AbstractDuring this, managing the economy at Islamic boarding schools has only functioned as a supporting system. The business cycle that has been carried out has not yet reached the maximum utilization of vital resources. Its economic potential has not been appropriately explored and sustainably. The two Islamic boarding schools that are the locus of this research have been accelerated. Using a qualitative approach, this study explored the development of human resources, optimization of production processes, and good marketing strategies at Pesantren-preneur. The data was collected through interviews, discussions, and observations. Data analysis used a cross-case analysis technique that describe the same characteristics from the two research locations. The study's findings include: first, the strategy of developing human resources for pesantren-preneur includes Internalization of values, human resource management, and support systems. Second, the production process of the entrepreneurial boarding school starts from potential analysis, supplier selection, product differentiation to innovation and control. Third, the marketing approach uses an open marketing system and a closed system.AbstrakPraktik pengelolaan ekonomi pondok pesantren selama ini hanya berfungsi sebagai supporting system. Siklus bisnis yang dijalankan belum sampai pada pemanfaatan sumber daya vital secara maksimal. Potensi ekonominya belum dieksplor secara baik dan berkelanjutan. Dua pondok pesantren yang menjadi lokus penelitian ini telah melakukan akselerasi ekonomi dengan baik. Penelitian ini maksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia kompeten, Optimasi proses produksi dengan standar yang terukur, dan Penggunaan strategi dan pendekatan marketing yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, diskusi dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis lintas kasus yang mengabstraksi karakteristik yang sama dari dua lokasi penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi: pertama, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pesantrenprenuer meliputi: Internalisasi nilai, Manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan support system. Kedua, proses produksi pesantrenprenuer dimulai dari analisa potensi, pemilihan suplier, deferensiasi produk, hingga inovasi dan pengendalian. Ketiga, Pendekatan marketing menggunakan open system marketing dan closed system.

This research is about the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour packages. Company offers tour packages in Bali and beyond Bali tour packages with variety of facilities. As a common general company, PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel has the objective to make profit and trying to satisfy consumers. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy package in PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour package in Denpasar. The data collection method in research carried out by the method of observation, in-depth interviews, library research, and technique documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative combined with the SWOT approach. Discussion of the results of the marketing strategy adopted by the PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel is SO strategy by increasing sales promotion to target markets, enhance cooperation with hotels and travel agents and maintain the diversity and innovation of product and service quality. ST strategies to further enhance cooperation with other travel agencies, and improve service quality. WO strategies to enhance the promotion through the mass media, and printing brochures, expanding market segments and improve the quality of human resources in education and training. While WT strategy by increasing promotional activities and improve human resources. Based on the results of the discussion, can give advice - advice on marketing strategies in PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour packages that maintain good relations with the company's existing transport and suggest PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel to their own transport, improving education and training for employees and appropriate compensation, as well as updating the architecture buildings and office equipment.

This study aims to describe the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools on the management of pesantren in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021; describe the problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools; and describe strategies for solving problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The place of research is Islamic boarding school in Kebumen district, Central Java province. The sample criteria in this study was to use purposive sampling. The sample taken in this study was from 2 salafiyah Islamic boarding schools consisting of one advanced salafiyah cottage and one undeveloped salafiyah cottage. The participants of this research are the leaders of Islamic boarding schools. Informants in this study were students, ustadz/ustadzah, managers, and guardians of students. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test (triangulation, discussion with colleagues, and member check), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through the field process. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are analysis before in the field, analysis while in the field (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions). The results showed that: 1). implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools for the management of Islamic boarding schools in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 has been carried out well, especially in advanced Salafiah Islamic Boarding Schools; 2). problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have developed almost none, but salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not advanced in all three aspects experiencing problems; 3). problem solving strategies, especially for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not developed yet, by conducting comparative studies to Islamic boarding schools that have good governance, recruiting human resources who understand information systems and technology, submitting infrastructure budgets to related parties, collaborating with Lazis and Baznas in particular. related to the completion of education financing in Islamic boarding schools, as well as developing a network of general donors and networks through alumni.

