As the number of hydrogen refueling stations has increased rapidly in recent times, evaluating their incident training programs for first responders, has gained importance. In this study, the Delphi method was used for investigating the training programs, and the importance of the consensus programs was analyzed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Location and operating methods of the emergency shutdown devices, safety distance, and response procedures depending on the hydrogen refueling station and hydrogen vehicle, were deduced. The results reveal that the training regarding emergency shutdown devices is the most important, followed by the one regarding safety distance. Quantitative analysis with regard to the training programs for hydrogen refueling stations can improve the response capability of first responders.

Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

In the era of autonomy, swamp (situ) is the one of property that could be managed by the local government in order to raise their revenues (PAD). However, in order to maximize its PAD, the decisions made by local governments usually faced with a complex situation. The research objective is to assess the perceptions and preferences of stakeholders that include the public, private sector and government towards the development of swamp. One of the eighteen swamps in Bekasi is "Situ Pule By using AHP obtained information that the most responsible party for the development of Situ Pulo is local government. Seeing this fact, the local government should be able to do development initiatives. However, the process of swamp development should depart from the aspirations of local communities.

There is a lack of objective tools to comprehensively evaluate premature ejaculation (PE) treatment results clinically. We aimed to describe the development of a novel scoring system for PE treatment results as an example of using the Delphi method and an analytical hierarchy process for complex decision-making in the field of sexual medicine. A Delphi question survey was adopted to collect expert opinions from 47 Chinese specialists in andrology/urology on the assessment of PE treatment outcomes based on four primary properties, that is, the improvement in intravaginal ejaculation latency time, a couple’s mental status, the ability to control ejaculation, and sexual intercourse satisfaction. Different weights on those primary properties were assigned to create a mathematical hierarchy matrix and then perform an analysis. The scores were assigned according to the calculated weights. The ratio among the combined weights of the four primary properties was 1:3:2:3. The total numerical score was 36. Scores above 27, between 26 and 18, and below 17 indicated significant improvement, moderate improvement, and no improvement in PE, respectively, with selected treatments. The scoring system with 36 points can be used by physicians, patients, and their sexual partners to comprehensively and objectively assess quantitative PE treatment results.

Sikkim is the one of the smallest states in India. The state government is promoting eco-tourism as a primary sector of economy. Natural and cultural attributes make Sikkim an ideal destination for Cultural, wildlife, adventure and religious tourism. The objective of the paper is to prioritize these four identified forms of tourism with a view to measure their relative appropriateness in the context of Sikkim. The methodology is based on three tools based on continuous scale, Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) respectively. The data has been collected from 40 respondents (senior civil service officers) The paper concludes that that in terms of appropriateness cultural tourism emerges as best followed by religious, adventure and wildlife tourism in that order. Also the three tools appear valid as they arrive at matching conclusions. Our contribution is that prioritization of forms of tourism has been done for the first time and that too using a comprehensive methodology utilizing AHP, QFD and continuous scale.

The aim of this study is to introduce the development of the Chinese Assessment and Evaluation of Physical Literacy (CAEPL), to present the theoretical model of the CAEPL, and to quantify the weight of each domain of the CAEPL. 34 experts took part in the Delphi survey, and 23 experts completed all the three rounds of the survey. Experts’ opinions are used to develop the theoretical model of the CAEPL. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was employed for determining the weights of subdomains and items of the CAEPL. The CAEPL is a comprehensive model, including intention of physical activity (IPA), knowledge of physical activity (KPA), motor/sport skill (MSS), behavior of physical activity (BPA) and physical fitness (PF). Specific weights of IPA, KPA, MSS, BPA and PF are 17.25%, 16.23%, 27.01%, 23.72% and 15.79%, respectively. The CAEPL provides an important and useful instrument to measure and improve physical literacy (PL) among young Chinese people. Studies on the feasibility, reliability, validity and sensitivity of the CAEPL should be conducted to improve it in the future.

Internet Of Things (IoT) is one of the trends that is in demand to carry out various automation and control of devices or machines easily anytime and anywhere, the existing Internet Of Things (IoT) devices are of various kinds according to the needs of the One of the users is the Arduino Board. Arduino is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P microchip which is used to control various electronic components. Analytical Hierarchy Process is applied in the selection of Arduino board in data calculation and analysis with the addition of Expert Choice software. Primary data collection is by suggesting the criteria used as variables in the assessment. Primary data is obtained from questionnaire data that has been filled in by each respondent. Giving weight of the assessment based on each respondent's data according to the criteria consisting of Cost, Clock Speed, Flash Memory, SRAM, Connectivity, and the number of input / output pins. The result of this study is that the connectivity criteria is the most important criterion for respondents for the Arduino Board assessment, which is 34.2%. For the priority order for the alternative Arduino board, the first is ESP32 of 25.6%, ESP12F of 20%, MCU v3 Node of 19.9%, WEMOS D1 mini of 18.9%, Mega rev3 of 9.9% and the last is uno R3 of 5.7%.
