Railroad R&D Research Results and Service Blueprint-based Railroad R&D Management Service Model Development Research to Strengthen the Link Between Industries

Formative feedback plays an important role in assisting students in their learning process. However, giving information about student weaknesses and strengths is one of the challenges teachers face when they try to implement formative assessment. This study aims to develop a web-based formative feedback system that is able to provide a specific one. This is a development research with steps including needs analysis, model design, model development, and limited model testing. The research has succeeded in developing a web-based formative feedback system through utilizing isomorphic items. The results of the initial test showed that the model can provide timely and effective formative feedback both individually and in groups of students. The use of this model also allows the teachers to discuss student’s learning difficulties in real time responses. The results of this study need to be followed up with the implementation of this model in more extensive trial.

This research seeks to develop an English for Transportation (EnTra) application that can help cadets to master English transportation more easily. The design of this research is the ADDIE model development research. The following steps describe the research and development. (1). Conduct a needs analysis through preliminary research activities. (2). Planning in the form of product and participant determination. (3). The product to be developed is the English for Transportation (EnTra) application. (4). Expert validation in the form of expert / practitioner ratings of the Entra application includes format, language, illustrations and content, as well as multimedia experts, because the product produced is an android application. (5). Implementation of the product to the real target. (6) Product evaluation. The results of this study indicate that, there are seven aspects of assessment given by media expert, material expert and cadets as the aplication’s users. The results of the assessment of the three parties indicate that the application developed has been tested and categorized as very feasible. This means that EnTra's idea of bringing class into one single application that can be accessed anywhere and at any time brings a different atmosphere for cadets in learning English transportation. Abstract: The purpose of this development research is to produce a book enriching local cultural themes based on strengthening character education and literacy. The product consists of a teacher manual and student books. Products developed with the ADDIE model consist of analysis (analysis), design (design), develop (development), implement (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Product feasibility test is obtained through validation test, attractiveness test, practicality test, and influence test to support the research results. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku pengayaan tema budaya lokal berbasis Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dan literasi. Produk terdiri dari buku panduan guru dan buku siswa. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE terdiri dari analisys (analisis), design (desain), develop (pengembangan), implement (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui kegiatan uji validasi, uji kemenarikan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji pengaruh guna mendukung hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilakukan, produk dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria dan persyaratan untuk digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.

Abstract Objectives To observe the effect of an "Internet plus medical"-based health management service model in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and to explore an effective model for NAFLD health management to provide a reference for NAFLD treatment and nursing.Methods A total of 519 patients with NAFLD were randomly assigned to a routine health education group (N=258) or a health management platform group (N=261). The routine health education group received routine health education, and the health management platform group was treated with the "Internet plus medical"-based health management service model to manage NAFLD. The new model provides closed-loop services for the prevention and rehabilitation of NAFLD through the process of grouping, filing, evaluating, planning, intervening, assessing stage and following up. The two groups were observed for 24 weeks. The results of basic indicators, laboratory indicators, body composition analyses, controlled attenuation parameters (CAP) and quality of life assessment questionnaires were used as evaluation indices. All data of the participants were collected and analyzed prior to and following the intervention, and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the routine health education group, the NAFLD health management service model based on “Internet plus medical” treatment effectively reduced the weight, body mass index (BMI), CAP, aspartate transaminase (AST)/alanine aminotransferase (ALT) value, body fat content and visceral fat area of NAFLD patients (P =0.047, 0.031, 0.044, 0.037 and 0.047, respectively) and improve the quality of life of NAFLD patients in terms of physiological role, energy and general health (P=0.027, 0.001 and 0.044, respectively).Conclusions The results of the present study preliminarily confirm the validity and development prospects of the new NAFLD management service model. This finding suggests that the model is an evidence-based model of health education and management for NAFLD prevention in China.

The objective of the research is to develop a valid and practical learning media using google forms for material on the limit of algebraic functions. The type of research is Research and Development (R & D) using the ADDIE model in the process of developing a learning media. The ADDIE model development procedure is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation in validation results of development research involved six students at SMAN 11 Pandeglang and six teachers who are media experts and material experts. The results of this study are (1) Produce mathematics learning media using google forms with good qualifications on the material limit of algebraic functions, (2) Media expert assessments of well-qualified learning media products, and (3) Average results of validation by students on media products with good qualifications.
