The use of technology as a learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic is an alternative solution to be able to continue to carry out long-distance learning activities. Existing technologies such as Google Meet, Google Classroom and Google Drive strongly support students and teachers and other academics in teaching and learning activities. The use of the facilities provided by Google can be useful for academics. Teaching and learning activities synchronously (synchronous) using video conferencing is an effective way. Not only that, asynchronous learning media using existing Google Classroom facilities such as discussion and chat features are one of the media to support distance learning to keep it running smoothly. The activity was carried out at Majlis Ta'lim Hidayatul Mubtadiin, which consisted of teenagers aged 12-17 years. Based on the questionnaires distributed during the activity, that as many as 96% were able to absorb the material with this distance learning media. So that learning can still be carried out effectively and conducively in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The study of functions is a critical route into teaching and learning algebra in the elementary grades, yet important questions remain regarding the nature of young children's understanding of functions. This article reports an empirically developed learning trajectory in first-grade children's (6-year-olds') thinking about generalizing functional relationships. We employed design research and analyzed data qualitatively to characterize the levels of sophistication in children's thinking about functional relationships. Findings suggest that children can learn to think in quite sophisticated and generalized ways about relationships in function data, thus challenging the typical curricular approach in the lower elementary grades in which children consider only variation in a single sequence of values.

In the past few years, there is an increasing emphasis on a pedagogy for skills. One of the most complex skills, which is formed from the first years of schooling, is the reading-writing skill. Students begin first grade with high ex-pectations towards reading, with the desire to discover the mysteries of the letters. Reading requires - in addition to the ability to decode a written text and the comprehension of the reading - identifying the meaning of the word and the message to be transmitted. Failure in this sense has repercussions on the formation of the personality of the child. Teachers in the classroom are mainly concerned with the prevention of any difficulties that may arise in the formation of the ability to read and write, trying to come up with ways to intervene in the context of the education-al process. This paper aims to find ways of training and developing reading comprehension methods that can be applied in the teaching and learning activities. This is particularly important for understanding and responding to the needs of each student in the class.
