The paper considers the interaction of ultrahigh-frequency waves with moist grains, in which the moisture information is represented as a function of two variables: the attenuation and phase shift of the electromagnetic wave. Wet material is represented as consisting of three flat layers: water, dry matter and air. Based on uncomplicated calculations, the conversion functions are derived and the influence of moisture, temperature and density coupling forms on the error of moisture conversion is studied.

The process of plasmochemical decomposition H2S in a rotating reactor is studied. The generation of ultrahigh-frequency radiation in pulsed mode was synchronized with the rotation of the rotor. The influence of the rotor speed on the formation of the region of existence of a plasma discharge in the reactor and separation of H2S de-composition products are established. The content of hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase was analyzed at different points of the reactor along its radius. The concentration of H2 and H2S was determined by chromatog-raphy.

Abstract Clonal micro-propagation ensures the production of genetically homogeneous, healthy virus-free planting material. This kind of propagation is influenced by genetic, physiological, hormonal, physical factors, and plant genotype. To increase the success of the process, it is necessary to optimize the methods of clonal micropropagation. The technology of clonal micropropagation of grapevine using a culture of apical meristems with a size of 0.1-0.2 mm was developed, the scheme of plant regeneration was improved, a new biotechnological techniques were developed for all stages of propagation. A method of processing of meristems with an ultrahigh frequency (microwave) electromagnetic field (EMF) in combination with a narrow-band laser was developed. Method for improving recovery from viral and bacterial infections using the growth regulator Emistim, Salicylic acid, the antibiotics Gentamicin and Cefotaxime was found. A method of water therapy was developed. The optimal parameters of intensity and duration of illumination were established. Ways of adaptation of healthy plants to non-sterile environmental conditions were optimised. Methods of testing of viral infection was improved. Techniques of planting healthy seedlings in film, greenhouses and open ground were developed. The creation of unique basic vine nursery in Ust-Donetsk region was the result of conducted studies.

Abstract The most promising direction of improving food technologies for baby food is the use of new technical solutions that ensure maximum preservation of natural ingredients contained in the initial plant raw materials in the finished product. To do this, instead of the traditional process of blanching in water, microwave blanching is proposed directly in glass jars in microwave EMF (ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic field) with a frequency of 2400 MHz for 1.5 minutes, after which syrup is poured at a temperature level of 980C, prepared with the addition of infusion extracted from secondary products, followed by sealing of cans and sterilization according to a new gentle sterilization regime with a preliminary increase in the temperature level of the semi-finished product by processing it in microwave EMF before sealing cans, for 1.5 min.
