Community governance is significant for the grass-roots governance in China. Micro-governance and micro-reform starting from community service station is a meaningful measure to explore the improvement of grass-roots governance. Focusing on the reform of community service stations in Beijing, this paper, in consideration to the background of service station reform, describes the history, content and characteristics of the reform of comprehensive setting of Qianggen Community on G Subdistrict of Xicheng District, Beijing, in details, and conducts in-depth analysis based on “The Theory of Scenes” and “The Theory of Governance”. The author holds that community service stations, with new roles taken, new scenarios created and new mechanisms shaped after transformation and upgrading, are turned into governance centers that connect multiple parties, respond to needs of residents better and improve the effectiveness of community governance. The reform practice is committed to the generating of scenarized social space, promoting the manifestation of the integrated governance pattern. The author is inspired to consider the issues related to grassroots governance further and to put forward several suggestions for deepening reform.

Since its founding, Fallujah has been marked by virtue and generosity. It was endowed with a brilliant history and is widely known for its great contribution to education,such as the Asfiy school. This school is a vital cornerstone in the construction and propagation of the nation's religion. The School alumni can be found throughout much of the globe. They are admitted to Al-Azhar without need for curricular clearance. This school has adopted a scientific-educational approach, unmatched among today’s schools, which has made it a permanent and continued success. Despite the small size of the student body, Al-Asifiya students are of exceptional quality. This conference is organized to revive the glorious history of the land of Mesopotamia from the district of Fallujah. The intellectual wheel in Fallujah has remained a resilient one. Whenever a setback happens to the intellectual and civic life, it’s followed by a stronger regenerative movement, and a scientific renaissance that dust itself off and renew its glory. One of the bst examples of this is the reopening of the Al-Asifia School, led by an excellent staff of outstanding teachers. One of these is the pious Khaleel Bin Muhammed Bin Abdullah Al-Fayadh, well-known for his good morals, easygoing character, educational experience and wisdom in Islam advocacy and Guiding. He led a celebrated life in Al-Asifiyah with its leading guardian SheikhAbdulazeezAl-Samarrai, the knowledge agent in Anbar Province. Sheikh Fayadh is the Sheikh of Al-Asifiyah, he learnt from Sheikh Abdulazeez a variety of religious, narrated, and mental studies. He was licensed and publicly authorized to take over the administration of the school following Al-Samarrai. Al-Fayadh obtained the respect and a lofty position among the Fallujan community. Many former Republican hands returned to positions of influence with the election of George W. Bush. These individuals had been involved in previous Intelligence Community reform efforts and returned to power with the intent of furthering these efforts. Believing the Clinton administration had reduced intelligence funding too far, the Bush team looked for ways to increase spending and rebuild the Intelligence Community. Within months of taking office, the administration initiated reviews to identify where to rebuild. The necessities of war would soon influence these reviews and the direction of the DoD/CIA relationship.

Abstract Islamic education in the family means education provided by members of the family, especially parents, to their children in the family environment to form the child's personality in order to be a muslim in which the attitude and behavior is in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The motivation of parent’s devotion in educating their children is solely for the sake of natural love, so, in this atmosphere of love, the process of education takes place well since the child is dependent to the family. Urgency of Islamic education in the family in building children’s noble character is the realization of the ideal human; intelligent and fear Allah SWT. ملخص إن التربية الإسلامية في الأسرة هي التربية التي يقوم بها أعضاء الأسرة خاصة الوالدين لأولادهما في وسط الأسرة لبناء السلوك حتى يكون الولد مسلما يتخلق بأخلاق تتفق مع تعاليم الإسلام .وحافز الأسرة في تربية الأولاد مؤسسة على الحب الفطري، فمن ظلال هذا الحب الفطري تجري عملية التربية بصورة جيدة في خلال سن الولد الذي يكون تحت مسؤولية الأسرة .وتكمن أهمية التربية الإسلامية في الأسرة لبناء الأخلاق الكريمة في تحقيق الشخصية المثالية، وهي الإنسان الذي يتقي الله سبحانه وتعالى وذكي. Abstrak Pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga yaitu pendidikan yang diberikan anggota kelurga terutama orang tua kepada anaknya dalam lingkungan keluarga itu sendiri untuk membentuk kepribadian anak menjadi muslim dengan adanya perubahan sikap dan tingkah laku yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Motivasi pengabdian keluarga (ayah-ibu) dalam mendidik anak-anaknya semata-mata demi cinta kasih yang kodrati, sehingga dalam suasana cinta kasih dan kemesraan inilah proses pendidikan ini berlangsung dengan baik seumur anak dalam tanggungan utama keluarga. Urgensi Pendidikan Islam di lingkungan keluarga dalam pembinaan akhlak mulia anak adalah terwujudnya manusia yang ideal, yaitu anak yang bertakwa kepada Allah SWT. dan cerdas.
