Deep learning algorithms have the advantages of clear structure and high accuracy in image recognition. Accurate identification of pests and diseases in crops can improve the pertinence of pest control in farmland, which is beneficial to agricultural production. This paper proposes a DCNN-G model based on deep learning and fusion of Google data analysis, using this model to train 640 data samples, and then using 5000 test samples for testing, selecting 80% as the training set and 20% as the test set, and compare the accuracy of the model with the conventional recognition model. Research results show that after degrading a quality level 1 image using the degradation parameters above, 9 quality level images are obtained. Use YOLO’s improved network, YOLO-V4, to test and validate images after quality level classification. Images of different quality levels, especially images of adjacent levels, are subjectively observed by human eyes, and it is difficult to distinguish the quality of the images. Using the algorithm model proposed in this article, the recognition accuracy is 95%, which is much higher than the basic 84% of the DCNN model. The quality level classification of crop disease and insect pest images can provide important prior information for the understanding of crop disease and insect pest images and can also provide a scientific basis for testing the imaging capabilities of sensors and objectively evaluating the image quality of crop diseases and pests. The use of convolutional neural networks to realize the classification of crop pest and disease image quality not only expands the application field of deep learning but also provides a new method for crop pest and disease image quality assessment.

Based on New Weekly, one of the most influential illustrated Chinese magazines focusing on social issues and phenomena, this paper deals with the new characteristics and functions of the Chinese print media today. By describing its development and cover story themes, I argue that the Chinese print media represented by New Weekly doesn’t simply demonstrate how such media attempts to attract readers by taking advantage of its own changing appearance and format, including its design, printing quality, level of advertisements, classification of themes, and so on. Rather, this media is manifesting a changing concpetualization of intellectuals in China today. The Chinese print media, then, has new characteristics. It no longer serves simply as an ideological ‘microphone’ or ‘mouthpiece,’ but rather observes and comments on social issues and phenomena in mainland China. In this way it reflects the changing conception and perception of intellectuals in its own approaches and perspectives. By tracing this historical development, I attempt to indicate that new media like New Weekly actively promotes consciousness of social issues, while reflecting how such consciousness has an impact on everyday life. Such new cultural functions indicate that the print media is able to play a major role in influencing, if not determining, Chinese public opinion.

Abstract. When using the mixture Rasch model, the model identification constraints are either to set the equal means for all classes in the assumed normal ability distributions (equal ability mean constraint in short), or to set the sum of item difficulties to be zero for each class. In real data analysis, however, both constraints are not always sufficient to establish a common scale across latent classes unless some items are specified as anchor items in the estimation. If these two conventional constraint approaches recover the class membership as good as the anchor item constraint approach, the conventional constraint approaches may be considered useful for the purpose of class membership classification. This study investigated agreement on class membership between one conventional constraint (the equal ability mean) and the anchor item constraint approaches. Results showed high agreement between these two constraint approaches, indicating that the conventional constraint of the equal mean ability approach may be used to recover the latent class membership although item profiles are not correctly estimated across latent classes.

The article discusses the methodological foundations of the classification of investments in enterprises of the tourism industry of the Russian Federation. Considered the need for implementation and identified key factors of innovation in the tourism sector. The most important and significant factors directly influencing the intensity of innovation in the functioning of subjects of the tourism sector include the following: the increase in the level of competition in modern tourism is a direct consequence of the transition of subjects of the tourism sector from aggressive price competition to the principles of competition as part of increasing the quality level and optimal ratio quality and price indicators; The rapidly growing needs of modern society are forcing tourism enterprises to form more sophisticated, rich and diverse products and offer the most unified and, at the same time, extraordinary services; the active development of information, technical and communication technologies stimulate the subjects of the tourism sector to introduce and apply the latest achievements of science and technology to improve performance indicators and meet the needs of tourists; the intensification of globalization processes is the reason for the diversification of the production of tourism services and the unification of tourism enterprises at the national and international levels. It has been established that innovation in the field of tourism needs to be understood as a qualitatively new product that comprehensively allows to meet the existing and potential needs of tourists and get the maximum effect (socio-economic, financial, etc.). It is determined that the state and development of the industry determine the possibilities for implementing innovation and investment activities of a separate tourism enterprise, based on its internal needs and available resources. It was found that the generalization and complex systematization of classification elements and features, as well as the formation of a scientifically based list of innovations used in the operation of companies in the tourism sector, has significant practical significance, since it determines the potential ability to give a detailed idea of the characteristics of a particular innovation.

Introduction. In modern design, there is a relevant topic of creating original stage costumes using ancient sacred Finno-Ugric symbols. Materials and Methods. The choice of goals and objectives, which is based on the principle of consistency, determined the methodology of the work that is based on the synthesis of cultural and art history analysis. Results and Discussion. In line with the interdisciplinary research, the article considers the use of artistic techniques that allow us to preserve the code of recognition of the passing epochs in the current design: in the forms of symbols and signs of the Finno-Ugric peoples, color solutions, textures of fabrics and materials, decor, and the location of sacralization. It gives the author’s classification of modern collections of ethno-costume: conditionally authentic; folklore; pop; competitive. It considers the female complex of the northern Komi-Permians as a source for the creation of conditionally authentic costumes for the folk ensemble “Samorodky” (“Nuggets”). All theoretical findings are illustrated by their practical use in the creation of author’s collections. The main emphasis is made on the Udmurt costumes. Conclusion. The design of a modern Udmurt costume will be most effective and will reach a high-quality level. For this purpose, it is important to reveal sacred, semiotic and aesthetic content of the traditional costume and be scientifically understood and adequately adapted to today’s style and functional requirements both in design and in the semantic characteristics of decorative elements and accessories.
