It has been established that grit has a fundamental role in the learning and teaching process since gritty learners are more likely to take part in classroom activities and they are also motivated to deal with challenges in difficult circumstances. In addition, to guard against these hardships as well as self-control in responding to unpredicted circumstances, a similar construct arouses in positive psychology called resilience that describes perseverance and emphasizes people’s abilities. Besides, language learners’ engagement and performance in the foreign or second language classroom can be improved through self-regulated learning (SRL) which is viewed as one of the most inspected issues in learning and psychology. A present review has been conducted to scrutinize the relationship between language learners’ SRL and learners’ resilience and grit based on their positive theoretical relationship with educational success. Consequently, the issue of educator training and administrative training is illuminated through several aspects.

As the main problem of the research, the possibility of creating a universal educational platform that combines the possibilities of an online generation of educational content with the interface of the training process itself was considered. The methodology of the educational platform has been developed, in which the mass generation of content is carried out at random, based on simulation models of educational objects. A matrix interface is used, which allows performing custom operations by entering a sequence of typical operators. The system forms a reference base of operators, replenishing it from user solutions, which makes it possible to train and improve the system in order to provide methodological support to student users. An active demo layout of an educational content generator was created and tested, using the example of a specific problem from school mathematics. All methodological options function in the layout. There are three interface options: administrative, training and control. It was concluded that the approach based on the simulation of educational objects makes it possible to create a unified algorithmic platform that combines the functions of content generation with educational training. The system contains a unique option to teach yourself based on its interaction with students.

The objective of this research was to document experiences on tutorials from the perspective of tutors of the Polivirtual system at the National Polytechnic Institute. The work opted for a qualitative methodology and followed the research question: What challenges do tutors face in the Polivirtual system? The study was non-experimental, with a cross-sectional and exploratory design, and used a nonprobabilistic and heterogeneou sample. The results obtained showed that the tutorial action is based on constant challenges, skills, strategies, digital media and the experiences of the tutors themselves. In addition, the research provided useful information about the tutor and their challenges in the Polivirtual system, while finding new trends and data whitin this topic, relevant for future and more introspective investigations. It is concluded that the tutorial activity alternates with other academic, administrative, training and even personal activities, which should be understood as challenges faced by tutors, although not generalizable or definitive.
