This study determined proportion of males whose physiological parameters were out of standard ranges and made patterns of their functional reserves to see dynamics in the row of teenagers, young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults. For the first time, dynamics of functional reserves was evaluated based on deviations from standard values existing for physical development, cardiovascular system, biochemical and trace element pictures, as well as characteristics of basic metabolism and breathing in ontogenetic aspect. The evaluation was performed by creating patterns of tension in subjective body systems under the North extremes to make predictive age-related changes older adults morphophysiological indicators. The results the patterns exhibited increasingly dysregulated functioning in the age aspect. That could be seen in age-related stress observed in physical development variables (accelerated body mass index), cardiovascular system (higher proportion of people with high normal blood pressure and arterial hypertension in systolic and diastolic blood pressure), carbohydrate metabolism disorders (higher index of insulin resistance and fasting hyperglycemia), more pronounced dyslipidemia, microelement disorders such as more severe age-related deficiency or excess. Those deviations existed together with worsening in basic metabolism and external respiration function in modern northerners of working age.

Purpose: the goal is to study the condition and functional reserves of adrenal cortex in cows with different levels of dairy productivity and their breed accessories.Materials and methods. In the first experience, the object of the study was cows of a holstered black-motley breed with a high and relatively low level of milk productivity (n = 10 in each group). The second experience was carried out on four breeds of lactating cows: Holsteinated black-made, red-made, Montbeliard and Jersey (n = 10 in each group). The blood of animals were taken from the tail vein 1 time per month during lactation to morning feeding. In both experiments, in the third month of lactation, all animals were performed by a two-time functional load of ACTH (dose – 0,5 units / kg of alive mass intramuscularly). After one hour, blood selection was performed and re-injected by adrenocorticotropic hormone in the same dose. After the second introduction, the ACTH was selected through 1.2 and 3 hours. The calculation of the index of the functional activity of the adrenal cortex was carried out according to the JACN = K2 / K1 formula where K1 is the level of cortisol 1 hour after the first load, K2 is the level of cortisol after the second load of the ACTH.Results. In the 1st experience of the highest values, the level of cortisol reached a 3 month lactation. In a highly productive group, the level of cortisol was 86,1 ± 5,3 nmol / l, and in the low product group 74,5 ± 5,7 nmol / l. At 8 months, the lowest cortisol concentration levels are fixed, followed by an increase of 10 months. Differences between groups on 2, 3 and 4 months of lactation are noted as statistically significant (p<0,05). After the load of the ACTH, an index of the functional activity of the adrenal cortex (JACN) was established - in the first high productive group, it was 1.42, and in the second less productive group it was lower and amounted to 1,04.In the 2nd experience at the peak of lactation, which also corresponded to 3 months, the level of cortisol concentration increased from a holstered black-motley breed, Mont Belärd, Red-motley and Jersey to 79,3 ± 5,5; 70,2 ± 3,7; 80,3 ± 3,2; 80,5 ± 3,6 nmol / l, respectively. For 8 months of lactation, this figure decreased with the subsequent increase of the 10th month. After establishing Jacnes in a holstered black-motley breed, Montbeliard, red-motley and jersey recorded the following indicators: 1,21; 1,24; 1,18 and 0,89, respectively.Conclusion. The studies have indicated that in all periods of lactation relative to the high level of cortisol recorded in cows with a higher level of milk productivity. When comparing different rocks, it was established that the limit of the functioning of the adrenal glands in the cows of the Jersey breed was implemented after the first functional load of the ACTH, which gives reason to consider it less stress-resistant with respect to rocks a holstered black and motley, red-motley and monobeldam.

Alexander Sergeevich Mozzhukhin was born on August 27, 1921, in Krasnsodar in a family of an employee. After graduating with honors from high school, A.S. Mozzhukhin became a student at the Kuibyshev Military Medical Academy and completed his medical education with honors at the military faculty of the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute. In 1943, A.S. Mozzhukhin came to the Department of Normal Physiology of S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy, with whom he connected more than 30 years of his life and in which he went from adjunct to head of the department, and scientific secretary of the academic council of the academy. The scientific activity of A.S. Mozzhukhin began in the life-giving atmosphere, which was formed at the department during the leadership of Academician L.A. Orbeli and his closest assistant A.V. Lebedinsky. All scientific activity of A.S. Mozzhukhin is an organic and natural combination of fundamental problems, physiology, psychophysiology, human biology, and practical medicine. The main scientific direction of the Department of Normal Physiology under the leadership of A.S. Mozzhukhin was on the study of the interaction of afferent systems under exposure to extreme stimuli as well as on the study of human functional reserves. In addition, a team examined the physiological cost of pedagogical activity depending on the age, seniority, psychophysical characteristics of teachers, and type of training sessions. A.S. Mozzhukhin investigated the biological effects of ionizing radiation. Together with chemist F.Yu. Rachinsky, he created a radio defense drug RS-1 and became a leading Soviet radiobiologist. A.S. Mozzhukhin created a unique scientific physiological school of the S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy, which scientifically proved that the adaptation process was accompanied by the formation and improvement of a specific system of functional reserves for body adaptation, and the systemic factor was the result of the activity (adaptation). A.S. Mozzhukhin, while working at P.F. Lesgaft Institute of Physical Culture, proved that functional reserves have potentials in changing the functional activity of structural elements of the body and their interaction among themselves to achieve the target result, adapt to physical and psychoemotional loads, as well as the effect of various factors of the external environment on the body. The bright memory of Alexander Sergeyevich Mozzhukhin will forever remain in the hearts of his students and followers.

