The subject of this research is the development of the architecture of expert system for distributed content aggregation system, the main purpose of which is the categorization of aggregated data. The author examines the advantages and disadvantages of expert systems, toolset for development of expert systems, classification of expert systems, as well as application of expert systems for categorization of data. Special attention is given to the description of architecture of the proposed expert system, which consists of spam filter, component for determination of the main category for each type of the processed content, and components for determination of subcategories, one of which is based on the domain rules, and the other uses the methods of machine learning methods and complements the first one. The conclusion is made that expert system can be effectively applied for solution of the problems of categorization of data in the content aggregation systems. The author establishes that hybrid solutions, which combine an approach based on the use of knowledge base and rules with implementation of neural networks allow reducing the cost of the expert system. The novelty of this research lies in the proposed architecture of the system, which is easily extensible and adaptable to workloads by scaling existing modules or adding new ones. The proposed module for spam detection leans on adapting the behavioral algorithm for detecting spam in emails; the proposed module for determination of the key categories of content uses two types of algorithms: fuzzy fingerprints and Twitter topic fuzzy fingerprints that was initially applied for categorization of messages in the social network Twitter. The module that determine subcategory based on the keywords functions in interaction with the thesaurus database. The latter classifier uses the reference vector algorithm for the final determination of subcategories.

Fuzzy Expert System (FES) with application to earthquake prediction has been presented to reproduce the performance of a human expert in earthquake prediction using expert systems. This research aims to predict future earthquakes having a magnitude 5.5 or greater. Previous earthquake data from 2000 to 2019 have been collected for this purpose. Since the earthquake data for the specified region have been reported on different magnitude scales, suitable relationships were determined to obtain uniform data. The uniform data have been used to calculate seismicity indicators according to the guidelines provided by Gutenberg-Richter’s scale for quantitative determination of earthquake features. The relationships among these seismic indicators have been used by the human expert to set the rule base of Fuzzy expert system. These rules have been mathematically validated and tested on instrumentally recorded earthquake data. The results obtained from the proposed FES presented 47 % accuracy in predicting future earthquakes that may occur in the 100 km radial area from 34.708 ° N, 72.5478 ° E.

BACKGROUND The concept of eHealth literacy refers to the ability of a person to access electronic health information, evaluate the information and apply the resulting knowledge in order to address or solve a health problem. In a society with higher levels of e-health literacy, health and aid in health care can be promoted by using electronic health tools. The first step of promoting eHealth literacy is to assess the current situation of society and determine its health literacy level. Although there are different methods for determination of the level of eHealth literacy in the existing studies, there is no way to measure the level of e-health literacy more precisely and realistically due to its subjective concept. OBJECTIVE This research aims to develop and implement a fuzzy expert system to determine the level of eHealth literacy. The system must be able to identify the weakness of students' e-health literacy in order to tailor services and information to the needs of the target group. In addition, the system could be a help for responsible organizations such as the Ministry of Health or the university to suggest intervention programs for improving the students' eHealth literacy based on the results. METHODS In this paper, different ways of measuring the individual’s literacy level were extracted. Due to the experts’ opinion, the Digital Health Literacy Instrument was selected and used to develop a rule-based fuzzy expert system to determine the levels of eHealth literacy. The reliability and validity of the expert system were evaluated based on the experts’ judgment and by asking for the participation of 50 students of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. In order to decrease the calculation time and make the system easier to use, the fuzzy expert system was modified based on rough set theory, which caused a reduction in the number of rules from 300 to 159. RESULTS The comparison between the two fuzzy expert systems indicated that no significant difference was detected and both systems were succeeded in around 90% of the cases. CONCLUSIONS Determination of the levels of students’ electronic health literacy is a complex problem that includes uncertainty and inaccuracy. Due to the accuracy and agility of expert systems, it is recommended to use the fuzzy-rough expert system in order to overcome this problem.

Abstract A new method is proposed for rapidly solving expert system applications using Boolean algebra formulations. The method consists of two algorithms, applied after the conventional hierarchical type rules have been converted to Boolean expressions. The first algorithm automatically reduces the expressions to the equivalent of only two levels in a logic network, eliminating all intermediate conclusions, and also minimizes the number of inputs per rule. This algorithm has general application in the condensation of rule systems, and makes possible the use of high speed bit matching in specific solutions. The second algorithm operates on the reduced rule set so that, in a given application, a rapid solution is achieved using the fewest possible items of evidence, or user inputs. It is believed that these algorithms will be particularly useful in applications where high speed solutions are important.

Sperm in cattle also known as cement/sperma. In cattle semen decomposition comprises several types and descriptions of the determination of the quality of spermatozoa in cattle. Cattle sperm quality is decisive in determining the quality of the next generation of cows. During an investigation of cement macroscopic and microscopic examination. Macroscopic examination is the examination outline cement without the need for complex tools, while the microscopic examination aims to see the condition of the cement deeper and requires a fairly complete tools. To determine the quality of cement needed a suitable method is using fuzzy logic with mamdani method that will be implemented in an expert system fuzzy. From the example calculations have been done, with the example of a 600 kg cow, age 30, feed 60, and motion 2. Calculation method Mamdani system produces quality output by 72, that its quality is good.

