COVID-19, one of the worst pandemics in recent years, have changed the face of our world. Every sector has been experiencing a tug in unexpected directions than anticipated. Often it is said that the healthcare sector is facing a boom in this COVID-19 episode, nevertheless there has been a decline of out-patient segment in hospitals. An out-patient is one who visits a hospital for treatment without staying overnight. Through this time of uncertainty where a new normal is being  burgeoned, the people’s attitude towards healthcare has shifted a great deal. Predominantly out-patients are hesitant to continue with their regular physician visits by delaying or avoiding unneeded visits. People with underlying diseases, both which are at low risk or at high risk, find themselves at higher caution due to the COVID-19. This study focuses to understand the attitude of out-patients and of out-patient’s with risk during this COVID-19 pandemic towards hospitals in India. Online or Tele medical consultation has picked up momentum among out-patients during the COVID-19 Unlock phase which shines a possibility as a new normal in the healthcare industry.

Saintly patience towards earthly tribulations is one of the key characteristics of saints’ lives, and it was frequently investigated in canonization inquests. The tribulations could include, for example, deaths of loved ones or troubles with earthly rulers. In most canonization inquests the topic of bodily infirmity, especially the saintly candidate’s patient attitude towards it, was also investigated. However, the way such patience comes up in the process varies greatly: it could be used and investigated to highlight aspects of a saint’s life that the witnesses and the conductors of the hearing considered important, such as preaching, spiritual raptures, or earthly duties. Here the saint’s gender and status in society and the geographic origins of their cult all played major roles.

The COVID-19 infection is an infectious disease characterized by severe respiratory symptoms and was discovered as a terminal infection starting in December 2019 in Wuhan China. In Malaysia, our first Covid-19 positive cases found on 25 January 2020. Subsequently, there was an increasing trend of confirmed cases leading to the implementation of Movement Restriction Order (MCO) Act starting on 18 March 2020 aiming to flatten the infection curve. During this pandemic, UKM Medical Centre services were modified as hybrid-COVID-19 cluster hospital and treating both confirmed COVID-19 cases and standard cases. This modification is significantly affected overall our health management, including our oncofertility services. We were sharing the experience of the impact of Covid-19 toward our oncofertility services and modification to overcome it. We experience the reduction of oncofertility services uptake during this period due to both clinician and patient attitude while combating the pandemic Covid-19 battle in Malaysia.