Background. The indicators of heart rate variability reflect the vital processes of managing the physiological functions of the body — autonomic balance and functional reserves of its management mechanisms, the adaptive capacity of the body, and stress resistance. At the expressed disturbances of autonomic nervous system homeostasis, the risk of emergence and progression of diseases increases. This is especially true for the elderly, who are characterized by comorbidity. The purpose of the study was to assess the state of adaptive capacity and autonomic regulation of the body in patients with precancerous conditions of the stomach with the thyroid gland pathology. Materials and methods. Seventy-two patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into groups: group I consisted of 34 patients with nodules in the thyroid gland; group II included 23 patients with pathological changes of the thyroid gland and 15 patients of group III had a normal thyroid gland. The heart rate variability was assessed based on the results of PRECISE-diagnostics. To diagnose the functional state of the small intestinal microbiota, a hydrogen breath test was performed. Results. In 81.9 % of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and thyroid pathology, an imbalance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system with a prevalence of vagotonia including the patients with thyroid nodules (64.7 %) and pathological changes in the thyroid gland (56.5 %) (р < 0.05). A significant violation of the body’s adaptive capacity was found in 63.2 % of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. The frequency of reduced adaptive capacity of the organism was twice higher in patients with comorbid pathology (p < 0.05). 56.1 % of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis associated with thyroid pathology experienced a decrease in functional reserves of the body. In the spectrum of detected disorders, 68.8 % of patients presented with depletion of functional reserves of the body with increased central control and 31.2 % of patients — hormonal imbalance with a predominance of the humoral link with the inclusion of autonomous control (p < 0.05). The analysis of the stress index showed in half of the examined patients insufficient stress resistance with a probable increase in mean figures to (136.8 ± 7.4) m/s (p < 0.05). Correlations were found between the frequency of detection of excessive bacterial growth syndrome and maladaptation (r = 0.64; p < 0.05), imbalance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system (r = 0.59; p < 0.05). Conclusions. The course of chronic atrophic gastritis associated with thyroid pathology is associated with an imbalance of sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system, depletion of adaptive mechanisms, reduced functional reserves of the body, and stress resistance. At the same time, disorders of the body’s adaptive potential and changes in autonomic balance are associated with the disorders of the small intestinal microbiota, which requires a multidisciplinary approach to the management of patients with comorbid pathology of the stomach and thyroid gland.

The article presents a theoretical analysis and summarizes approaches to the use of kinesioplasty in the training of young football players to optimize motor activity and functional reserves of individual movements. The analysis of the literature showed that the anatomical-physiological and psychological features of the development of the body of young football players are most favorable for the development of most physical qualities of man. Based on the generalization of educational and methodological and scientific literature, it was found that the mechanisms of interaction of posture and arbitrary precise movements are closely interrelated and depend on the state of postural balance and the general center of gravity of the athlete's biomechanics. The expediency of expanding the range of means of the training process of young football players aimed at optimizing their motor activity has been studied. In the sports and training process of young football players found that it is extremely important to develop both cortical mechanisms of motor coordination and the manifestation of various forms of motor coordination in the distal parts of the body, and through muscular activity - changes in spatial, force, temporal characteristics of voluntary movement, biodynamic characteristics of the athlete's posture. It is proved that in order to obtain a positive effect of kinesioplasty methods on the optimization of coordination abilities of young players, it is necessary to restructure the pathological motor stereotype formed as a result of spontaneous development, which adapts the athlete to increase stress and energy expenditure during sports training. And the ability to regulate a variety of parameters of movements is determined by the accuracy of motor sensations and perceptions. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of FC "Kudrivka". The experiment was carried out by stretching the grass-sickle 2021 rock. It was attended by (n = 30 people) of which (n = 15 people) control group and (n = 15 people) experimental group). The age of the subjects was 8-11 years.
