The article introduces into scientifi c circulation previously unknown rock images of the Tepsei archaeological area (the Krasnoturansk District of the Krasnoyarsk Region), which were revealed in recent years by Kemerovo archaeologists. New drawings were discovered in diff erent parts of the area due to large - scale explorations and the use of modern methods of documenting rock art sites. The identifi ed images belong to diff erent chronological periods, and are made in the technique of embossing, engraving and grinding. The new drawings of the Tepsei area enlarge the ideas about the pictorial traditions that have existed in the Minusinsk Basin for several thousand years.

The article proposes to consider the initial stage of the transition to such a form of training organization as collective classes in different-age groups of younger schoolchildren according to the methodology developed by the talented teacher A.G. Rivin. They are held at the Moscow secondary school named after Ivan Yarygin of the Krasnoyarsk region on the integrated content of academic subjects “Literary Reading”, “Fine Arts”, “Technology”. The specificity of the texts compiled by teachers for use in the process of paragraph-by-paragraph elaboration of the text using the technology of A.G. Rivina. Particular attention is paid to the issues of including first-graders (some of whom do not yet know how to read and write) in classes where younger schoolchildren of an older age participate. In this regard, multilevel algorithms of educational interaction are described. It highlights the difficulties that may arise with this form of training, as well as ways to overcome them.

Introduction. The annual growth of medical waste due necessitates a comprehensive approach to solving the issue of medical waste management. It is necessary to develop unified methodical strategies for the complex solution. The objective of the study. To substantiate the hygienic efficiency of the thermal decontamination of class B and C medical waste based on geo-informational system (GIS) technologies in the Krasnoyarsk region for five consecutive years. Materials and methods. Medical institutions (MI) of the Krasnoyarsk region’s three macro districts were studied as class B and C waste sources. At the first stage, the composition of wastes by classes and their volumes were determined, and local technologies of thermal deactivation available in medical organizations were identified. The received information was subjected to statistical processing, stratified on electronic maps to apply GIS technologies further. Results. Based on statistical processing of data on medical class B and C waste generation in separate MO, the analysis of operating technologies capacity in 2014-2015 based on GIS-technology of spatial analysis, construction of optimal transport ways of waste delivery, area mapping in the three districts in the Krasnoyarsk region have been substantiated proposals to optimize medical waste management for five years. Conclusion. To have an environmentally and epidemiologically safe system of handling class B and C waste in the region, it is necessary to create a comprehensive functional model based on GIS technology, taking into account the optimal combination of decentralized and centralized systems, regional features of the transport network, and the prospects of health care system development.

The purpose of the research is to determine the needs of teachers and concretize the structural, content, technological and ergonomic characteristics of the new regional platform for the implementation of additional subject training of schoolchildren in the Krasnoyarsk region, functioning in a digital society. Despite the fact that today online education resources are gaining more and more popularity, providing unlimited access to sources of knowledge for all segments of the population, their use in the real educational process, including additional subject training of schoolchildren, is not gaining such popularity as among the adult contingent of students. This fact is due to the characteristics of the younger generation, as well as such characteristics of existing platforms as rigid fixation of content and procedural components, mass character without the possibility of adjusting to the needs of a particular student, school, program or the author’s position of a real teacher. In this regard, there is a need to develop such a platform that will meet the needs of school teachers, and innovative teachers, interested in the development and productive use of digital educational resources in the multilevel training of schoolchildren in the context of distance education will participate in its development and filling. It seems that such an environment will increase the innovative potential of the Krasnoyarsk region in the field of general education, positively affect the image and competitiveness among other regions of the Russian Federation.Materials and methods. The paper analyzes psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature and scientific works devoted to the research topic. The results of a questionnaire survey conducted by the authors are analyzed in order to determine the attitude of teachers of the Krasnoyarsk region to the idea of developing a new regional platform for additional subject training of schoolchildren and identifying the requests of its potential users in the field of structure, design, functional and technological characteristics.Results. The empirical data obtained in the course of the study confirmed the fact that the search for new ways and means of effective organization and implementation of additional subject training of schoolchildren is today an urgent and significant task for both pedagogical theory and educational practice. As the main characteristics of the educational platform, requested by the respondents, such as the ability to transform content according to the needs of the teacher and the student, clustering of content according to didactic tasks and subject content, the use of cognitive visualization, activation of independent activity of students, visualization of learning progress and an intuitive interface, meeting the main focus and the needs of the target audience were identified.Conclusion. The results of the research made it possible to determine the needs of teachers and to concretize the structural, substantive, technological and ergonomic characteristics of the new regional platform for the implementation of additional subject training of schoolchildren of the Krasnoyarsk region, functioning in a digital society. The data obtained are the basis for the development of training courses-transformers with open access to informative units for innovative teachers.

This paper presents a method of constructing the territorially oriented normative model for calculating the rating assessments of the life quality and describing the “desired” level of life quality taking into account the individual character- istics of the territories. The proposed method provides the formation of assessment criteria, principles of generalization of assessments, and scales of their interpretation by considering the socio-economic and physical-geographical features of the territories. Constructing the normative model is carried out in the case of the Krasnoyarsk region.

Background. Parkinson’s disease (PD) is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases. Several genes are known (SNCA, PARK2, PINK1, PARK7 (DJ-1) and LRRK2), mutations in which have a pathological significance in the development of monogenic PD; association with PD of other genes (for example, UCHL1, ATP13A2) requires further study. It is also known, that GBA gene is associated with an increased risk of PD developing.Aim. Analysis of mutations and polymorphisms in the PARK2, PINK1, SNCA, ATP13A2, PARK7, LRRK2, UCHL, GCH1 and GBA genes in patients with PD from Krasnoyarsk region.Material and methods. The 60 patients with sporadic and familial forms of PD were included in the study. The SALSA MLPA Holland P051 and P052 kits («MRC Amsterdam», The Netherlands) were used to detect deletions and duplications in the PARK2, PINK1, SNCA, ATP13A2, PARK7, LRRK2, UCHL, GCH1 genes, as well as point mutations A30P in the SNCA gene and G2019S in the LRRK2 gene. Analysis of the GBA gene was carried out by Senger sequencing.Results. None of the 60 patients had mutations that were searched with the SALSA MLPA Holland P051 and P052 kits. 6 different mutations in the GBA gene were found in 9 out of 60 patients with PD. L444P («severe» PD — associated mutation) — in two patients, D409H («severe» PD — associated mutation) — in one patient, T369M (polymorphism, possibly associated with PD) — in two patients, E326K (polymorphism, possibly associated with PD) — in one patient, V460V (synonymous variant, which is part of the composition of the complex RecNcil mutation (p.L444P; p.A456P; p.V460V) associated with PD) — in two patients and variant C.*92g>A (3’ — UTR polymorphism, possibly associated with PD) — in one patient. Two patients had compound heterozygous carriers of two variants.Conclusion. This paper presents the genetic analysis results of the PD associated genes among patients from the Krasnoyarsk region. No mutations were detected in the PARK2, PINK1, SNCA, ATP13A2, PARK7, LRRK2, UCHL and GCH1 genes. Genetic variants analysis of the GBA gene showed similar frequency in the patients from the Krasnoyarsk region as in European populations.
