This article carries out the overall design framework of the IoT sensor data processing platform and analyzes the advantages of using the integrated construction platform. The platform is divided into two parts, a web management platform and a data communication system, and interacts with the database by integrating the business layers of the two into one. The web management platform provides configurable communication protocol customization services, equipment information, personal information, announcement information management services, and data collection information monitoring and analysis services. The collected data is analyzed by the sensor data communication service system and then provided to the web management platform for query and call. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the combination of genetic algorithm and neural network and proposes the necessity of improving genetic algorithm. The improved level involves chromosome coding methods, fitness function selection, and genetic manipulation. We propose an improved genetic algorithm and use an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) to optimize the neural network structure. The finite element method is adopted, the finite element model is established, and the shock piezoelectric response is numerically simulated. The genetic neural network method is used to simulate the collision damage location detection problem. The piezoelectric sensor is optimized, and the optimal sensor configuration corresponding to its initial layout is obtained, which provides guidance for the optimal configuration of the actual piezoelectric sensor.

Cyber attacks against the web management interface of Internet of Things (IoT) devices often have serious consequences. Current research uses fuzzing technologies to test the web interfaces of IoT devices. These IoT fuzzers generate messages (a test case sent from the client to the server to test its functionality) without considering their dependency, which is unlikely to bypass the early check of the server. These invalid test cases significantly reduce the efficiency of fuzzing. To overcome this problem, we propose a stateful message generation (SMG) mechanism for IoT web fuzzing. SMG addresses two problems in IoT fuzzing. First, we retrieve the message dependency by using web front-end analysis and status analysis. These dependent messages, which can easily bypass the server check, are used as a valid seed. Second, we adopt a multi-message seed format to preserve the dependency of the messages when mutating the seed to get a valid test case, so that the test case can bypass the state check of the server to make a valid test. Message dependency preservation is implemented by our proposed parameter mutation and structural mutation methods. We implement SMG in our IoT fuzzer, SIoTFuzzer, which applies IoT firmware on the latest Linux-based simulation tool, FirmAE. We test nine IoT devices including a router and an IP camera and adopt a vulnerability detection mechanism. Our evaluation results show that (1) SIoTFuzzer is capable of finding real-world vulnerabilities in IoT devices; (2) our SMG is effective as it enables Boofuzz (a popular protocol fuzzer) to find command injection and cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities; and (3) compared to FirmFuzz, SIoTFuzzer found all the vulnerabilities in our benchmarks, while FirmFuzz found only four—the efficiency of our tool increased by 20.57% on average.

Nowadays, the online business is fast-growing since it is convenient, more profitable, and less energy-consuming. The changing consumers’ needs force companies and organizations to adjust and modernize their marketing strategies. The authors emphasized that Internet advertising channels would overcome the traditional ones. Therefore, it is relevant to consider the latest trends in e-commerce to provide effective advertising campaigns. This study aims to conduct the competitive analysis of Ukrainian veterinary enterprises’ websites as one of the key marketing management determinants. The study object are the most prominent Ukrainian veterinary enterprises. The methodological basis for this paper includes trend, bibliometric, and comparative content analysis. The trend analysis results showed a constant interest in web management worldwide. In turn, there are significant fluctuations over the previous five years in Ukraine. The findings indicated that search requests for «pharmaceutics» worldwide are gradually increasing, while there is not enough statistic data in Ukraine. The bibliometric analysis for Scopus publications addressed the marketing management in the pharmaceutical were visualized by 4 clusters. The first cluster covers marketing, management, and risk issues; the second – pharmaceutical industry, the third – economy; and the fourth – quality control. The findings showed that veterinary medicine was mostly associated with drug efficacy, management, investment, management, risk, organization and management, patents, and quality control. This issue has been most actively studied by scientists from the United States, Britain, Germany, India, and Italy. This study provided the comparative analysis of veterinary enterprises web sites based on the main indicators as follows: usability, site structure, site indexation, number of external pages, overall traffic, behavioral factors (bounce rate, pages per visit, time on site), traffic sources (direct, referrals, SEO, SMM, e-mail, and display advertising), and adaptability to the mobile versions. The obtained results showed that all Ukrainian biological vaccines manufacturers for animals were represented on the Internet. In turn, as of September 2020, Biotestlab most effectively used the Internet to promote products. In second place is the Sumy Biological Factory, and then – Kherson Biological Factory.

AbstractFish community responses to long-term mass removal of planktivorous fish from eutrophicated Lake Tuusulanjärvi were examined during 1996–2018 by gill net test fishing, hydroacoustics with simultaneous trawling, virtual population analysis (VPA) and fish growth measurements. The gillnet catches of white bream and roach increased first while bream and bleak decreased but recovered in the early 2000s. Perch and pikeperch increased but ruffe decreased and remained low. According to hydroacoustics, pelagic fish biomass decreased. Smelt was the most abundant species at the beginning and the end of the monitoring period but bream dominated the fish biomass in most years. VPA calculations indicated a five- and threefold increase in the biomass of bream and white bream, respectively, during 2005–2011. Significant increases appeared in the growth of perch, bream and roach. Overall, the responses in the fish community structure and fish abundance to the food web management were slight and mostly masked by changes in reproduction and growth of fish and annual variability in environmental conditions such as temperature and water turbidity. Gillnet test fishing and echo sounding complemented each other well in monitoring the effects of management fishing. Where bream is one of the dominant species VPA is also recommended.

A novel approach for discovering vulnerability in commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IoT devices is proposed in this paper, which will revolutionize the area. Unlike previous work, the web management interface in IoT was used to detect vulnerabilities by leveraging fuzzing technology. To validate and evaluate this scheme, a tool named WMIFuzzer was designed and implemented. There were also two challenges: (1) due to the diversity of web interface implementations, there were no existing seed messages for fuzzing this interface and it was inefficient while taking random messages to launch the fuzzing and (2) because of the highly structured seed message, fuzzing with byte-level mutation could conduce to be rejected by the device at an early stage. To address these challenges, a brute-force UI automation was designed to drive the web interface to generate initial seed messages automatically, as well as a weighted message parse tree (WMPT) was proposed to guide the mutation to generate mostly structure-valid messages. The extensive experimental results show that WMIFuzzer could achieve expected result while 10 vulnerabilities including 6 zero-days in 7 COTS IoT devices were discovered.

Cloud computing is undergoing a perpetual advancement and new developments through distributed computing approaches and implementation of advanced virtualization technologies within the framework of recent powerful computing and web management systems. As Cloud computing evolves, the organizations can manage their data with small operational expenses. With the use of web services, cloud computing allows access to ubiquitous data storage and utilization of resources. On the other hand, the benefits of cloud computing come along with issues and challenges such as data security, reliability and availability of the resources in the cloud. In this paper, we present the design of a secure Resource Management System to monitor and control the geographically distributed resources in various segments under the enterprise scenario.