The COVID-19 affects all aspects of life, including Islamic boarding schools or pesantren. These institutions are having difficulty conducting online learning activities because they are not familiar with this method. This study aims to reveal Islamic boarding schools’ response toward the impact of COVID-19 in maintaining pesantren values at Pesantren Miftahul Ulum, Subang, West Java. The study utilized the descriptive qualitative method. The respondents of this study were teachers (ustadz), students (santri), and leaders (kyai). The data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and online searching.  The triangulation was employed as the data validity technique, and the data analysis technique used data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion. The result showed that pesantren responses in maintaining the pesantren values due to the impact of COVID-19 such as limiting the learning time in class, limiting the santri’s capacity per classroom, and limiting ustadz interaction with santri in the classroom. The learning process during the pandemic was carried out face-to-face and strictly adhered to the health protocol. The learning methods employed were sorogan, bandongan, and kempekan. Pesantren also internalizes morals to the students to guarantee the value.

<p>Indonesia is one of the countries with the most Muslim population in Asia. But this does not change the idiotic foundation of Indonesia, namely Pancasila, which is the basis of how the nation and state are also useful for determining the Direction of Foreign Policy of the Republic of Indonesia. As social beings, humans cannot live alone in state relations, one country certainly needs a role and cooperation with other countries. Every collaboration will certainly have a positive impact. One of the positive results underlined in this study is about the development of HR (Human Resources) which can be done through various things. This study will discuss the benefits of international cooperation in improving the quality of human resources carried out by Islamic Boarding Schools, given the number of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The benefits are imitated in terms of both language and non-academic abilities, the benefits will be useful for the installation process at the Islamic Boarding School.<strong></strong></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di pesantren modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode multikasus karena ada dua lokus penelitian, yaitu Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dan Pesantren Modern Sahid Bogor. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis adalah analisis lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di pesantren modern dilakukan mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, pertanggungjawaban, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan pembiayaan pendidikan. Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan berpedoman pada tiga hal, yaitu rencana pengembangan yayasan, rencana strategis (renstra) yayasan, dan program kerja pesantren. Pengorganisasian pembiayaan pendidikan secara struktural terdapat pembagian tugas antara pengelola dan pengawas internal pembiayaan. Dalam melaksanakan pembiayaan pendidikan, para pengelola pembiayaan secara konsisten berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan. Sedangkan dalam pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan, audit internal dilakukan secara berkala. Pertanggungjawaban pembiayaan pendidikan diwujudkan dengan pelaporan penggunaan pembiayaan yang tepat waktu, akurat, transparan, dan akuntabel. Perbaikan berkelanjutan pembiayaan pendidikan dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu bulanan dan tahunan. Dengan demikian, model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di kedua pesantren modern dilakukan secara komprehensif-integral.  The purpose of this study was to identify the conceptual model of quality-based educational financing management in modern pesantren (Islamic boarding school). This study used a multi-case method because there were two research locations, namely the Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid in Bandung and the Pesantren Modern Sahid in Bogor. The data collection techniques was taken by interview and the analysis technique used a cross-case analysis. The results showed that the conceptual model of quality-based educational financing management in modern pesantren was carried out starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, accountability, and continuous improvement of educational financing. Educational financing planning was guided by three points, namely the foundation’s development plan, the foundation’s strategic plan (renstra), and the pesantren’s work program. In educational financing organization, structurally, there was a division of tasks between the manager and the financing internal supervisor. Educational financing implementation was consistently guided by the principles of recording financial income and expenditure. Educational financing was supervised by conducting internal audit regularly. Educational financing accountability was performed by reporting the use of financing timely, accurate, transparent, and accountable. Continuous improvement of educational financing was carried out monthly and annually. To conclude, conceptual model of quality based-education financing management at both pesantren is implemented comprehensively and integrally.

This study aims to analyze the pattern of implementing the 'ngabdi' system applied to the Bahrul Mahfiroh Islamic Boarding School in the context of HRM. This research is actually focused on the development of human resources in the Islamic boarding school Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. This is very interesting because there is an integration between pesantren culture and HRM theory which is carried out in the economic and business spheres. In addition, acculturation of human resource development theory and Islamic boarding school culture is also discussed in this study. One of the ways to serve the pesantren is to increase the quality of the output of the students. The method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the descriptive scope because it describes the phenomena that occur in this study. The Miles and Huberman approach model is adopted for the data analysis technique performed. The results prove that 'ngabdi' also applies the HRM theory even though several factors are acculturated with the wisdom of the pesantren itself. In general, the implementation pattern of service in Bahrul Maghfiroh applies the HRM theory starting from recruitment, training, compensation, and termination of employment, although there are modifications according to the needs of the pesantren

