This study is part of the field of training of teachers who teach Mathematics in Elementary School and aims to analyze the constitution of the courses of formation of these teachers - Degree in Pedagogy and Mathematics. Published researches on this subject indicate some gaps in the practice of these teachers, largely due to factors related to initial training. In this sense it is necessary to understand the structure of these courses based on the National Curricular Guidelines for Teacher Training since LDB 9394/96. The text presents an analysis of these documents - a prerequisite to understand the initial training process - involving the structure and organization of the training curriculum, the workload of Mathematics and/or Mathematics Education, curricular internships and course completion work. The analysis indicates that the initial training of teachers who teach Mathematics presents different approaches for pedagogues and graduates in Mathematics, which makes it difficult to continue working with Mathematics in Elementary School.

Practices related to the biographical method in the scenario of the elementary school are explored here in order to highlight its formative potential. Contextualization was an observed methodological resource, and its use resulted in a text full of historical notes. The narrative of the school trajectory and the context of production composes here a memorial, understood as a look at the life story of a teacher who takes his life as an object and, from his experiences, makes history. It is a story of itself, an autobiography, by which we make ourselves historians of ourselves. The narrative unraveled traces of the school, teacher training and pedagogical practice, in order to make the participation of the biographical dimension in the teacher training process easier to understand.School trajectory. This report of experience has as main objective to make approximations of the contributions of the Green Chemistry (QV) to the formative process of graduates in Chemistry, bringing experiences of the International Mobility Paulo Freire realized in the National Pedagogical University (UPN) in a Brazil-Colombia relation about the activities developed in the classroom and in the field. We intend with this work to broaden the discussions about the need for QV in the initial and continuing training curriculum of undergraduate chemistry teachers. This way it is presented some of the areas visited that correspond to the departments of Cundinamarca, Caldas and Antioquia held in the discipline of QV and from this perspective we seek to relate the different spaces mentioned here with the importance of the experiences for the teacher training process and for their practice professional, making a parallel with the training curriculum of Chemistry teachers of the University of origin Federal University of the Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM).

This paper examines initial teacher training policies in the context of youth digitalisation. Based on international ICT competency frameworks for teachers (UNESCO, 2008, 2019) and information literacy, MIL (UNESCO, 2011), we analyse how Spanish (public and private) universities represent digital innovation, and the identity practices of young people, linked to hyperconnectivity. Focusing on initial training received by future secondary teachers, the sample was selected according to the criteria of non-presential learning (online, distance, blended) applied in the teacher training process. Results confirm ongoing deficiencies in critical teacher digitalisation management, highlighting certain asymmetries between the categories constructed. Data reveals the prevalence of intervention more geared towards formal knowledge than towards decoding digital grammar (which is how digitalisation is used in education). The paper concludes by advocating convergence strategies as a circular mechanism that must underpin all teacher training policies in the age of hyperconnectivity.

AbstractThis work is bibliographical and brings the literature review performed for the construction of the doctoral thesis, from the first author and guided by the second one, its theme is: Games and algebraic language for the formation of mathematics teachers of the Education for Youth and Adults students (EJA, in Brazil) of Elementary School II (from 6th to 9th grade, in Brazil). The literature review was based on the CAPES (Coordination for Improvement of Graduated Students, in Brazil) Thesis and Dissertations Catalogue website and on the PUC-SP (Pontifical Catholic University, in São Paulo) Library website from 2015 to 2018. Five master's dissertations and two doctoral thesis were selected in Brazilian universities in the fields of Education, Mathematics and Mathematics Education, as they have a greater connection with our research object they were divided into three categories: teacher training of the EJA, the games in the teaching of Mathematics and Gamification and Mathematics. The papers were read in their abstracts and from the data it was possible to conclude that there is a lack of training for mathematics teachers of the EJA modality and games are resources that enable interaction, motivation and promote mathematical learning. Keywords: Games; Algebra; EJA; Teachers; Mathematics.

Teacher training is an important key of education, although some authors consider the training is not helpful in order to improve learning science of the future teachers. Understanding scientific and mathematics concepts is necessary to develop the logical or abstract reasoning. Most commonly used, the PISA test is a basis in the scientific and mathematics education. In this research, it measures the logical reasoning with the test of logical reasoning and the reading speed and comprehension have been measured by a science PISA test. The students are 109 years old studying to be kindergarten teachers. They use Socrative and their smartphones in order to answer the questions. The results show that the logical reasoning is in the lowest level, the concrete level. The older students have better results than the younger students and there is a correlation between the reading speed and logical reasoning.

Account and challenges in initial years: potential of games as mediators in construction of knowledge Abstract: In Brazil, since the publication of the National Curricular Parameters (1997), the contents of Statistics and Probability are part of the curricula and were reaffirmed in the National Curricular Common Base (2017, 2018). This article aims to present a brief historical context about Probability and Chance. Another aspect will be the discussion of the curriculum issue involving these two themes which can be worked on in the Early Years of Elementary School (1st to 5th grade), presenting preamble about the potential of games, exemplifying proposals for the classroom that allow you to work on initial notions of probability through play, and investigative activities, thus introducing the first notions and then deepening them into subsequent years. We hope to subsidize the work of the teacher and demystify the teaching of Probability with the children in the Initial Years of Elementary School. Keywords: Statistical Education; Probability; Games; Teacher training; Curriculum.

There is little doubt that today the “discovery approach” is the preferred method for teaching mathematics. Implicit in this method is the notion that children should discover mathematical concepts, that the Ieamer engage in some form of inquiry, and that the ongoing process of learning is of prime importance. All this is reflected in the recent emphasis in mathematics education upon discovery, inquiry, and process.
