A fetish case is a case in which the perpetrator has sexual aberrations with body parts or an object (called a fetish) in order to get sexual stimulation and satisfaction. The perpetrator will be stimulated on a body part or an object which for some people is just a stimulus. The object will make the basis of fantasy and help romance but is not a substitute for more conventional sexual activities, fetishes that may be on body parts such as the buttocks of the eyes while on inanimate objects such as cloth, underwear, shoes, etc. this fetish is a form of sexual crossing which, if carried out continuously, can result in on going stress and disrupt the mental health of the perpetrator. The research method used in writing this journal is descriptive qualitative which is used to examine natural objects, by untilizing qualitative data and then sharing descriptively. The results of the analysis show that fetish behavior can affect mental health and can be cured by treatment in the form of sex education and Islamic therapy. Sex education is given, among others, about the ethics of asking permission to look at things, avoiding and various forms of sexual stimulation, provide lessons on how to protect yourself from despicable acts if you are not married, provide understanding and counseling related to the dangers of adultery. Meanwhile, Islamic therapy includes submission in prayer, but suggestions for self-introduction and self- authoritarian acts.

Abstract Lamb deaths occurring in the neonatal phase, which covers the first four weeks after birth, cause serious economic losses for farms. This study was carried out on 140 Akkaraman-Kangal sheep that lost their lambs due to pneumonia and enteritis in the neonatal phase during the anestrus period. In the study, an intravaginal sponge containing progesterone was applied to the animals in Group 1 (n:70) on day 0, and 7 days after the application, the vaginal sponges were removed, and 263 µg PGF2α and 500 IU eCG (PMSG) hormone were applied. After removing the intravaginal sponge, rams were introduced for 7 days (between the days 8th and 14th ). Without any manipulations to the animals in Group 2, the ram effect was utilized by performing simultaneous ram introduction with Group 1. To determine the reproductive response, the economic implications between the groups were compared by considering the reproductive parameters such as oestrous rate, pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, embryonic death rate, number of births, number of offspring, and fertility. The study group created a positive economic difference compared to the control group while analyzing the statistical differences in terms of each reproductive parameter between the study and control groups. When lamb losses are experienced in farms that build their profitability on lamb production, it was concluded that pregnancy should be achieved by sexual stimulation without waiting for the breeding season.

Background: This study aimed to investigate the influences of sexual preparation on the effects of boars’ semen viability on the fertilization capacity of artificially inseminated sows. After all, boar sires more pigs than farrowed by a sow which the boar has been mated to improve reproductive parameters in response to AI. Methods: The semen viability of boars were studied during various sexual stimulations and analyzed during the study period. Sperm rich fractions were collected and separated at every level of sexual stimulation during the morning (08:30) and the afternoon (14:30) hours, respectively. Artificial insemination was performed following three levels of sexual preparations of boars (0 minutes of sexual restraint (MSR), 5 MSR and 10 MSR) before semen collection. Receptive sows were inseminated and evaluated for fertility traits using non-return rate, farrowing rate and litter size. Result: The non-return rate was recorded as a percentage of sows conceived after insemination over the total number of sows inseminated. The farrowing rate was recorded as a percentage of sows that farrows over the number of sows conceived and litter size as several live piglets per sow. Sexual desire was influenced by sexual preparations and significantly influenced the fertility of the artificially inseminated sows. This study is of practical significance to the animal breeder mainly because boars have greater influence than sows on the average litter size and live piglets. The study concludes that the use of at least 5 to 10 minutes of sexual restraint during the afternoon periods prior to semen collection and artificial insemination is found to be a practical method for optimizing sperm viability and fertility of sows in the intensive system.

Squirting, or female ejaculation, is the expulsion of fluid during sexual stimulation. The limited scientific literature has focused primarily on clarifying what this fluid contains, while women’s own voices on the experience have received scant attention. This study explores 28 women’s experiences and applies a thematic analysis. The sensation of squirting is individual and sometimes conflicting. Descriptions range from considering it amazing, a superpower and feminist statement to an unpleasant and/or shameful event. Across the board, there is a wish for nuanced information and for the current taboo and mystification surrounding the subject to be broken.

Abstract On 12 March 2020 the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared a pandemic of SARS-COV-2(Covid 19). We report a case of a 58-year-old man who presented with dyspnoea, pyrexia and a dry cough. Upon admission he was noted to be in a severe Type 1 Respiratory Failure with Bi-lateral pulmonary infiltrates suggestive of Covid 19 infection. Rapid transfer to ITU ensued with Intubation, Ventilation and Inotropic support. Priapism was noted a day into admission which was subsequently aspirated by the Urology team, achieving detumescence. Priapism is a state of persistent penile erection that continues for 4 hours beyond sexual stimulation. We describe the role of thrombosis, dysregulation of the clotting cascade and acute disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) as shared pathologies in priapism and Covid 19 infection. We highlight the importance of vigilance for extra-pulmonary manifestations of Covid-19 and feel that the pro-thrombotic phenomena exhibited by Covid-19 infection affects distal vasculature in the same manner as Low Flow Priapism and hence explains why our patient suffered from this particular urological complication

