The globalization of education has increased large-scale education reforms worldwide. Over the past 15 years, Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC) have invested significant resources in reforming their education systems. This has led to extensive borrowing of pedagogical approaches to initiate and implement educational change. This article evokes several cultural learning scripts to identify the challenges that arise when pedagogical approaches are adopted and implemented. Specifically, problem-based learning (PBL) is examined against the backdrop of these cultural scripts to examine the cultural complexities of PBL in a GCC context. Discussion is provided that addresses several fundamental concerns that should be considered in order to reduce the cultural challenges and improve the implementation of PBL in GCC contexts. trends towards collaborative tools, while also describing opportunities and challenges with digital literacy. Finally, teachers described strategic approaches to assessment in light of the ill-structured problems posed by PBL. Implications for practice and theory are discussed.

The globalization of education has resulted in a rise in the number of overseas students studying in Asian nations. Additionally, the number of Southeast Asia students studying in Asian nations such as Taiwan continues to grow. Southeast Asia students, in example, have increased in the last two years, and Vietnam is Taiwan's second biggest supplier of foreign students, behind only China. The unusual spread of COVID-19 has resulted in a decline in the number of Southeast Asia students studying in Taiwan. However, as a result of Taiwan's successful anti-pandemic efforts, Southeast Asia students continue to see Taiwan as one of the top study-abroad destinations in Asia. Nowadays, the majority of research on foreign students' preferences for international education locations has concentrated on the European and American settings. This study focuses on Southeast Asia students as study subjects due to their social origins and cultural distinctions among foreign students in each country. Ten Southeast Asia students enrolling at Taiwanese institutions in 2020, the year most impacted by the pandemic, were interviewed using a semi-structured interview style. The research findings suggest a number of critical elements that influence Southeast Asia students' decision to study in Taiwan. While healthcare and pandemic readiness are the most significant elements, other conventional selection criteria such as educational resources, scholarships, education grants, school reputation, and location continue to influence foreign students' preferences. This study makes pertinent suggestions in light of its results.

Возможности становления и развития образования в сфере юриспруденции позволяет говорить о том, что юрист как профессионал может быть не только ограничен юрисдикцией, в которой осуществляет свою профессиональную деятельность, но также и выступать как источник имплементации в законодательство новых правовых конструкций. В число таких относят инновации в закреплении права собственности, в области семейных и трудовых отношений, а также реализуемых положений по внешней политики в рамках самого государства. Новизна исследования определяется тем, что юридическое образование под собой понимает не только возможность осуществления юристами свой профессиональной деятельности, но также и формирование новой правовой среды, в которой протекает развитие уже национального законодательства. Авторы показывают, что возникновение юридического образования исторически обусловлено интеллектуальной мобильностью, а следовательно, может реализовываться как источник привнесения культурного компонента в текущую среду социального типа и обеспечить ее устойчивость в будущем. Практическая значимость исследования определяется тем, что возможность обеспечения межкультурного компонента прежде всего формируется на основе применения правовых конструкций в условиях соблюдения законности в обществе в целом. The possibility of formation and development of education in the field of jurisprudence suggests that a lawyer as a professional can not only be limited to the jurisdiction in which he / she carries out his / her professional activity, but also act as a source of implementation of new legal structures in the legislation. These include innovations in the consolidation of property rights, in the field of family and labor relations, as well as the provisions on foreign policy implemented within the state itself. The novelty of the research is determined by the fact that legal education means not only the possibility for lawyers to carry out their professional activities, but also the formation of a new legal environment in which the development of national legislation takes place. The authors show that the emergence of legal education is historically conditioned by intellectual mobility, and therefore can be realized as a source of introducing a cultural component into the current social type environment and ensuring its stability in the future. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that the possibility of providing an intercultural component is primarily formed on the basis of the application of legal structures in conditions of compliance with the rule of law in society as a whole.

