The world's population is growing every day, and so is the number of patients. People's life expectancy is increasing due to technology's welfare, but the problem is that the health sector has always faced a shortage of inadequate doctors. This research main objective was to design and implement a biomedical-based medical assistant robot named "Docto-Bot" to deal with this problem. This research concerns this medical assistant robot's design and development for the disabled and the patients in need. Such a robot's prime utilization is to minimize person-to-person contact and ensure the cleaning, sterilization, and support in hospitals and similar facilities such as quarantine. This prototype robot consists of a medicine reminding and medicine providing system, Automatic hand sanitizer and IoT based physiological monitoring system (body temperature, pulse rate, ECG, Oxygen saturation level). A direct one-to-one server-based communication method and user-end android app maintaining system designed. It also included the controlling part, which control automatically and manually by users. Docto-Bot will play a very significant factor in bio-medical robot applications. Though the achievements described in the paper look fruitful and advanced, shortcomings still exist.

Abstract: Surgery is a methodology done in current medication to distinguish, keep away from and fix any approaching affliction which could genuinely influence the presence of any living being. Henceforth medical procedures structure a basic piece of people/creatures in guaranteeing life or improvement in the current condition to lead a cheerful and sound life. The utilization of Artificial Intelligence as a piece of choice decision supportive networks (AI) to work on the exhibition of explicit undertakings (by clinical robots) is standing out enough to be noticed as a piece of mechanical mediation in medical services. This paper endeavours to feature the advancement, restriction, openings and difficulties in utilizing AI-based innovations in robot-assisted medical procedures. We additionally propose an AI-based system for abnormality discovery and situating of the careful apparatus dependent on the information got from the processed pictures. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Medical Robot, Medical Image Processing, Surgery

The COVID-19 is the infectious disease caused by the coronavirus which is a respiratory pathogen. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing hospital treatment. About 20% of those who get COVID-19 become seriously ill and require oxygen, with 5% becoming critically ill and needing intensive care. Complications leading to death may include respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), etc. To have a solution on this we are getting treatment from doctors, nurses and they are doing their best. But sometimes this is causing problem as they cannot give attention to each and every patient because of work load. On this situation. To help society, to help people we have a product which we can use as an attendee to the patient. This product can help patient to get his/her medications and syrups on time and majorly helps to the Covid-19 suffering patient to control patient’s oxygen level.

In the article, the author, on the positive side, assessing the capabilities of robotic medicine, states that today there is no comprehensive study of the safety of medical robots. In this regard, the possibility of risks and threats in the conduct of robotic surgical care cannot be denied. These actions can lead to serious legal consequences for the surgeon, medical institution and manufacturer of the medical robot. The author draws attention to the fact that there is no definition of the concept of "medical robot" in domestic regulatory legal acts. However, the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation" establishes the concept of "medical product," which is quite capacious and may include the concept of "medical robot."It is necessary to distinguish the concept of "medical robot" as one of the types of medical devices, indicating it in the text of the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The author concludes that it should be understood as a "medical robot," and also attempts to classify the criminological risks arising from its use, depending on the contact of the medical robot with humans. In addition, the publication raises issues of qualifying the actions of attackers who, in the process of illegal access, illegally receive patient data, which forms part of the crime under Art. 137 of the Criminal Code.
