In accordance with the demands of the times in today's digital era resulting in the industry looking for skilled human resources in their fields. Job seekers are required to have the skills expected by the industry in order to compete for the expected job positions. For that it is important for job seekers to equip themselves with skills that are the needs of the industry. Skill improvement needs support from educational institutions in creating skilled human resources in accordance with the qualifications required by the industry. This study aims to identify what is needed from an accounting graduate. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative method, with content analysis approach. By using the incidental sampling technique, 705 industrial job vacancies were published on the online job vacancy website for the period January 2021 to June 2021. This study focuses on accounting work including financial accountants, auditors, and tax accountants. The results showed that the basic technical skills of accounting (Technical Skills) which include basic understanding of accounting, mastery of accounting software and Microsoft office are the skills most needed by the world of work. Meanwhile, the generic skills needed by the industry are communication skills, which are derived skills from interpersonal skills.

Teachers are the drivers of education, in the digital era teachers are required to renew learning by utilizing existing technology with the aim of not lagging behind the times. The facts in the field show that conditions are of concern, the use of technology is still not optimal. This is due to the lack of facilities that support the development of learning technology and also the human resources that control the technology are also minimal. This training aims to provide training by presenting some material related to the development of interactive learning media, namely Microsoft Power Point so that the implementation of SKI learning at Rawabening MI schools does not seem monotonous so as to increase interest and quality of learning among students. The coaching process delivered by the servants who acted as instructors and tutors took place conducively. Material designed in such a way by servants can be understood, understood and well understood by the participants. This was evident from the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the training actively communicating with the speaker, so that the training was carried out well and interactively.

In this digital era that we are living in everyone is obsessed with mobiles, computers and is on the internet, so job portals play an important role in aiding job seekers in their job hunt. It will make them aware of the various job openings, and they will not miss an opportunity. The job is essential for the students who do their graduation, post-graduation, etc. So, we know that there are lots of websites where can we can find the lots of vacancy in various firms but the website is not updated the job vacancy minutely or many of them not updated the job vacancy hourly so we cannot get the minutely updated about the jobs. The vacancy appears quickly on social networking websites like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. as compared to appears on the job websites like indeed.com, monster.com, etc. so many of the people are not on these social media or maybe not regular on the social media, so there is a chance miss the opportunity. Our objective with this paper is to come up with a portal that will provide the user's details about various job openings in respective domains. The portal will stream data from Twitter API to find out the recently published jobs. Classification of relevant and irrelevant tweets is accomplished using the machine-learning algorithm, i.e., Logistic Regression. Using the algorithm, we have measured the 97% accuracy.

Pondok Pesantren is one of the Islamic educational institutions that aim to form human beings who have noble character, so that created a human who has a balance between physical and spiritual. Some educational institutions offer various models of learning to balance the current development so that its existence is still recognized by the community. While boarding school in dealing with the development of the times, has a commitment to make new innovations by presenting the pattern of education that can give birth to a reliable Human Resources. Especially pesantren currently has a challenging enough weight in facing the era of "Demographic Bonus". Demographic bonus is a phenomenon in which the structure of the population greatly benefits the community from the side of development in various sectors, because the productive age is more than the non productive age. This means that the dependency burden will decrease with the ratio of 64 percent of the productive age population to bear only 34 percent of the nonproductive age population. With all kinds of scholarships and skills given to students, students are expected to compete in all fields, especially in the face of Indonesia gold in 2020 to 2035.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

