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula of 100 respondents. Survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is the smartpls application version 3.0. The results of the study note that food quality, price, service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction, food quality, price, service quality and perceived value affect customer loyalty and customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between food quality, price, service quality and perceived value towards customer loyalty.

CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

Purpose – Global mobile communication is one of the most dynamic and important service markets. Several researchers suggest using a theoretical approach to develop a much deeper insight into key marketing constructs such as service quality, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, perceived switching costs, corporate image, and customer loyalty is of vital importance to the mobile communications market. This study aims to develop and test a comprehensive hierarchical model of these six important constructs. The model also incorporates the retailing function of a major mobile communication provider. Design/methodology/approach – The research sample of 516 was drawn from customers of one of the largest mobile communications service providers in China. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. Findings – The results of the study support using a hierarchical and multidimensional approach for conceptualising and measuring customers' perceptions of service quality in the mobile communications market. In addition, the findings illustrate that service quality is an important determinant of customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, corporate image, and perceived switching costs. Customer perceived value is also an antecedent of customer satisfaction. Corporate image, customer satisfaction, and perceived switching costs are three key drivers of customer loyalty. However, the findings also indicate that corporate image is not an important determinant of customer satisfaction and that customer perceived value is not a key driver of customer loyalty. Originality/value – This is the first paper that has developed and tested a comprehensive hierarchical model of the mobile communications market.

PurposeThe quality of the customer journey has become a critical determinant of successful service delivery in contemporary business. Extant journey research focuses on the customer path to purchase, but pays less attention to the touchpoints related to service delivery and consumption that are key for understanding customer experiences in service-intensive contexts. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize service journey quality (SJQ), develop measures for the construct and study its key outcomes.Design/methodology/approachThe study uses a discovery-oriented research approach to conceptualize SJQ by synthesizing theory and field-based insights from customer focus group discussions. Next, using consumer survey data (N = 278) from the financial services context, the authors develop measures for the SJQ. Finally, based on an additional survey dataset (N = 239), the authors test the nomological validity and predictive relevance of the SJQ.FindingsSJQ comprises of three dimensions: (1) journey seamlessness, (2) journey personalization and (3) journey coherence. This study demonstrates that SJQ is a critical driver of service quality and customer loyalty in contemporary business. This study finds that the loyalty link is partially mediated through service quality, indicating that SJQ explains loyalty above and beyond service quality.Research limitations/implicationsSince service quality only partially mediates the link between service journey quality and customer loyalty, future studies should examine alternative mediators, such as customer experience, for a more comprehensive understanding of the performance effects.Practical implicationsThe study offers concrete tools for service managers who wish to understand and develop the quality of service journeys.Originality/valueThis study advances the service journey concept, demonstrates that the quality of the service journey is a critical driver of customer performance and provides rigorous journey constructs for future service research.

Abstrak: Faktor Penentu Kualitas Layanan dan Minat untuk Melanjutkan Penggunaan Sistem Pelaporan Online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, kenyamanan, dan keamanan terhadap kualitas layanan dan minat untuk melanjutkan menggunakan SIPP online di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei online kepada 50 perusahaan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan segmentasi Platinum dan Gold. Kuesioner online diisi oleh Kepala Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh perceived ease of use dan kenyamanan, sedangkan minat melanjutkan penggunaan SIPP online hanya dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness. Kata Kunci: minat melanjutkan penggunaan, kualitas layanan, sistem pelaporan online Abstract: Determinants of Service Quality and Continuance Intention to Use Online Reporting System. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, convenience, and security towards service quality and continuance intention to use SIPP online at BPJS Employment. This study uses online survey method to 50 companies participating in BPJS Employment with Platinum and Gold segmentation. The online questionnaire was filled by the head of Human Resources Department. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that service quality was significantly influenced by perceived ease of use and convenience, while continuance intention to use SIPP online was only influenced by perceived usefulness. Keywords: continuance intention, service quality, online reporting system