We investigated the effects of sexual arousal induced by olfactory stimuli on the expression of neuromodulators, neurotransmitters and sexual steroid receptors in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN, the circadian pacemaker of mammals) and other cerebral entities of Syrian hamsters (Mesocricetus auratus) compared to manual sleep deprivation and immobilization stress. The hamsters kept under a 12:12 hours (h) light:dark cycle were deprived of sleep by sexual stimulation, gentle manual handling or immobilization stress for 1 h at the beginning of the light phase and subsequently sacrificed at zeitgeber time 01:00, respectively; for comparison, hamsters were manually sleep deprived for 6 or 20 h or sacrificed after completing a full sleep phase. As demonstrated by immunohistochemistry, apart from various alterations after manual sleep deprivation, sexual stimulation caused down-regulation of arginine-vasopressin (AVP), vasointestinal peptide (VIP), serotonin (5-HT), substance P (SP), and met-enkephalin (ME) in the SCN. Somatostatin (SOM) was diminished in the medial periventricular nucleus (MPVN). In contrast, an increase in AVP was observed in the PVN, that of oxytocin (OXY) in the supraoptic nucleus (SON), of tyrosine-hydroxylase (TH) in the infundibular nucleus (IN), and dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH) in the A7 neuron population of the brain stem (A7), respectively. Testosterone in plasma was increased. The results indicate that sexual arousal extensively influences the neuropeptide systems of the SCN, suggesting an involvement of the SCN in reproductive behavior.

A complete or partial involuntary erection that occurs in absence of a sexual stimulation and lasts longer than four hours is defined as priapism. Etiology usually includes sickle cell disease or hematologic malignancies. Less common causes include trauma, spinal cord injury, medications, congenital syphilis, parotitis, Fabry’s disease and retroperitoneal sarcoma. Priapism is a urologic emergency that varies by ischemic and non-ischemic episodes. Ischemic injury to cavernous tissues leads to erectile dysfunction. Early recognition of priapism, determination of the type and the treatment are crucial in preventing potential long-term complications caused by priapism. With this case of priapism caused by a treatment with valproic acid, it was aimed to point out priapism which is a urologic emergency.

Aim. Evaluation of ultrasound diagnostics of paraurethral glands considering their types of location in women of fertile age. Materials and methods. A gynaecological, sexological and ultrasound study of 94 women in the age from 24 to 42 (average age 31.01 ± 6.60) was carried out. Determination of paraurethral glands during ultrasound study was conducted in the format of grey scale (B-mode) using the Doppler colour flow mapping and evaluation of Doppler indices of paraurethral glands both before and after sexual stimulation. To optimize the paraurethral glands visual view at the beginning of examination urinary bladder was catheterized and a balloon, filled with gel, was inserted into vagina. Results. The front type of paraurethral glands location was found in the accumulation of glandular tissues in regard to the distal part of urethra in 67 (71.2 %) of the examined, back type – in the area of back urethra in 19 (20.2 %), diffuse type – along urethra in 7 (7.5 %) and absence – in 1 (1.1 %). Paraurethral glands were visualized in the form of clear isoechogenic oval formation with the following dimensions: length – 2.20 ± 0.60 cm, width – 1.52 ± 0.40 cm, thickness – 1.30 ± 0.30 cm, and volume – 4.75 ± 0.50 cm3. The diameter of vessels in the paraurethral glands area was between 0.17 cm and 0.21 cm in calm state and 0.39–0.41 cm – during stimulation. Maximum systolic speed of blood flow (Vps) in calm was 8.9–11.1 cm/sec, while in sexual stimulation it was 13.9–14.1 cm/sec, resistance index (IR) – 0.60–0.62 and 0.63–0.68, respectively, pulsation index (IP) – 1.22–1.44 and 1.61–1.72, respectively. Conclusions. The ultrasound study of vessels of paraurethral glands, when Doppler method is used according to the suggested methodology, gives the opportunity not only to identify its anatomical structure, but also to determine its types. In CDC the increase of diameter of vessels and the optimization of vessels image in the area of paraurethral glands in case of sexual stimulation were marked.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the most prevalent chronic conditions affecting men. ED can arise from disruptions during development, affecting the patterning of erectile tissues in the penis and/or disruptions in adulthood that impact sexual stimuli, neural pathways, molecular changes, and endocrine signalling that are required to drive erection. Sexual stimulation activates the parasympathetic system which causes nerve terminals in the penis to release nitric oxide (NO). As a result, the penile blood vessels dilate, allowing the penis to engorge with blood. This expansion subsequently compresses the veins surrounding the erectile tissue, restricting venous outflow. As a result, the blood pressure localised in the penis increases dramatically to produce a rigid erection, a process known as tumescence. The sympathetic pathway releases noradrenaline (NA) which causes detumescence: the reversion of the penis to the flaccid state. Androgen signalling is critical for erectile function through its role in penis development and in regulating the physiological processes driving erection in the adult. Interestingly, estrogen signalling is also implicated in penis development and potentially in processes which regulate erectile function during adulthood. Given that endocrine signalling has a prominent role in erectile function, it is likely that exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) is a risk factor for ED, although this is an under-researched field. Thus, our review provides a detailed description of the underlying biology of erectile function with a focus on the role of endocrine signalling, exploring the potential link between EDCs and ED based on animal and human studies.

Fornication is a violation of the human rights of the child and there is no reason that can justify it from a moral, ethical and religious perspective, especially the criminal act of sexual immorality committed by a pedophile. Pedophilia is a form of abuse of a minor or a teenager who uses a child as sexual stimulation. Pedophilia is classified as a crime against children because it produces side effects for the victim. The effects of sexual violence on children include: depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. Therefore, with cases of sexual deviance such as pedophilia, it is necessary to have special protection for children who are sexually exploited, which is the responsibility of the government and society. As regulated in Article 66 section (2) of Law No. 23/2002. This action is intended to create the best life for children who are expected to be the nation's potential successors, strong, nationalism imbued with noble morals and Pancasila values, and have a strong will to maintain the unity and unity of the nation and the State.
