The principle of a complex interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set (CIVPFS) is a valuable procedure to manage inconsistent and awkward information genuine life troubles. The principle of CIVPFS is a mixture of the two separated theories such as complex fuzzy set and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set which covers the truth grade (TG) and falsity grade (FG) in the form of the complex number whose real and unreal parts are the sub-interval of the unit interval. The superiority of the CIVPFS is that the sum of the square of the upper grade of the real part (also for an unreal part) of the duplet is restricted to the unit interval. The goal of this article is to explore the new principle of CIVPFS and its algebraic operational laws. By using the CIVPFSs, certain Einstein operational laws by using the t-norm and t-conorm are also developed. Additionally, we explore the complex interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (CIVPFEWG), complex interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric (CIVPFEOWG) operators and utilized their special cases. Moreover, a multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) technique is explored based on the elaborated operators by using the complex interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (CIVPF) information. To determine the consistency and reliability of the elaborated operators, we illustrated certain examples by using the explored principles. Finally, to determine the supremacy and dominance of the explored theories, the comparative analysis and graphical expressions of the developed principles are also discussed.

In order to achieve simultaneous, worldwide high quality assurance and other global production developments, Advanced TPS was proposed as a global production technology and management model, especially designed to realize high productivity and cost performance in global production. On this model, the inventory management is the key method at any manufacturing facility operating with Just-in-Time (JIT). On the other hand, the current inventory systems at manufacturing facilities do not provide real inventory data. So out-of-stock conditions sometimes have caused major productivity losses by causing the production line to stop. Therefore, the authors have proposed to create component inventory tool, which RFID tag can be replaced onto the containers with the trial parts and thus both the supplier and main manufacturing facility. This tool could provide constant feedback to ordering, logistics, and assembly conveyance groups in order to maintain and improve current JIT system. Concretely, this can also provide current information on components being shipped by the supplier and list what items are available in the production area by part number and supplier. The effectiveness of this proposal has been verified into Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas (TMMTX), which is unique for onsite supplier locations. This has been proven that RFID can prove to be an efficient tool with which to track inventory and generate cost savings.

Office Supplies and Stationery (ATK) are equipment that is often used in offices, companies and organizations, include cabinet filling, perforators, calculators, paper clips, staplers, numerators, guides, flashdisks, paper punches, pens and paper, paper shredder, computers, printers, facsimile machines, photocopiers, archive folders and cash registers, office furniture. Supplier is part of the supplier chain that influences the development of a company. Problems that are often experienced by PT. PLN Engineering such as late arrivals and lack of quality equipment and stationery from suppliers, therefore it needs to be re-ordered or returned to suppliers, so that time is wasted. Storage of data on procurement of equipment and stationery that are still conventional so that it is not effective and efficient in terms of time, cost and energy, let alone supplier selection which is still subjective. The purpose of this study makes it easier for competent parties to make decisions at PT. PLN Engineering in selecting the best supplier to be consistent in maintaining the determined criteria so as to minimize the risk and not disappoint the company. Incorrect supplier selection affects the quality and costs incurred in buying equipment and stationery from suppliers, how to overcome them requires a decision support system (SPK) that is able to accurately select the most suitable supplier. The method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) combined with fuzification is the right method for evaluating the best suppliers. The most important criteria are Price of Goods, Quality of Goods, Delivery Time, Location Distance, Goods Packaging, Accuracy of Goods, Flexibility, Track Record. The conclusion of the test results is the SAW method is able to show that the ranking of the best suppliers with the highest value of 0.89 is UD. Bintang Mulia.

The present study was carried out in a metal packaging manufacturing company located in Ensenada Baja California. The DMAMC methodology was applied in the "Define and Measure" stages for the analysis and to be able to propose strategies that allow to increase the efficiency, maintain the controls in the client - supplier chain, meet the client 's requirements and cover the requirements of use, opportunity, agreed cost and duration. The production line of the most sold product was selected and the critical characteristics of the global process were determined with key suppliers, inputs, outputs and users. The product that was selected represents 60% of the company's sales and has a high rejection percentage, which is equivalent to monthly losses of $ 12,500,000.00 dollars. With this study, we identified, in a timely manner, the factors that affect the performance of the processes and proposed solutions that can be implemented to increase productivity, quality and improve customer satisfaction.

This paper focuses on the single-attribute negotiation between multi-MA (Manufacture Agent) and multi-MSA (Material Supplier Agent). A hierarchical-game based negotiation protocol is proposed. It is a three-layer game. Nash game is used to find the optimal trade partnership to maximize the whole profits of the SCN (Supplier Chain Network) in the first layer. The second layer games are aimed to find all possible coalitions if the order is out of the ability of MSA and determine the final coalitions of each MSA for each MA using cooperative games. The third layer games are used to determine the final strategies between MAs and MSAs or all possible coalitions found in the second layer games. Stackelberg equilibrium is introduced to resolve the conflict of interests of the two sides. The first layer game is based on the results of the second and third layer games. The second and third layer games are nested inside the first layer game. Simulations and analysis are provided to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed protocol.

Wide IO memory has higher IO–count (up to 16×) than typical low power DDR memory, which could enable higher system bandwidth at low power. Wide IO DRAM can be stacked as Micro Pillar Grid Array (MPGA) cubes [1], which will provide high memory density for the system. With the high number (∼1200) of connections to the MPGA, a direct face to back stack (3D) to logic chip with high density TSV is the most efficient approach. To utilize the extra large bandwidth, the logic chip containing high speed processors requires logic chip fabrication in advanced node devices. In this paper, we report the–demonstration of a 2-memory chip JEDEC standard wide IO MPGA stacking on logic chip through a fabless supplier chain. A successful integration of via middle through Si via (TSV) to 28 nm logic process has been demonstrated with minimum impact to logic devices. The final package showed good TSV and ubump integrity. The wide IO memory is functional post stacking. In addition, the early reliability data for TSV and ubump showed no detrimental impact through temperature cycle and high temperature storage.
