Under the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the philosophy of “Ideological and Political Theories Education in all Courses (IPTEC)” by China’s Ministry of Education, college curriculum reform has become a pressing issue in both form and content. Oral English course is characterized with flexible organization and a wide selection of teaching materials, thus closely related to the shaping of college students’ values. An online teaching mode of oral English featuring “DingTalk + WeChat Group + FiF” is proposed after a mining of “ideological and political elements”, with the sophomore oral English course of School of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as a case. The highlights of this mode are as follows. First, all links of the teaching design are permeated with ideological and political elements, which realizes the blending of explicit and implicit educations. Second, it supports teacher-to-student and student-to-student voice interactions in a multi-party manner at any time. Third, a complex is created where one online classroom is systematically nested in another among the various platforms. Fourth, group and single games enrich the organization of the classroom. Fifth, it provides private and convenient classroom and homework management.

This study reviews, discusses and evaluates empirical university-level online English teaching in China that was largely influenced by the COVID-19. It introduces the design and procedure of the curriculum and explains the targets as well as the results of undergraduates’ English courses. With PBL and POA teaching strategies, the findings of the study revealed that the teaching effects are close to the expectation compared with that of in-class teaching, and students’ learning satisfaction is not reduced by way of online teaching. Online teaching mode in College English courses in China could be effective and productive through the cooperation of teachers and students, which sheds light on the teaching design and practice in the post-pandemic era.

This paper reports on the primary school design processes carried out around the 1940s in the County of Hertfordshire in Great Britain, which later evolved into innovative strategies developed by Mary and David Medd in the Ministry of Education from the late 1950s. The whole process, undertaken during more than three decades, reveals a way of breaking with the traditional spatial conception of a school. The survey of the period covered has allowed an in-depth understanding of how learning spaces could be transformed by challenging the conventional school model of closed rooms, suggesting a new way of understanding learning spaces as a group of Centres rather than classrooms. Historians have thoroughly shown the ample scope of this process, which involved many professionals, fostering a true cross-disciplinary endeavour where the curriculum and the learning spaces were developed in close collaboration. A selection of schools built in the county has been used to typologically analyse how architectural changes began to arise and later flourished at the Ministry of Education. The Medds had indeed a significant role through the development of a design process known as the Built-in variety and the Planning Ingredients. A couple of examples will clarify some of these strategies, revealing how the design of educational space could successfully respond to an active way of learning.

The main goal of college English education is to cultivate the students’ language ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and to promote the formation of individualized learning and autonomous ability of college students. At present, the new curriculum reform in our country has put forward a new educational requirement to college English teaching, which requires the innovation of college English teaching idea, and under the background of the development of new media, it proposes to use new media equipment to carry out teaching activities. However, college English education in our country is influenced by examination-oriented education mode, and the traditional education method is still used, which is not good for college students to improve their comprehensive quality of English. In view of this development situation, the Ministry of Education of China Based on the development of new media, a multimodal discourse analysis approach to college English education is proposed to enhance the level of College English teaching.

Objectives: In view of the characteristics of online teaching during the coronavirus pandemic and the importance of practical teaching in training students’ skills in the process of graduate education, this paper proposes an online scene teaching mode that takes projects as the carrier and integrates with deep learning. In order to meet the demand for information and communication engineering professionals in the big data context, the whole teaching process is divided into four stages: Topic selection, Teaching project setting, online teaching interaction and teaching evaluation. In the teaching process of Python Data Analysis Foundations, the project “establishment process of tobacco picking decision tree based on information gain” is taken as the teaching case. Prior knowledge and references are pushed through the cloud platform before class, and The scene of tobacco picking affected by the weather is set in the online classroom to guide students to seek solutions to problems, and the results are presented with graphics to assist students to summarize, and then reset the scene to promote knowledge transfer, so as to integrate deep learning into the teaching process, and modify the corresponding stages according to the teaching evaluation results. The content of the scene is gradually increased from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, and from least to most, gradually increasing the difficulty, which enhances students’ learning interest and sense of achievement. Meanwhile, students’ initiative to participate in curriculum research further strengthens the effectiveness of the course in serving scientific research, which has a certain value of popularization and application.

The current situation of COVID 19 not only involves global health crisis but also economic and social crises. It has brought about a change in the system of education by conducting all academic activities online. Acc. to ILO, a world of universal distance education (as nearly 94% of learners have faced school closures) is created. Online education is a new concept for most Indians, creates room for incivility. Incivility is defined as a lack of manners, courteousness, and respect which deteriorates the decorum leading to disturbance in teaching and learning of the class. This study is focused on incivility in online teaching and learning. A total of 130 college students from around the country were asked to fill an open-ended online questionnaire to know their views on incivility in the online classroom. The overall thematic analysis resulted in the identification of three themes i.e. reported incidents, possible causes, and measures to reduce incivility in the online classrooms. In the time of pandemic where almost all the dissemination of education is done online to minimize the effect of the pandemic on the education system, incivility is a stumbling block. Therefore, it is important to bring incivility in online education in limelight as tackling incivility is the need of the hour.

The province of Ontario continues to be the destination of more than 50 percent of all immigrants to Canada (Ontario Ministry of Education, 2009). With a large visible minority population, as well as linguistic and faith-based diversity, there is increasing pressure on the education system to ensure that all students have the opportunity to thrive academically and develop personally (Ontario Ministry of Education, 2009; Canadian School Boards Association, 2007; Muj & Hamdan, 2013). This study uses classical content analysis to test the 1997 and 2006 versions of the Ontario language curriculum for Grades 3 and 6 against the James Banks’ model for ensuring racial, ethnic and cultural diversity is reflected in school programs. This model is essential for assessing the degree to which the curriculum document itself reflects the priorities set-out by the Ministry of Education in Ontario, and whether these priorities align with the principles of multicultural education. The study aimed to know the level of availability of the ingredients (elements) of creativity among managers, the level of their practice of the administrative creativity process, and the obstacles that limit their practice of the administrative creativity process. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the study sample consisted of (44) principals from the original community of principals in Sabya governorate, and a sample of teachers (285) from the original community of teachers, and the selection of all school administration supervisors and their number (9) educational supervisors, so a total sample Study (338). The study relied on two tools the questionnaire applied to teachers and managers, and the interview with the administrators of school management, and the study found a range of results: the level of elements of management innovation, the managers came to a fair degree, managers exercised the administrative process of innovation medium degree, and facing the practice of managers of administrative obstacles to creativity With a moderate degree, and that most of the obstacles hindering the practice of managerial creativity, organizational obstacles, and recommendations: The Education Department should choose secondary school principals from conscious educational leaders, who believe in the importance of administrative creativity in schools, and the researcher recommends the Ministry of Education and Education Departments to give school principals powers Commensurate with their responsibilities, allowing them the opportunity to show their creativity.
