ABSTRACT The Complete Systematic Land Registration (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap-PTSL) program has been initiated since 2017 in order to achieve the national target:  complete land registration by 2025. However, until 2020 the achievement of the program needs to be improved. This paper tries to analyze the internal and external environment as well as the problems that retard the progress of the PTSL program, especially in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Riau Islands Province. Moreover, acceleration strategies for the program is carried out with a portfolio analysis approach, namely the BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group Growth-Share) analysis, GE Matrix (General Electrics Business Screen), and TOWS Matrix (Threat Opportunity Weakness Strength). The research method is qualitative based on data in the form of primary data (interviews) and secondary data (document studies). The results show that based on the BCG Matrix analysis, the position of PTSL in Riau Islands Province is in the position of Cash Cow. This position indicates that, in general, the PTSL business process is in a fairly stable position so that the right strategy is to increase the target. The GE Matrix suggests that the addition of targets should employ the Concentration Strategy, that is, the addition of PTSL targets should only concentrate on villages to reach a complete land registration in the village. Furthermore, the TOWS Matrix recommends the S-T Strategy, which is a strategy combining the Strengths and Threats components to minimize the existing threats by utilizing the strengths they have. Keywords: Strategic Management, Complete Systematic Land Registration, BCG Matrix, GE Matrix, TOWS Matrix ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) telah diinisiasi sejak tahun 2017 demi mewujudkan target nasional, yaitu tahun 2025 tuntas pendaftaran tanah untuk seluruh bidang tanah di Indonesia. Namun hingga tahun 2020 capaian penyelesaian target PTSL dirasa masih perlu ditingkatkan. Marketing service products in the international market is a unique process. This is due to various domestic regulations in export destination countries which are usually intended as technical barriers to trade in services. The architectural service sector itself is a service sector that is categorized under Professional services by MTN.GNS / W / 120 classification. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying potential markets for the service sector architecture and determining appropriate marketing strategies to be applied to potential identified markets. The results of a study conducted through Hoffman's analysis indicate that Singapore was selected as a potential export destination market. The result of PESTEL analysis shows that Singapore is an ideal market for Indonesia's architectural services sector, while the analysis result using Ansoff and GE Matrix shows that it is necessary to penetrate the growing market of architect services by conducting more intensive marketing by selective growth by investing with more selective. The right strategy to penetrate the market is to fill the niche market with casual exporting through cross-border supply service trading mode. Market penetration can also be done with Foreign Direct Investment (mode 3, Commercial Presence) by utilizing the ease of doing business in Singapore.

The photoelectric effect in a Ge-on-Si single-photon avalanche detector (SPAD) at an ultralow energy in incident pulsed laser radiation is considered in the frame of the classical theory of the electrodynamics of continuous media. It is shown that the energy of incident laser radiation which is shared among a huge number of electrons in a Ge matrix can concentrate on only one of these through the effect of the constructive interference of the fields re-emitted by surrounding electrons. Conservation of energy in this case is upheld because of a substantial narrowing of the effective bandgap in heavily doped p-Ge, which is used in the design of the SPAD considered.

The combination of magnetic and semiconducting properties in one material system has great potential for integration of emerging spintronics with conventional semiconductor technology. One standard route for the synthesis of magnetic semiconductors is doping of semiconductors with magnetic atoms. In many semiconductor–magnetic–dopant systems, the magnetic atoms form precipitates within the semiconducting matrix. An alternative and controlled way to realize such nanocomposite materials is the assembly by co-deposition of size-selected cluster ions and a semiconductor. Here we follow the latter approach to demonstrate that this fabrication route can be used to independently study the influence of cluster concentration and cluster size on magneto-transport properties. In this case we study Fe clusters composed of approximately 500 or 1000 atoms soft-landed into a thermally evaporated amorphous Ge matrix. The analysis of field and temperature dependent transport shows that tunneling processes affected by Coulomb blockade dominate at low temperatures. The nanocomposites show saturating tunneling magnetoresistance, additionally superimposed by at least one other effect not saturating upon the maximum applied field of 6 T. The nanocomposites’ resistivity and the observed tunneling magnetoresistance depend exponentially on the average distance between cluster surfaces. On the contrary, there is no notable influence of the cluster size on the tunneling magnetoresistance.

Self-assembled MnGe quantum dots (QDs) were grown on Si (001) substrates using molecular beam epitaxy with different growth temperatures and Ge deposition thicknesses to explore the interaction among Mn doping, Ge deposition, the formation of intermetallics, and the ferromagnetism of QDs. With the introduction of Mn atoms, the QDs become large and the density significantly decreases due to the improvement in the surface migration ability of Ge atoms. The growth temperature is one of the most important factors deciding whether intermetallic phases form between Mn and Ge. We found that Mn atoms can segregate from the Ge matrix when the growth temperature exceeds 550 °C, and the strongest ferromagnetism of QDs occurs at a growth temperature of 450 °C. As the Ge deposition thickness increases, the morphology of QDs changes and the ferromagnetic properties decrease gradually. The results clearly indicate the morphological evolution of MnGe QDs and the formation conditions of intermetallics between Mn and Ge, such as Mn5Ge3 and Mn11Ge8.

New functional foods and beverages can be developed using bioactive compounds present in pequi oil. Complex coacervation is an encapsulation method used for preserving bioactive molecules, especially those that are hydrophobic or sensitive to high temperatures. The objective of this work was to produce and characterize pequi oil microparticles using cashew gum/gelatin matrix (CG/GE) through complex coacervation. Gum Arabic (GA) was also studied in comparison with CG. The coacervation process was performed withoutpequi oil to determine the ideal proportions of the matrix components, followed by the embedding of the oil inthe microparticles for evaluation. Satisfactory microparticles were produced at pH 4.5 in the weight ratios of CG/GE = 2:1 and GA/GE = 1:3. Pequi oil release was greater in acidic pH, especially at pH 2 for the CG/GE matrix. The encapsulation efficiency for CG/GE and GA/GE was 72.53% (±4.80) and 82.77% (±6.09), respectively. The results showed that the CG/GE combination seemed very promising as anencapsulation matrix, especially for food applications involving pH values higher than 3.

Laser-assisted synthesis of germanium–tin (Ge–Sn) alloy nanoparticles (NPs) using 532-nm laser processing of colloidal solutions produced by laser ablation of Ge in Sn suspension has been demonstrated and studied. Laser-induced rapid heating, subsequent co-melting and re-solidification processes at high cooling rates have been considered to be experimentally achieved at the optimized laser processing parameters. Detailed characterization of the formed Ge–Sn alloys indicated substitution of Sn atoms in the Ge matrix.
