The modern social environment in general, and educational in particular, imposes a number of requirements on the personality of the student as a future representative of the professional community. This manifests itself in the need to master professional knowledge and skills in the conditions of constantly changing requirements, planning their activities for the short and / or long term, as well as multiple flexibility of behavior. The object of the research was 100 students of various faculties of DSTU (technical and humanitarian orientation). In the course of the empirical study, we used diagnostic methods for identifying self-regulation mechanisms in the student environment "USK" by J. Rotter; a questionnaire for the diagnosis of individual stylistic features of self-regulation (V. I. Morosanova), the methodology “Research of volitional self-regulation” (A. V. Zverkova, E. V. Eydman). The practical significance of the work lies in the subsequent use of the data obtained in the framework of psychocorrectional work with students of the organization of secondary vocational education.

Relevance. The introduction of plant protection systems with minimal use of pesticides is one of the main conditions for improving the environment. Phytosanitary construction of agrocenoses is the basis of plant-free plant protection. The creation of agrocenoses with a balanced predatorprey system by stimulating self-regulation mechanisms that create favorable conditions for the accumulation of natural predatory entomophages is a very promising direction in the biologization of plant protection.Methods. For 10 years, the author conducted faunistic studies, identified predatory entomoacarifagi, and showed their regulatory role in the fight against spider mites on grapes. It is established that in addition to the destruction of the spider mite on grapes, predatory mites are able to suppress the number of thrips and whiteflies. The article describes the relationship in the predatorprey system for the predatory tick Amblyseius longispinosus, which is a specialized monophage.Results. Based on many years of research, the regulatory role of the predatory tick Amblyseius longispinosus has been shown. Its high efficiency against spider mites has been proved. 12-15 days with a predator:prey ratio of 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4. Based on sketches and biometric measurements, the morphological description of Amblyseius longispinosus is supplemented. Based on the obtained research results, methods have been developed to create reproducible reserves of the number of predatory ticks in agrocenoses of Dagestan.

Abstract Crustaceans usually autotomize their limbs in response to physical or physiological threats. In this study, the short term effects of different degrees of autotomy on immune function and disease resistance of Portunus trituberculatus were studied by autotomizing one limb (mild autotomy) or four limbs (severe autotomy). The results indicate that the total haemocyte count (THC) of these crabs showed a tendency to decrease rapidly at first, then increase, and then decrease after mild autotomy and severe autotomy, but the THC changes for individuals with mild autotomy lagged relatively behind. The haemocyte compositions of the crabs also changed greatly after limb autotomy; especially in the severe autotomy group, the proportion of large granular cells and non-granular cells increased significantly within 0.5 h and 2 h after treatment, and the proportion of small particle cells clearly decreased. From the changes in related immune enzyme activities, the effect of autotomy on the activity of haemolymph superoxide dismutase (SOD) in P. trituberculatus was notably low, but had a greater influence on the activities of phenoloxidase (PO), lysozyme (LZM), acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP). Among these activities, PO activity decreased significantly within 1 h after treatment and then gradually recovered, LZM activity began to rise continuously within 4 h of autotomy, and both ACP and AKP activity increased immediately after treatment and then gradually decreased. Compared with the individuals with severe autotomy, the haemolymph immunoenzymatic activity of the mild autotomy crabs was slight and slower. In addition, limb autotomy directly affects the disease resistance of P. trituberculatus, especially for the case of severe autotomy, i.e., the resistance of P. trituberculatus to disease is significantly weakened, and the probability of death greatly increases. On the whole, P. trituberculatus could respond to the short term negative effects of limb autotomy by corresponding physiological regulation mechanisms, but the disease resistance was still reduced. This study showed that the self-regulation ability of P. trituberculatus in response to limb autotomy was limited, especially in the case of severe autotomy.

Th e purpose of the study was to identify prerequisites to the development of vitauct processes of professional female athletes in the involutional period in consequence of prolonged and intensive physical training. Th e study involved female athletes aged 37-45 and 16-26 years, untrained women 37-45 years. Research methods: anthropometric, spirometric, dynamometric, immunological, biochemical, hematological, rheographic, gasometric, ergometric, and statistical methods. Th e study has revealed that some functional parameters of female athletes in the involutional period correspond to the level of female athletes aged 16-26 in consequence of long intensive physical training. At the same time, there is a tendency to relative reduction of functional reserves. Сompensatory-adaptive mechanisms provide maintenance of a high level of functional state, which is especially evident during intensive training. Aerobic performance is maintained by reducing the intensity of the formation of metabolic fatigue factors (lactate level), as well as by optimizing the mechanics of breathing, reducing the energy cost of adaptation. Maintenance of optimal hormonal and vegetative balance occurs with participation of self-regulation mechanisms aimed at stabilizing the estrogen background, activation of autonomous nervous mechanisms (strengthening of parasympathetic eff ects), mobilization of circulatory link of the cardiovascular system.

Breakfast is widely considered the most important meal of the day. Despite this, the consumption of ready to eat industrial products with low nutritional value is increasing. This study correlated longitudinally the nutritional value of breakfast products with advertising discursive strategies. The research design applied quantitative analysis to compile all media advertising data from 2015 to 2019, qualitative analysis of the content, and a study of the adverts’ discourse. Moreover, a Nutri-score analysis was used to determine the products’ nutritional value. Results indicated that breakfast products advertised in Spain presented a low or very low nutritional value. In addition, they showed that the lower the nutritional value of the product, the greater the proportion of positive emotions or moods that emerge from the discourse used in the advertisement. To establish effective policies for the prevention of obesity, greater involvement of the government, and better self-regulation mechanisms for the food industry, communication agencies, and advertisers are needed. In this sense, the hedonistic language used in advertisements for unhealthy food must treated as a priority. This measure would have the aim not only of protecting minors from ads for unhealthy food that are broadcast during breakfast time but would also generate healthy eating patterns within the family.