This paper intends to perform the calculation of its EVA® and compare it with the traditional economic indicators in the determination of net income, verifying the advantages and disadvantages of applying (EVA®) as a Management System Based on value. The relevance of this study is to recognize the best proposal that adequately to measure the amount of capital and its opportunity cost. The proposed methodology is based on applying a metric to adequately measure the value of capital and the cost of their compensation through comparison between the traditional method and (EVA®) ten construction companies extracted from the BM & FBOVESPA website. The study results point out that the book profit does not represent the actual value of gain or loss to the stakeholders, the loss itself does not mean prejudice because the traditional metric does not include the opportunity cost.

The subject of the study undertaken was determination of relations between the level and structure of costs and the economic efficiency of the company of Polish food production sector, using the case study of Colian joint-stock company. The study adopted aggregated data of the prices and costs level, the profitability indicators of revenue of assets (ROA), the economic viability of sales (ROS), the net value added, and data from periodic reports on the structure of costs by comparative cost system. The level of costs in the sector and in the company increased, despite the decrease in the share of costs of materials and energy, wages and salaries, social security and other benefits, depreciation as well as taxes and fees in the cost structure. The rate of decline in the operating profitability of assets, the economic profitability of sales and the level of value added at enterprise was lower than the increase in the level of costs, which may result from non-operational activities.

INTISARIErtutur  merupakan salah satu ciri masyarakat Karo yang pada saat ini kurang dipahami oleh generasi muda Karo. Jika hal ini dibiarkan terus, dikhawatirkan budaya ini akan hilang. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah sistem pakar untuk ertutur pada masyarakat Karo sebagai salah satu upaya melestarikan budaya dan mendokumentasikan budaya Ertutur. Erturur dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada penentuan hubungan kekerabatan dalam Tutur Siwaluh. Adapun untuk mengukur tingkat kepastian dipergunakan metode certainty factor.Aturan dalam penentuan hubungan kekerabatan dan tingkat kepastian dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Lembaga Adat Masyarakat Karo. Aturan tersebut  dibentuk berdasarkan kombinasi garis keturunan pihak yang melakukan Ertutur. Penentuan hubungan kekerabatan diperoleh berdasarkan kecocokan Merga/ Beru para pihak yang melakukan Ertutur pada setiap garis keturunan dan nilai kepastiannya dipengaruhi oleh masukan dari pakar serta masukan dari pengguna.Pada proses pengujian, sistem yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan data aktual, yaitu data sebenarnya dari pihak yang melakukan ertutur dan diketahui hubungan kekerabatannya. Hasil pengujian dengan beberapa contoh aktual menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan beberapa kemungkinan hubungan kekerabatan dengan tingkat kepastian yang berbeda. Hubungan kekerabatan ditentukan dengan tingkat kepastian tertinggi.Kata kunci —   Ertutur, Karo, Certainty Factor, Forward Chaining, Sistem Pakar  ABSTRACTErtutur which is one of the characteristic of Karo people is poorly understood by the young generation of Karo people today. If this condition happen continually, this culture will disappear. Therefore, an expert system about Ertutur in Karo Society for preserving and documenting this culture was proposed. In this study, ertutur was limited to the determination of kinship in Tutur Siwaluh. The used method for measuring certainty was certainty factor.Rules in determining kinship and certainty in this study were obtained from the institution of Karo society. The rules were established based on the combination on the lineage combination of people doing Ertutur. Determination of kinship was obtained by matching Merga or Beru for each lineage and certainty value which was influenced by input from experts and user feedback.In the testing process, the produced system was tested using actual data from people doing ertutur and knowing their kinship. The result of the test with some actual examples showed that several possible kinship with different levels of certainty was obtained. Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Providing a safe and healthy workplace is one of the most effective strategies in for holding down the cost of doing construction business. It was a part of the overall management system to facilitate themanagement of the occupational health and safety risk that are associated with the business of the organization. Factors affected the awareness level inclusive of safety and health conditions, dangerous working area, long wait care and services and lack of emergency communication werethe contributed factors to the awareness level for the operational level. Total of 122 incidents happened at Telekom Malaysia Berhad as compared to year 2015 only 86 cases. Thus, the main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between safety and health factors and the awareness level among operational workers.The determination of this research was to increase the awareness level among the operational level workerswho committing to safety and health environment.

Subject. The study analyzes generally accepted approaches to assessing the value of companies on the basis of financial statement data of ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Occidental Petroleum, Devon Energy, Anadarko Petroleum, EOG Resources, Apache, Marathon Oil, Imperial Oil, Suncor Energy, Husky Energy, Canadian Natural Resources, Royal Dutch Shell, Gazprom, Rosneft, LUKOIL, and others, for 1999—2018. Objectives. The aim is to determine the specifics of using the methods of cost, DFC, and comparative approaches to assessing the value of share capital of oil and gas companies. Methods. The study employs methods of statistical analysis and generalization of materials of scientific articles and official annual reports on the results of financial and economic activities of the largest public oil and gas corporations. Results. Based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, I identified advantages and disadvantages of standard approaches to assessing the value of oil and gas producers. Conclusions. The paper describes pros and cons of the said approaches. For instance, the cost approach is acceptable for assessing the minimum cost of small companies in the industry. The DFC-based approach complicates the reliability of medium-term forecasts for oil prices due to fluctuations in oil prices inherent in the industry, on which the net profit and free cash flow of companies depend to a large extent. The comparative approach enables to quickly determine the range of possible value of the corporation based on transactions data and current market situation.