Management of Waqf by individual collectors dominates Waqf management in Indonesia. However, since Waqf laws stated that The individual and an institution could manage Waqf, the opportunity to develop Waqf is more open for Waqf institutions. One of the established Waqf institutions is the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution. This study aims to identify and analyze existing strategies and generate development strategies for Islamic Boarding School-based Waqf. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by using Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT), and Analytical Network Process (ANP) approaches. The researchers conducted this study in Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School Bandung from November 2020 to March 2021. The respondents were practitioners, namely the director and staff of Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution, regulators from the Ministry of Religion, and academics from universities in Bogor and Jakarta. Data were collected from in-depth interviews and questionnaires from respondents. The most important development strategy to be implemented in the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution is the development of human resources competency. Therefore, competent human resources can establish a trusted, professional, and trustworthy team managing Waqf-based Islamic boarding schools.

Basicsanitary condition in boarding schools is an effort to control physical environmental factorswhich may otherwise result in negative impacts on the health of the occupants and local people aroundthe boarding schools. One boarding school named "Mathlabul Ulum" do have some sanitary problems suchas dirty surrounding, dirty bathrooms and kitchens, and high density of its occupants. The purpose of thisresearch was to describe the basic sanitary condition in the boarding school that is located in desa Jambu,kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep in 2014.This was a descriptive study. The primary data included assessment results of the designatedforms, assessment results of respondent's action, as well as secondary data sources consisting of thenumber of students, the 10 main diseases, and number of sanitary facilities. Observation of hygienic andhealthy practices was carried out using simple random sampling that produce 78 respondents. Results ofthe study were tabulated and analyzed descriptively.Basic sanitation in "Mathlabul Ulum" boarding school did not satlsfv the criteria or requirementsrepresented with a score of 456 (46%) score. In terms of actions of there were ten respondents (13%)that. were classified as good in terms of hygienic and healthy behavior while 68 respondents (87%) wereclassified as poor.Therefore, it is suggested that the management of the boarding school exercise proper controlover cleanliness of every room. The head of health center agency in Sumenep District and the localprimary health centers inspect and control all of the boarding school present in Sumenep district,particularly the Mathlabul Ulum boarding school in desa Jambu, kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep.

 Entrepreneurship development management in boarding schools is a form of economic independence boarding schools. Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that has the function of printing human resources as a whole, has expertise in religious knowledge, general science, and entrepreneurship as an effort to equip students with the skills to face the challenges of the times. The development of entrepreneurship at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school is an actualization of the role of the Islamic boarding school as an independent institution and a printer of superior human resources. The issue that will be examined is how the management of entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang, as well as several supporting and inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school.This research is a case study with qualitative descriptive research. Data obtained from research subjects such as caregivers, business unit heads, board administrators and students managing business units Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data condensation, data presentation and then drawing conclusions by paying attention to findings in the field with theory.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that, first, entrepreneurial development management in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school through four management functions (1) Development planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, and (4) Supervision. Second, supporting factors for entrepreneurship development at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school are (1) caregiver support, (2) entrepreneurship curriculum, (3) assistance from academics, and (5) adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are (1) there is no structure of the business unit, (2) funding constraints, and (3) the relatively short time allocation of entrepreneurship development

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze in depth the concept of soul share the marketing of Shariah BMT in Banten. The method used is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological approach. Phenomenological study tries to explain or reveal the meaning of a concept or phenomenon based on the experience of consciousness that occurs in some individuals. The samples were consist of 6 BMT in the province of Banten, namely: BMT Great Mosque of Serang, Pandeglang BMT BMT Darul Falah EL-STIEM Kota Tangerang. BMT Al-Qoryah Anyer Serang regency, BMT Bina Tijaroh Cilegon and BMT La-Syakka Lebak. The analysis technique used is to use interactive model. In the analysis model, there are three (3) components of the analysis, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study revealed that the concept of soul share in marketing of Shariah BMT in Banten is: Honesty as a capital BMT in getting the trust of the public, and transparency. With customers increasingly believe in the sincerity of BMT, BMT at the boarding school does not have a human resources professional, because its organizer doubles as a cleric and lectures, while at BMT has been a professional market. BMT friendship is a strategy to mantain customers satisfaction and keep in touch with customers.
