The purpose of this research are: 1) to know job description of compensation and spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2) to know the influence of communication to spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; 3) to know the effect of compensation On spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 4) to know communication and compensation can predict increase of spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research model used in this research is regression analysis. This research will be conducted on 67 lecturers of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data collection techniques using SPSS statistical application program version 22.0 The results in this study are: 1) compensation has a positive and significant impact on spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturers. 2) the communication has a positive and significant impact on the spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer. 3) the result of model feasibility test shows that communication and compensation can predict spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer.

The purpose of this study is to explain the locus of control as a moderating variable that has the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling using the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires for Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. Data analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test. The results of the moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test indicate that the locus of control variable as a moderating variable influences the role of stress on job satisfaction of accounting employees at Melia Bali Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the higher the role stress felt by Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees, the job satisfaction felt by employees will decrease. This paper reveals about the intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad, spiritual intelligence of santri, and the influence of the dhikr ratib al-haddad intensity to the spiritual intelligence of Pondok Pesantren santri Mathla'unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. The method used is survey method with quantitative approach through simple correlation and regression analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The results obtained from this study indicate that the intensity value of dhikr ratib al-haddad is 0.79 or 79% of each item statement with high categorization. While the value of spiritual intelligence of santri of 0.80 or 80% of each item statement with a very high categorization. In addition, based on the analysis of coefficient of determination can be seen that the percentage of the influence intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad to the spiritual intelligence of santri is 0.246 or 24.60% and 0.754 or 75.40% other influenced by other variables outside the variable X.   Tulisan ini mengungkapkan tentang intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad, kecerdasan spiritual santri, dan pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri Pondok Pesantren Mathla’unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai intensitas dizkir ratib al-haddad yaitu 0.79 atau 79% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi tinggi. Sedangkan nilai kecerdasan spiritual santri sebesar 0.80 atau 80% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi sangat tinggi. Selain itu, berdasar pada analisis koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya presentase pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri yaitu 0.246 atau 24.60% dan 0.754 atau 75.40% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar variabel X.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Analysis (Job Analysis) On Employee Performance On PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. This research is exploratory research with research sample that is as much as 186 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22.00 with the results of research that is 1) Job description has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. The better the existing job description, it will improve the performance of employees of PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, 2) Job specifications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The more exact job specification which means that each job has the exact requirements specifications and employees obtained in accordance with the specified specifications, it will improve the performance of employees PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri, and 3) Job evaluation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri. The better performing job evaluation will improve employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of usage barrier, value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness to information of mobile banking user. The sample used in this research is 105 respondents. Testing is estimated by using multiple linear regression analysis, data hypothesis processed using SPSS program version 21.The results showed that usage barrier negatively affect the information of mobile banking user. While value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness positively affect the information of mobile banking user. With this research, it is expected that Bank will improve the mobile banking service which is easily accessed and used by the customers

The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) To analyze the description of work discipline, motivation on employee productivity at PT X 2) To analyze the effect of work on employee productivity at PT X. 3) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee productivity at PT X. This research was conducted on 95 employees of the PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. 4) To determine work discipline and motivation to predict employee productivity at PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 25 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline and Motivation to Work Productivity. The research model of Work Discipline and Motivation can predict Work Productivity on production division employee of PT X which on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantagebang Bekasi, with a value of Fcount > Ftable (61,471> 3,10) and significance (0,000 < 0,05).

This study aims to determine the Influence of Corporate Image, Service Quality, Interest Rates and Promotions on Decisions of Taking Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office. The sample in this study uses accidental sampling based on chance. The size of the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques are using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that corporate image influences credit decision making, Service Quality influences credit leverage decisions, Interest rates affect credit decision making, Promotion affects the decision to take home ownership loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office.

This research was conducted to layer farmers in Sukolilo village, Wajak in Malang distric .The data collection was conducted during Desember 2017 -“ January 2018 that focus on elasticity of egg price to farmer interest of develop their farming. Research method used is a method of survey sample with determination of the sampling method purposively namely layer chicken farmers who had 300-3000 chickens. The number of the overall sample can be reserach used is egg price, number of the population, feed price, pullet price, afkhir of layer price. Data analysis conducted includes data qualitative and analysis to calculate the elasticity of egg price by used Cobb-Douglas regression analysis. Data prosesscing from the result of this research condusted using the the SPSS version 16,0. The result show that afkhir of layer price have significant to affect elastic of egg price. The research concluded that 1) afkhir of layer price is a factor have significant affect to farmer interest of develop their farming and elastic to egg price 2) number of population, feed price and pullet price are the factors that are not elastic to egg price.Keywods : elasticity of egg price, number of population, feed price, pullet price, afkhir of layer price

This research aimed to test influence between service quality, customer trust also interaction between service quality and customer trust in the building of customer commitment of supermarket. This research efforted in Pamella Supermarket in Yogyakarta. Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data collection efforted by giving list of quetion to the respondent that is contains about service quality, customer trust and customer commitmnet. This research use moderator Regression Analysis. In the other side, T test and F test are used to the asked hypothesis. This result of partially regression  coefficient test with T test shows that service quality, customer trust also interaction betwen them influence significantly to customer commitment. In the other side coefficient regression with F test’s result shows that variables of service quality, customer trust also interaction between them 60 th influence to customer commitment. Variable of service quality, customer trust also interaction between them are able to explain customer commitment variable up 81,9% and the rest is 18,1% caused by another variables that is not included in the research model.
