The purpose of this research is to fulfill the rights of persons with disabilities to obtain jobs following their fields without reducing their rights. The research method used is normative juridical with literature study. Decent work is a right for every human being without exception. Various racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds that are part of a human's identity do not become a barrier for him to get his right. Likewise with the physical or non-physical conditions that underlie a human being. Every human being who has a certain physical or non-physical background also has the same rights to get decent work, including persons with disabilities. The State of Indonesia ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities into Law Number 19 of 2011. In the preamble of the law, it was explained that the countries that signed the convention had the obligation to promote and protect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities and promote their participation in the civil, political, economic, social, and cultural spheres is based on equal opportunities, meaning that the Indonesian Government is obliged by law to fulfill the rights of persons with disabilities, especially about the right to work in Indonesia.

Kata Kunci: Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR), Disabilitas, Kesempatan Kerja AbstractThe state has an obligation for its citizens to respect each other's differences, be it cultural, religious, or physical conditions between people. In this world there is no one who is perfect, but there are people who do not have physical conditions like normal people. They are people with disabilities, which are included in vulnerable communities, because they have physical limitations so they feel difficulties related to social functioning. Disability comes from the word disability or disabilities, which means disability. Disability has become an issue that is always listened to by the community but there are also many people who feel they don't care about people with disabilities. Only a few people with disabilities are able to work like normal people, because they find it difficult to get a job especially with physical conditions that can be said to be incomplete, they only work as beggars on the side of the road who are always looking for mercy from the outside community to give him money to continue his daily life. However, not all people with disabilities always become beggars, they are able to continue to live despite their physical limitations, for example finding decent work for them and not always asking for mercy from the wider community. Companies like Alfamart are always active in appointing persons with disabilities as their employees. Alfamart not only employs 0.1% of people with disabilities in his company, but only 0.4% in appointing people with disabilities as employees over the years. So with this CSR, persons with disabilities will be able to become decent workers and be able to carry out their social functioning in the life of the community. Keywords: Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR), Disability, Job Opportunities

When speaking about education, we can't just think about the ordinary human being called "normal", but it should also address diversity. Curriculum accommodations, adaptations and physical accessibility are greatly important for educational inclusion to exist. A paradigm shift for educators involves the knowledge and acknowledgement of what disability is. On this note we outline from the legal standard all the instruments currently available which guarantee the right to education of personswith disabilities. Not only it is the Law or the standard, but there has to exist knowledge and acknowledgement of what it is in order for everyone to apply and comply.

The enforcement of the death penalty in Indonesia has become a challenge for Indonesian Catholic Church in defending the dignity of human being and his right for life.  Through a literature study, this article will highlight the rule of Catholic Church o death penalty  and its implications for pastoral activities. The study argues that the dignity of human being is based on its nature as rational, free will and conscience creature. Moreover God has created human beings according to His own image and has redeemed them when destroyed by their own sins. Death penalty is essentially against the dignity of human being and human rights, especially the right to life. Therefore, its enforcement must consider the safety and protection of human rights. The death penalty is only allowed for extraordinary crimes against humanity and is carried out to protect the human rights of others as well as through fair, right and objective justice. The study concludes that in order  to protect human rights and the dignity of human being in Indonesia,  the Indonesian Catholic Church, through its pastoral works, must promote and defend the noble dignity of human beings and their right to life (pro life pastoral), carry out pastoral of forgiveness and of mercy to the setenced to death, criticize and oversee every trial which results in the death sentence to the defendant (critical prophetic pastoral).

The recruitment of civil servant for persons with disabilities by the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan is one of the manifestations of Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. The law changes the paradigm that makes persons with disabilities as dignified humans who have the same rights as other citizens, including the right to decent work. Affirmation policies have been given to persons with disabilities, but in practice, there are still people with disabilities who feel discriminated against. This condition needs to be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of civil servant recruitment for persons with disabilities and its compliance with existing policies and also to formulate a policy strategy for the next recruitment. The implementation of civil servant recruitment in 2018 is generally carried out well, except that there are problems with the recruitment of CPNS for persons with disabilities that are not fully in accordance with the policy of respecting, protecting, and fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities. There are several strategies for implementing civil servant recruitment for persons with disabilities, there are: 1) Conducting equal perceptions between central government, regional government, and other related parties, 2) Building positive concepts for persons with disabilities, 3) Providing greater opportunities for persons with disabilities to become civil servant, 4) Arrange the formation of persons with disabilities based on regional needs and persons with disabilities, 5) Conduct planning of implementation of civil servant recruitment for persons with disabilities by involving the community of persons with disabilities and related parties, 6) Optimizing services for persons with disabilities.  Keywords: Evaluation, Civil Servant Recruitment, People with Disabilities ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan penerimaan CPNS bagi penyandang disabilitas oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas. The impact of Covid-19 is very broad and comprehensive in all human life. Students must learn from home, workers work from home, and all people worship from home. Really, a life that I never imagined before. Students complain about online lectures because assignments are increasing, internet quota runs out quickly, not to mention students from remote areas that are difficult to signal. This is clearly very troublesome for them. Even for workers who cannot work from home, the appeal to work from home is not valid. They are not office workers or lecturers who can work from home. They have to work on the streets, in the field, even in the fields or gardens. It is impossible for farmers to work from home. This can make us realize that we cannot eat money. Food needs will still be fulfilled by farmers. Referring to the right to decent work and livelihood, it is fitting for the Government to ensure that there is no Termination of Employment by the company and the provision of adequate wages in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. This paper will discuss the impact events of Covid-19 that have an impact on workers, especially workers. Not a few workers in various regions in Indonesia were laid off and laid off as a result of the Corona pandemic.