This research aims to formulate a development strategy that consists of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism activities in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative data. Data collection techniques in this research were conducted by using the method of interviewing, observation and documentation involving several informants by using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The strength of the development of tourism activities in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah is the existence of a supportive land, there has been a conscious group of tourism, beautiful atmosphere and uniqueness of tourist attractions and traditions that are not owned by other regions. 2) The weakness of the development of tourism activities in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah is the land that still belongs to the community, not regular art and cultural events, the security of tourists wich are not guaranteed and the lack of capital and community skills. 3) Opportunities from the development of tourism activities in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah is the availability of new employment opportunities for the community, adding tourist attractions supporting facilities, the cooperation between various agencies, and the emergence of groups that support tourism activities. 4) The threat of tourism activity in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah is the increasing of waste, the destruction of the environment, the emergence of groups that disturb the security of tourists, and illegal traders. Strategy of development of tourism activity in the tourism object Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah is a) to maximize the surrounding potential of land and human resources, b) cooperate with various institutions and community, c) optimize the participation of various circles related to tourism activities, d) adding supporting facilities for the smoothness of tourism activities.

AbstrakPenelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh pengembangan SDM, iklim kerja dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kreativitas SDM di PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian ini dan hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara individual antara variabel independen yaitu pengembangan SDM, iklimkerja dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kreativitas SDM di PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Pada penelitian ini objek yang diambil adalah karyawan GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan tidak menggunakan metode sampling. Teknik analisis datanya adalah teknik regresi linier berganda.Kata Kunci :  Optimalisasi Pengembangan SDMAbstractThis study itself aims to find out how far the influence of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the creativity of human resources in PT. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the dependent variable that is the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. In this research object is taken employee GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam through nonprobability sampling technique is not by using the method of sampling. The aim of this research is to test the effect of customer relationship management (data and information, human resources, process, and technology) towards muzakki loyalty case study Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. this research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. Number of samples that used in this research is 100 peoples who is active muzakki ini Yatim mandiri Surbaya and use purposive sampling technique. This research use a questionnare that calculates with Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS 23 version. The result of this research indicated that customer relationship management varible has significant effect and positive of muzakki loyalty. Based on the partial test result indicated that customer relationship management has partial effect of muzakki loyalty, and �based on the coefficient of determination test result, indicated that customer relationship management variable has a big impact as 33,7% of muzakki loyalty.

<p>Special Unit for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 9 of 2013 on the Management of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities. The task of SKK Migas is to manage the upstream oil and gas business activities based on cooperation contracts. The purpose of the establishment of this institution so that retrieval of natural resources of oil and gas owned by the State can provide maximum benefit and acceptance for the state to the greatest prosperity of the people. Based on these tasks and objectives, SKK Migas is responsible to the state and all Indonesian people to work properly, honestly, fairly, cleanly, transparently and competently in order to achieve good governance of state institutions. Therefore, internal monitoring (internal audit) and accountability of its human resources are required. This research has a purpose to test the influence of internal audit and human resource accountability to the achievement of good governance at SKK Migas institution. This research uses survey method with population of all staffs of SKK Migas. Sampling method used is sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, 145 samples were taken. Methods of data collection was done by using questionnaires containing several questions with the method of data analysis using multiple regression. The result of this research is to accept both hypothesis which is internal audit have positive effect toward the achievement of good governance in SKK Migas. And the accountability of human resources positively affect the achievement of good governance in SKK Migas.</p>

Internet technology is currently growing, as well as the flow of communication in the delivery of employment information provided or required by various parties, including government and private. Before the existence of information technology, job vacancy still use conventional method that is by installing announcement on office walls and print media. Along with the development of information technology, job apangan provided at this time, informed very quickly and have many advantages such as job seekers only open information about job vacancy through websites that have been available. But in the delivery of job vacancy has a constraint that there are parties who have bad intentions by spreading vacancies that are not actually there. So it hurts job seekers, whether material or time. Currently, job seekers do not need to come directly to companies that need jobs but can directly send the application via E-mail. To reduce the act of fraud committed by irresponsible person then needed a system that help job seekers get good information and correct. Therefore, the alternative of the solution is to use a web-based information technology system so that job seekers can directly see and communicate with companies that open job vacancies. In the design of a software system contains job vacancy information and job seeker data processing. The designed software is still a prototype, using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