Академическая мобильность как источник получения большого количества знаний позволяет определить возможность для формирования культуры студентов. Знания при условии реализации стратегии академической мобильности учащиеся получают не только в одном вузе, но также в рамках различных культурных парадигм, что позволяет говорить о возможности стратификации рынка труда, который требуется от современного специалиста не только знаний в достаточном объеме, но также и ориентированности на значительное количество результативных действий. Новизна исследования определяется тем, что студент в процессе восприятия информации с разной точки зрения формирует универсальную компетенцию, которая позволяет расширить применение знаний в условиях осуществления интернациональной деятельности. В статье показано, что формирование компетенций протекает с использованием ранее полученных знаний. Авторы подчеркивают, что формирование универсальных знаний и компетенций возможно только в интернациональной среде. В статье показаны принципы формирования подобной стратегии получения компетенций в условиях современной глобализации образования. Практическая значимость исследования определяется формированием специалиста, который может осуществлять свою деятельность в различном социально-культурном окружении без необходимости дополнительной адаптации к условиям региона. Academic mobility as a source of a large amount of knowledge allows us to determine the possibility for the formation of a student culture. Subject to the implementation of the strategy of academic mobility, students receive knowledge not only in one university, but also within the framework of various cultural paradigms, which allows us to talk about the possibility of stratifying the labor market, which is required from a modern specialist not only by knowledge in a sufficient amount, but also by focusing on a significant number of effective actions. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the student in the process of perceiving information from different points of view forms a universal competence that allows expanding the use of knowledge in the context of international activities. The article shows that the formation of competencies proceeds using previously obtained knowledge. The authors emphasize that the formation of universal knowledge and competencies is possible only in an international environment. The article shows the principles of forming such a strategy for obtaining competencies in the context of the modern globalization of education. The practical significance of the study is determined by the formation of a specialist who can carry out his activities in various socio-cultural environments without the need for additional adaptation to the conditions of the region.

The explosion of knowledge and the technological development that the world is witnessing in recent times, which has cast a shadow over many aspects of life, globalization has emerged as a philosophy of knowledge sharing, and an explanation of many phenomena, changes, and social practices, on top of which is education. In this context, the book "Globalizing Education Policy" by Fazal Rizvi and Bob Lingard comes to provides a wider understanding of the globalization of educational policies. What distinguishes this book is the framework that has been widely used among educational policymakers for analyzing and understanding educational policies related to globalization. After taking permission from the authors, the researcher summarized the book chapters, then follow that with a translated version of the framework in Arabic, to enrich the Arabic content related to the globalization of education policies.

The main point of the article is to analyze the essence of the phenomena of economism and commercialization in the system of higher education. Economism is seen as a part of globalization of education. It is noted that scientists argue that investments in education lead to the economic growth, reduce the income inequality and increase employment. It is worth noting that the processes of economization belong to the most important factors of the economic development of the country and cause social changes. Education is considered as a powerful factor of social development, social and economic progress and sustainable development of the social system. The aim of the article is to represent the phenomena of commercialization and economism in the system of higher education throughout the methods of sociological knowledge. It is mentioned that commercialization is one of the tendencies of education system change.

Today, the digitalization of education is one of the main tasks of the state social policy and an urgent sphere of life in modern society. At the beginning of 2020, the spread of COVID-19 forced educational institutions to introduce urgently all levels of distance learning technologies focused on the possibility to learn remotely and in real-time. The research focuses on the need to create an effective mechanism for organizing distance learning in the context of the globalization of education. The purpose of the research is to reveal the experience of distance learning in the context of globalization of education (based on the analysis of using the online learning platform Moodle). The results of the research reveal the prerequisites for the popularization of distance learning technologies in the practice of educational institutions, present the experience of using Moodle in the university educational process and determine the prospects of distance learning in educational practice.

In the current conditions of globalization of education in the process of training future teachers in the university, one of the most effective approaches is polylingual education. To implement this approach, it is necessary to determine the competence range of the university teacher in the aspect of polylingual education; formation of interest and motivation of university teachers to content-language integrated learning; determination of the principles of constructing the content of teaching a university teacher in the aspect of polylingual education; organization of a special workshop for university teachers “Formation of professional competence of future teachers based on a polylingual approach”. The aim of this special workshop is to increase the level of teachers’ training in the field of competence and polylingual approaches. The course of lectures and seminars is designed for 36 class hours and it is determined by the following objectives: formation of knowledge and skills in the use of models, technologies and methods of content-language integrated learning; development of teachers’ interest and creativity; formation of readiness for the use of technologies and techniques of content-language integrated learning; development of the ability to plan and organize the process of formation of professional competence of future teacher based on a polylingual approach; development of skills to diagnose, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future teacher based on the polylingual approach.
