Abstract The nonstationary in time series data may be caused by the existence of intervention, outliers, and heteroscedastic effects. The outliers can represent an intervention so that it creates a heteroscedastic process. This research investigates the involvements of these three factors in time series data modelling. It is also reviewed how long the effects of the intervention and outliersfactors will last. The weekly IDR-USD exchange rate in period of May 2015 to April 2020 be evaluated. It is obtained that ARIMA model with the intervention factor gives the best re-estimation result, with smallest average of errors squared. Meanwhile for prediction, the heteroscedastic effect combined with outlier factors gives better results with the lowest percentage of errors. One of the phenomenal interventions in this data is the Covid-19 pandemic, which was started in Indonesia on March 2020. It is found that the effect of the intervention lasts less than five months and the prediction shows that the volatility of IDR-USD exchange rate starts to decline. This shows the stability of the process is starting to be maintained.

In this research, the primary purpose is to know and analyze the impact of gross domestic, regional products in the agriculture sector, local minimum salary, and investing toward employment in the agriculture sector in Batanghari District. This research was carried out in Batanghari District, Jambi Province, using secondary data for 19 years since 2000-2018, Sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The data analysis model is econometric using multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS version 22 as the research data processor. According to the estimation result, it was found partially, PDRB agriculture sector has a positive impact and is significant toward employment in the agriculture sector in Batanghari District. At the same time, local minimum salary variables and investment do not positively impact a career in Batanghari District.  Keywords: Employment, PRDB in the agriculture sector, provincial minimum salary, investment

Abstract A flow velocity or tissue motion can be measured by pulse Doppler method. However, when the method is applied to a sinusoid motion or harmonic vibration, the estimation result is deviated. In this paper, the generalized theory of pulse Doppler measurement to the sinusoid motion is explained and the relation between the estimation deviation and the real value is given. Furthermore, a special case of binary velocity estimation is expanded and simulated with different parameters. This simulation result suggested that different selection of parameters may fundamentally affect the output of pulse Doppler estimation.

AbstractThe visibility estimation of the environment has great research and application value in the fields of production. To estimate the visibility, we can utilize the camera to obtain some images as evidence. However, the camera only solves the image acquisition problem, and the analysis of image visibility requires strong computational power. To realize effective and efficient visibility estimation, we employ the cloud computing technique to realize high-through image analysis. Our method combines cloud computing and image-based visibility estimation into a powerful and efficient monitoring framework. To train an accurate model for visibility estimation, it is important to obtain the precise ground truth for every image. However, the ground-truth visibility is difficult to be labeled due to its high ambiguity. To solve this problem, we associate a label distribution to each image. The label distribution contains all the possible visibilities with their probabilities. To learn from such annotation, we employ a CNN-RNN model for visibility-aware feature extraction and a conditional probability neural network for distribution prediction. The estimation result can be improved by fusing the predicting results of multiple images from different views. Our experiment shows that labeling the image with visibility distribution can boost the learning performance, and our method can obtain the visibility from the image efficiently.

Background: Anestrus is a multifactorial problem in buffaloes. Herbal preparations yielded favorable results with estrus induction. Hence, the present study was undertaken to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Estrona powder (Rakesh Pharmaceutical) on induction of estrus in anestrus buffaloes under field conditions. Methods: In total, 29 buffaloes were selected during Ambulatory clinics at village Sanoda and randomly allotted to two groups. The treatment group was fed 125g Estrona powder (n=18;101±10 Days in milk) for four days, while same amount of concentrate was fed to buffaloes of placebo group (n=11; 99±08 Days in milk). Blood from jugular vein was collected before initiation of treatment, day 0 (D0), day of estrus (DE) and on day 60 after AI/Service (D60) for estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4) estimation. Result: A significant number of buffaloes in Estrona treatment group induced estrus 80%(13/18) within shorter time interval (11.3±4.9 days) as compared to Placebo group 27% (3/11). No effect of treatment was observed on E2 and P4 concentrations during D0, DE and D60. However, within group, there was significant effect on D0, DE and D60 on concentrations of P4 and E2 hormones. These results indicate that Estrona powder successfully induced estrus, hence can be used for estrus induction in buffaloes.

This study aims the effect of electrification on productivity. We used data panel on kabupaten dan kota level with 2014-2019 period. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with the data used is secondary data in the form of GDRB panel data throughout Indonesia In this study, productivity defined as GDRB per capita. Estimation result shows that the electrification ratio has a positive and significant effect to GDRP per capita on 2014-2019 nationally, in Sumatera island, and Kalimantan island. The presence of electrification can support productivity, such as lightning, use of mahines more efficiently, home appliance, and ICT or communication. Therefore, electrification should be fulfilled in Indonesia to increase GDRP per capita growth.

The aim of this research is to recognize the income variable, the economic activity, and the family size determination, also differences in the location of living against oil palm farmer consumption in Labuhanbatu Regency, Indonesia. The Method that used to analyze the data is Multiple Linear Regression model, specified in Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) method. The estimation result found that all of independent variable positive significantly influenced the food consumption. Otherwise, the negative one significantly influenced the non-food consumption outcome. The estimation result also found that the level of consumption for many kinds of urban food was fewer than hinterland society food consumption about Rp.1.248.000. However, the urban consumption more excessively than coastal area society about Rp.1.323.000.  While the level of consumption outcome for many kinds of non-food urban consumption larger than non-food hinterland consumption about Rp.2.248.000. Also larger than non-food coastal society consumption about Rp.1.376.000. The variation of independent variable capability to explain the food consumption about 92,5 % and non-food consumption outcome about 87,4 %. The specification models were appropriated which the model free of multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity classic assumption collision

Previous studies revealed that consuming activities and spending money to meet needs can improve individuals’ happiness. Our study showed that spending money, not for personal needs also has a big impact on individuals’ well-being. We used 26,464 observations of 4th  and 5th  waves of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) to predict the expenditures for non-personal needs (known as prosocial expenditure) on one's subjective well-being. The estimation result of the probit model showed that pro-social expenditure had a positive correlation with subjective well-being. On average, those who spend more on charity are happier than people who spend less. We also found that prosocial expenditure among Muslim and non-Muslim observations had different effects on happiness and life satisfaction.
