To verify the composed Web services, a general view of what traits of a service need to be identified is still lacking. The existing verification model did not address any mechanism for getting alternative services if we failed to reach the desired service and partially concentrated on the reachability problem for a deterministic and non-deterministic system in sequential. This paper proposes a Synthesised Non-deterministic Turing Machine Model (SNTMM) by combining the Multistacked Non-deterministic Turing Machine (MSNTM) model and Multitaped Non-deterministic Turing Machine (MTNTM) model to verify the composed Web services for both deterministic and non-deterministic systems in parallel. The deceased transition and departed service marking algorithm have been proposed to address each participated service’s reachability in composing service for all possible input in parallel. This article shows an example to demonstrate the meticulousness of the model. The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed model is measured efficiently

Abstract Objectives To ascertain OT and PT experiences of managing Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) patients, specifically the training and confidence levels of therapists, use of evidence-based practice, accessibility of pain management and clinical psychology services, and perceived usefulness of a specialist centre in Scotland. Methods A mixed-method survey was distributed to Rheumatology OTs/PTs in Scotland. It included multiple choice and open text questions, which were analysed to reflect therapist’s experiences and perception of service need. Results We found that therapists in Scotland do have expertise in the management of HSD/hEDS patients; however, this expertise tends to be concentrated in secondary care, which makes it difficult for patients who are managed in primary care to access. The majority of respondents reported lack of access to external training (80%). There was difficulty in referral to pain management services (55%), and clinical psychology (28%) amongst adult therapists. Paediatric services provided considerably better access to these disciplines. Of note, the majority of respondents were in favour of a specialist centre in Scotland for the training and education of therapists (94.7%) and the diagnosis and management of complex HSD/hEDS patients (73.7%). Conclusion More research is urgently needed to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions to underpin a national guideline so that we can improve outcomes for HSD/hEDS patients. A specialist centre with expert and engaged clinicians would be a valuable asset in coordinating patient focused research and conducting good quality clinical trials.

Functional authority is a management term that underscores the need to apply authority by an individual, team to play over an individual, department, division in order for them to follow strict principles, procedures to carry out their work within schedule aiming to make the best outcome according to the standard principle of the organization. Through the functional authority an organization’s mission, vision, objectives, policy, guideline, procedure, principle, cultures are highlighted. Functional authority is bestowed to those persons by the authority to the effect that they will control specific processes, practices, policies, or other matters to carry out managerial functions as per the decision of the company’s policymakers. Delegation of functional authority varies at different types of strategic decisions. First, decisions concerning capital investments are kept more centralized than those concerning the workforce due to the greater number of financial resources and the greater externalities involved in each individual decision. Second, as to decisions concerning investments in capital equipment, the larger the amount of the investments the less likely decentralization. As to decisions concerning a plant’s labor force, decision authority is more likely to be kept centralized if decisions affect other units of the firm and decentralized if they have a larger impact on the plant manager’s activity. In labor relations matter, decentralization is necessary for the implementation of agreements reached after negotiation and are applicable to all units under their one ownership. On the other hand, centralization is necessary in case labor relations are at the bargaining level only. The concept, expressed as the transfer of authority from the center to subordinate ends, is important both for more effective and productive management of the areas outside the center organization in public administration and for strengthening these areas in terms of democracy conception. Because of the increasing interest all over the world in issues such as ensuring service need compliance, the importance of decisions made by the closest unit to the public and the reduction of bureaucratization have made implementation of decentralized systems a necessity in the local regions.

Sustainable rural development cannot occur without rural youth empowerment for entrepreneurship. In the face of the current staggering level of youth unemployment in Nigeria, there is the obvious need to seek for ways of empowering the youth for sustainable development. Poultry keeping stands as resource that can generate employment for millions of Nigerian youths in rural and peri-urban areas as entrepreneurs, skilled and unskilled workers. This paper through a review of literature examined the importance of poultry and explored how it can be exploited as a panacea for youth unemployment through entrepreneurship. It explores the potentials of it and shows the way the potentials of poultry can be harnessed for all youth empowerment programmes. It recommended that government, big farms, international and national corporations, should be involved in youth empowerment programmes through youth entrepreneurship in poultry production. Banks and other financial institutions should be mandated to assist the youth with soft loans in cash and kind through the provision of poultry infrastructure so as to make poultry farming attractive to the youth. A well-funded poultry extension advisory service need to be established to ensure the sustainability of the youth empowerment/ entrepreneurship poultry programmes across the country.
