With the rapid development of Internet technology, millions of small, medium, and microenterprises are using Internet recruitment platforms to host their recruitment information. They have different job requirements and benefits positions. It is important to understand them for job seekers when choosing a position. Existing Internet recruitment platforms do not provide a detailed analysis of positions and visual methods for multidimensional matching of positions and job applicants. Candidates need to spend a lot of energy to screen out suitable positions. In this paper, we propose an efficient interpretable visualization method of multidimensional structural data matching based on job seekers and positions. First, we extract the keywords of the job seeker’s ability and benefits based on personal information, and we generate a job seeker ability table and a job seeker demand table. After that, we calculate the degree of the support, confidence, and promotion of each rule through the association rules generated by each frequent itemset of recruitment data to obtain the association rule table. We further explore the relationship between the skills required for the three types of positions based on the association rule. Finally, we use the regression method to build a salary forecasting model. On this basis, we predict the salary of job seekers based on the work experience, education, and work city provided by the job seeker. Simulation results show that our method has better performance on the job analysis and recommendation.

Introduction There is a lack of lesbian, bisexual and gay (LGB)-focused nursing research, in part, because the population is traditionally difficult to access. This article explores the effectiveness, benefits, and limitations of online recruitment of a distinct population of LGB-identified nurses in a study of substance use and minority stress. Methodology A sample of nurses who self-identified as LGB were recruited for an online survey using organic Facebook outreach. A $5 Amazon gift card was offered as an incentive. Facebook insights data and demographic data were analyzed. Results Within 96 hours, 394 participants had completed the 101-question online survey. The majority ( n = 269, 68.6%) reported accessing the survey through Facebook. Email ( n = 79, 20.2%) and word of mouth ( n = 44, 11.2%) also contributed to recruitment. Discussion The effectiveness of this Facebook recruitment protocol speaks to the importance of social media, survey incentives, and the “power of visibility” in recruitment of this population.

Methodological approaches to identifying widely-and poorly-demanded skills are proposed and tested during the competence analysis of labor supply and demand using Big Data technologies.the competence profile of the vacancies of the professional core and extra - skills. An innovative author's approach to assessing the potential of skills capitalization — a possible increase in the salary of an applicant due to the expansion of the set of skills that he has-is proposed and tested. The current policy directions of formation and improvement of skills of the population in the Russian Federation are identified and systematized. The strategic challenges of the period of digital transformation of the labor sphere facing the Russian Federation and the priority areas of human resources development that meet these challenges are identified. The conclusions and recommendations can be used in the work of the Ministry of Labor of Russia, Rostrud, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Ministry of Education of Russia, government authorities, employment services of the Russian regions, as well as organizations of the professional education system.

The content of this chapter describes the processes by which individuals become radicalized toward militant jihadi terrorism and ultimately join terrorist groups using ISIS recruitment and radicalization within ISIS as the focus of doing so. In doing so, it identifies steps that practitioners and policy makers can use to prevent and counter violent jihadist extremism by taking a nuanced approach that considers psychosocial vulnerabilities and environmental factors that contribute to radicalization. The case studies presented to illustrate these points are gleaned from the 240 interviews [1] with ISIS defectors, returnees, and imprisoned cadres interviewed by the first author, a research psychologist, in her role as director of the International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism (ICSVE) and well as hundreds of terrorists from other groups. In the case of the ISIS interviews, with the interviewees’ consent, the interviews were video-recorded and cut to create short counter narrative clips that can be used as a powerful tool for challenging the beliefs that individuals who have been exposed to ISIS propaganda may hold. This chapter also focuses on the Internet campaigns that ICSVE has used to test various aspects of the counter narrative videos, revealing the best ways to utilize the counter narratives and to maximize their impact online. Given that ISIS has become notorious for its skill at Internet recruitment and creating high-quality propaganda videos, it is imperative that counter terrorism professionals are able to parallel their efforts in order to continue fighting them even after the territorial defeat of the Caliphate.

Abstract We explore a number of new developments in the field of employee recruitment and selection with a focus on recent technological developments. We discuss examples of technological developments across the four stages of the recruitment and selection process. In the attraction stage we discuss how on-line/internet recruitment and especially social networking websites have changed dramatically the focus of attracting candidates effectively. In the next stage of screening, we discuss how cybervetting and applicant tracking systems offer opportunities but also threats for recruiters and candidates. In the third stage of employee selection, we focus especially on two new selection methods; the asynchronous/digital interview and gamification/games-based assessment, along with the critical role and impact applicant reactions have on the selection process. Finally, we briefly discuss the main technological developments in on-boarding and socialization, and we conclude with a few suggestions for future research in this field.

The aim of the study is to identify and determine the features, trends, problems that have developed in the modern Russian labor market in the sphere of labor supply and demand based on data from HeadHunter.ru. To solve these tasks, the authors used the methods of content analysis and comparative analysis, logical justification and expert assessments. As part of the study, the authors analyzed scientific works by foreign and domestic authors devoted to the problems of the labor market development and the demand for workers in the conditions of the development of the modern economy. They analyzed and systematized the data from Internet recruitment portal Head- Hunter (based on parsing resumes and vacancies) in the context of regions, spheres and types of employment, salary, work schedule, work experience, etc., and made the appropriate conclusions. Based on a comparative analysis of the data parsing resumes and vacancies, the authors identified trends and features of the demand and supply of labor in the labor market. The results of the study can be useful for government bodies in the development and implementation of policies in the field of labor market regulation and employment of the population.
