In this digital era, people are very keen to share their feedback about any product, services, or current issues on social networks and other platforms. A fine analysis of these feedbacks can give a clear picture of what people think about a particular topic. This work proposed an almost unsupervised Aspect Based Sentiment Analysis approach for textual reviews. Latent Dirichlet Allocation, along with linguistic rules, is used for aspect extraction. Aspects are ranked based on their probability distribution values and then clustered into predefined categories using frequent terms with domain knowledge. SentiWordNet lexicon uses for sentiment scoring and classification. The experiment with two popular datasets shows the superiority of our strategy as compared to existing methods. It shows the 85% average accuracy when tested on manually labeled data.

The role of abnormal Qur'anic readings in guiding what went outside the linguistic base of Ibn Jenni The purpose of this research is to uncover the impact of abnormal Qur'anic readings on the construction of linguistic grammar or its endorsement by Ibn Jennie. It is illuminated by what is needed for reading; the Koranic reading had a clear impact in strengthening his linguistic positions if he agrees and in the veto of linguistic rules if he violates The descriptive method was used to prove the purpose of this research. We followed the Qur'anic readings and found them to be an important evidence for which the linguistic rule was developed by Ibn Jennie Keywords: Qur'anic readings, anomalous, linguistic base, protest, impact

In recent years, the application of hedge algebras in the field of control has been studied. The results show that this approach has many advantages. In additions, industrial robots are being well-developed and extensively used, especially in the industrial revolution 4.0. Accurate control of industrial robots is a class of problems that many scientists are interested in. In this paper, we design a controller based on hedge algebra for serial robots. The control rule is given by linguistic rule base system. The goal is to accurately control the moving robot arm which adheres given trajectories. Optimization of fuzzy parameters for the controller is done by genetic algorithms. The system has been simulated on the Matlab-Simulink software. The simulation results show that the orbital deviation is very small. Moreover, the controller worked well with correct control quality. This result once presents the simplicity and efficiency of the hedge algebras approach to control.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the paper is twofold: (1) polemics with Alexander Wendt’s thesis that state is a person and (2) innovative approach to the problem of anthropomorphism of state in general theories of International Relations. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: How is anthropomor‑ phism of the state present in the language of grand theories of IR? How the language as a system shapes the phenomenon of anthropomorphism of the state in those?”. Research methods: qualitative content analysis and close reading research technique. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: Using these research method and techniques, the author analyses theories of Hans Morgenthau, Raymond Aron, Headley Bull, Morton Kaplan, and Kenneth Waltz seeking the presence of anthropomorphism as a feature of their language. He summarises his find‑ ings that enable him to critically engage with Alexander Wendt’s thesis, hence fulfilling the scientific objective of the paper. RESEARCH RESULTS: On the basis of the conducted research, the anthro‑ pomorphism of state is a fact of language of the analysed theories. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The author problematizes Alexander Wendt’s thesis that state is a person by pointing out that anthropomorphism of state is not predicated upon the ontological reality of state as person, but on the linguistic rule that language seeks the economy of utterances. Pointing out to this fact is novel, since the literature referred in the article largely omits it. It is an important contribution for all the scholars for whom the problem of the state is a major research interest.

This paper presents the first application of the hedge-algebra theory in the field of grid synchronization. For this purpose, an optimized hedge-algebra controller (HAC) is developed and incorporated within the three-phase phase-locked loop (PLL) with moving average filters (MAFs) inside its feedback loop. Optimized fuzziness parameters and linguistic rule base of the HAC are obtained by a genetic algorithm using the integral of absolute error as the performance index during optimization. Calculated optimal parameter values of the HAC depend on the most frequently occurring disturbance in the electric grid. Two different PLL structures are proposed, depending on the types of disturbances occurring in the electric grid. The first structure is the conventional synchronous reference frame PLL with the nonadaptive MAF (i.e., MAF without order adjustment), but with the PI/PID controller in the phase loop replaced by the developed HAC. Such PLL structure is suitable for all analyzed disturbance types, expect for step-changes in the grid frequency. The second PLL structure introduces the adaptive MAF (i.e., MAF with order adjustment) and a new feedback signal in the output stage of the controller to achieve zero steady-state error in the case of step-changes in the grid frequency. The disturbance rejection capability of the two developed PLLs with the HAC (HAC-PLLs) is tested separately and compared experimentally with the PID- and fuzzy-controller-based PLLs.

Perspectival content, or what is sometimes called indexical content, is critical to the proper understanding of human action and emotion, perception, consciousness, normative behavior and attitudes, and even linguistic rule following. Recent attempts to eliminate such contents are shown to be unsuccessful. Philosophers have disagreed about whether perspectival content is really a feature of the world, and they have disagreed about whether it is eliminable, but they have more or less been on the same page about one thing: Perspectival content, at least understood in a very weak sense of ‘content’ that includes narrow psychological states, is necessary for the explanation of human action, emotion, etc.

Abstract This paper introduces a method of data clustering that is based on linguistically specified rules, similar to those applied by a human visually fulfilling a task. The method endeavors to follow these remarkable capabilities of intelligent beings. Even for most complicated data patterns a human is capable of accomplishing the clustering process using relatively simple rules. His/her way of clustering is a sequential search for new structures in the data and new prototypes with the use of the following linguistic rule: search for prototypes in regions of extremely high data densities and immensely far from the previously found ones. Then, after this search has been completed, the respective data have to be assigned to any of the clusters whose nuclei (prototypes) have been found. A human again uses a simple linguistic rule: data from regions with similar densities, which are located exceedingly close to each other, should belong to the same cluster. The goal of this work is to prove experimentally that such simple linguistic rules can result in a clustering method that is competitive with the most effective methods known from the literature on the subject. A linguistic formulation of a validity index for determination of the number of clusters is also presented. Finally, an extensive experimental analysis of benchmark datasets is performed to demonstrate the validity of the clustering approach introduced. Its competitiveness with the state-of-the-art solutions is also shown.
