Currently, the organization of the interaction of higher education institutions and social partners, responds to the "modern challenges" of the information society and knowledge, determining the development trends of the vocational education system. The analysis, generalization and systematization of the literature, the study of modern pedagogical experience, made possible the determination of conceptual bases and approaches for building a pedagogical integrated - operational model of managerial - legislative - sports training of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The model is based on systemic approaches, individual activities and research of specialists, the principles and objectives being focused on inclusive skills training and on the orientation of professional training on motivational, value, cognitive and reflexive components. The pedagogical integrated - operational model of managerial - legislative - sports training involves a certain organization of the educational process and the creation of individual or group pedagogical conditions for professional development focused on ways to solve problems identified in professional context, as well as focusing on creative achievement and innovation of professional activities. The professional training of future specialists in the field is focused on an internal process (because a person can acquire skills or learn through his own activity) and an external process (by creating adequate informational and educational conditions). In order to design the integrated - operational model of managerial - legislative - sports training of future specialists in the field, it was important to determine the essence of professional training, its place in the professional development of the personality of a specialist in the field and to identify factors influencing this process.

Abstract Handel’s musical career in London was largely centred on the theatre—the annual seasons of operas and oratorios, and their performers, often dominated by castratos and sopranos. There was, however, an alternative strand to his creative achievement that related to the singers who held posts in London’s major ecclesiastical choirs—the Chapel Royal, Westminster Abbey and St Paul’s Cathedral—with particular strengths in alto and bass voices, and treble soloists. This relationship stretched from his first years in London, including the ‘Utrecht’ canticles, to the Thanksgiving service and the Foundling Hospital Anthem in 1749. Handel seems to have developed a social relationship with the choir musicians during his first years in London, and his music for the Chapel Royal bears evidence to the musical skills of singers such as the alto Francis Hughes and the bass Samuel Weely. Although these singers formed an independent professional circuit, there were some overlaps in personnel, as for example the tenor John Beard, who had been trained in the Chapel Royal but developed a career as a theatre and concert singer, and the bass Robert Wass, who sang as an oratorio soloist for Handel while also serving as a regular member of the choirs. The ensemble of singers was influential (via, for example, the Coronation Anthems) in the development of chorus movements as a characteristic element in Handel’s theatre oratorios. The choir members also contributed directly as chorus singers for his oratorios, particularly in his later years, and he had similar reliance on ‘church’ singers for his oratorio performances at Oxford and Dublin.

"The article deals with the issue about the relationship between the notions of “monumental” and “miniature” in various types of art. A very conditional division of these notions is noted. These notions are characteristic of artistic creativity in general and, as a result, determine the genre definitions of creative achievement in each of the types of art. It has been established that the results of this process are directly embodied in the genre system of musical art, which is influenced by the action of general trends and reflects general processes with a significant degree of mediation. It is noted that the manifestation of “monumental” and “miniature” in different types of art is characterized by a common basis, but different ways of embodiment, which are explained by the various systems of artistic creation means. The historical variability of the notions “monumental” and “miniature” is traced in accordance with the change in aesthetic preferences of a particular historical era. The tendency of unification of the notions “monumental” and “miniature” in the system of contemporary art as special concepts, the mixing of which sets out the pluralism of postmodern cultural space (the idea of space in space), is indicated. Keywords: art, monumental, miniature, genre system, means of expression. "

This paper presents a meta-analysis of the links between intelligence test scores and creative achievement. A three-level meta-analysis of 117 correlation coefficients from 30 studies found a correlation of r = .16 (95% CI: .12, .19), closely mirroring previous meta-analytic findings. The estimated effects were stronger for overall creative achievement and achievement in scientific domains than for correlations between intelligence scores and creative achievement in the arts and everyday creativity. No signs of publication bias were found. We discuss theoretical implications and provide recommendations for future studies.

The article is devoted to the study on the influence of the work of the outstanding architect-scenographer of Ukrainian origin Frederic Kizler on the formation of authentic features in the architecture of landscape theatres in Ukraine and the establishment of characteristic features present in modern national cultural and entertainment institutions. We investigated the relationships between creative achievement, cognitive ability, temperament, and vocational interests using a large and diverse internet-based sample. Ten creative domains (visual arts, music, creative writing, dance, drama, architecture, humor, scientific discovery, inventions, culinary arts) were positively associated with higher cognitive ability, intellect and extraversion, and lower agreeableness. With regard to cognitive ability, there was no evidence for the threshold effect on achievements. With regard to age, younger individuals endorsed a greater number of low-level achievements and older individuals more high-level achievements across the 10 creative domains. Other characteristics of individual differences (e.g., vocational interests) were more domain-specific for predicting creative achievement. We also introduce a revised method for the assessment and scoring of creative achievements, and discuss suggestions for future research.

There is a significant increase in society's interest in the realization of human intellectual, personal and creative potential as the main source of achievements, which is the basis for the progressive formation of a high-tech society. The achievements of adolescents and young people in education are the potential of the nation and determine the competitiveness required for the further progress and formation of society. Different motivations are applied during vocational training. Among them, cognitive, professional motives, motives for creative achievement, motives for status development, motives for self-realization and material motives have a significant place. One of the main tasks of modernizing the activities of current education, teachers, and school psychological services is to form a student who actively and independently acquires social knowledge, understands the importance of education and self-knowledge for their future life. As a subject of education, the learner is able to selectively and independently set actual and long-term goals, direct and support his activities, organize and also manage educational activities. Key words: self-analysis, self-regulation, education, motivation, purpose, result, vocational training, new educational standards
